　　第九次全國心血管病學(xué)術(shù)會議將邀請國內(nèi)專家就高血壓、冠心病、心肌病、心力衰竭、心律失常及介入心臟病學(xué)等領(lǐng)域進行專題報告，介紹國內(nèi)外主要研究進展。并將選取優(yōu)秀論文進行大會論文報告、分會場論文報告及壁報展示，充分交流國內(nèi)近兩年來在心血管病領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)及臨床研究的`進展。最后經(jīng)專家委員會評選出優(yōu)秀論文獎及壁報獎，予以獎勵。

　　Dear Sir/Madam:

　　As one of the oldest disciplines, history had undergone a tremendous transition during the last century, resulting in a blending boom of traditional subjects and countless new perspectives. The beginning of a new century urges the new generation of history scholars to optimize the traditional methods, fields, perspectives and materials of history. Contributing as a leading role, Tsinghua University’s Department of History had witnessed the establishment of major milestones of history in the last century. Since 20xx, we have successfully held two international conferences on history. While the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua opens a new page for the university, the Department of History hereby announces the open of The Third International Academic Conference on History from November 23rd to 24th in 20xx, themed “The Reflection and Outlook of History”. Young scholars from all over the world are warmly welcomed to participate，to share and to progress together.

　　This conference mainly focuses on doctoral studies. Outstanding works by postgraduate and undergraduate students are also welcomed. Papers that represent any scientific endeavor that addresses itself to any history related issues are welcomed. An abstract less than 1,000 words together with a brief introduction less than 300 words of the author shall be received by June 1st, 20xx via email to: . Results of the review process will be notified by June 20th, 20xx at the latest. Paper invitation will be sent to accepted speakers subsequently. In addition, all presented papers will be included by CNKI. Full papers of no more than 20,000 words must be submitted by September 30th, 20xx. The intention is to publish a collected edition of papers from the event. The conference will take place in Tsinghua University, Beijing and free accommodation will be provided for the participants who come to Beijing from other cities and areas. Travel funding may not be available to postgraduate students and early career scholars.

　　中國國際多肽學(xué)術(shù)會議是在我國成功合成胰島素的老一輩科學(xué)家和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域一些世界上著名的科學(xué)家如諾貝爾獎獲得者merrifield教授的倡導(dǎo)下創(chuàng)辦的。從1990年至今已成功舉辦了十一屆，并已成為與“歐洲國際多肽學(xué)術(shù)會議”、“美國國際多肽學(xué)術(shù)會議”、“日本國際多肽學(xué)術(shù)會議”以及“澳大利亞國際多肽學(xué)術(shù)會議”齊名的多肽領(lǐng)域的國際盛會。

　　十六世紀起，大航海時代到來，全球一體化開始。伴隨著海上貿(mào)易、跨洋移民、物種傳遞和文化傳播，中華文明與西方文明的交流與碰撞日趨頻繁，環(huán)太平洋周邊地域的聯(lián)系日益緊密。此為中國海洋史之劇變，亦是環(huán)太平洋世界演進之新篇。與其說陸以洋分，毋寧說陸以洋合。在全球史視野下，近五百年間，多元、開放、包容、進取的海洋文明所產(chǎn)生的巨量文本與圖像足可供今人探索與反思。

　　鑒于此，教育部重點研究基地上海師范大學(xué)都市文化研究中心、中國史“高峰高原”學(xué)科擬主辦第五屆“海洋文明”學(xué)術(shù)研討會，今年的會議主題定為“海洋文明的碰撞與交融：十六世紀以來文本與圖像中的環(huán)太平洋世界”，力求在資料類型及地域范圍等方面有所拓展。素仰閣下在這一領(lǐng)域造詣頗深，懇請惠賜大作，撥冗蒞臨。會議安排如下：

　　庭審是以審判為中心的訴訟制度的核心環(huán)節(jié)。現(xiàn)代司法理念與機制要求確保庭審在查明事實、認定證據(jù)、保護訴權(quán)、公正裁判中發(fā)揮決定性作用，以此推進庭審實質(zhì)化。司法實踐中庭審法官對當事人發(fā)問權(quán)的態(tài)度并不一致，對于庭審發(fā)問權(quán)的法理基礎(chǔ)和法律依據(jù)也存在爭議，而這恰恰關(guān)涉到庭審決定性作用的發(fā)揮。庭審價值的實現(xiàn)需要對抗性論辯性程序的保障，核心在于庭審發(fā)問。鑒于以上理論與實務(wù)方面的問題，山東理工大學(xué)法學(xué)院元華庭審研究中心舉辦這次研討會，時間擬定在20__年4月27日一天。會議包括但不限于如下主題：
