媽祖廟
清光緒年間，海南省有位游方道人吳華存游遍海南諸島，尋訪煉丹修身之處，最終看中了蜈支州島的風(fēng)水，欲在此結(jié)廬而居，煉丹修身。此事，被當(dāng)時(shí)的崖州知府鐘元棣獲悉，隨即他也來(lái)到蜈支州島，看到如此美麗的小島和絕佳的風(fēng)水后，他認(rèn)為這塊寶地不應(yīng)為個(gè)人所用，理應(yīng)造福于民。于是他制止了吳道人的行為，由州府集資在島上修建了一處庵堂，取名“海上涵三觀”，供奉的是中國(guó)方塊漢字的創(chuàng)造者倉(cāng)頡，這在國(guó)內(nèi)是非常少見(jiàn)的，理應(yīng)在海南的文化史上書上一筆。建庵時(shí)間史公元1893年，距今已有100多年的歷史。清政府倒臺(tái)后，庵堂無(wú)人管理，漁民不知所供何神，遂推倒塑像，改奉自己的航海保護(hù)神媽祖。原建廟宇早已坍塌破敗，1993年島嶼的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)者又將其重建。
