　　真的是萬(wàn)事開(kāi)頭難啊，遇到了很多問(wèn)題，比如：插入的圖片不符合規(guī)格，一下子把其他內(nèi)容的框架擠開(kāi);插入的層太多，大一點(diǎn)的就把小一點(diǎn)的給覆蓋掉了;插入的FLASH不能產(chǎn)生效果。總之問(wèn)題一籮筐。實(shí)踐出真知，原來(lái)自己還有那么多欠缺的知識(shí)。于是回歸本源，先把課本上的東西弄通再談其他。然后又到圖書管里借了幾本網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作方面的書籍來(lái)參考。

　　在對(duì)基本知識(shí)有了詳細(xì)的了解之后，做起東西來(lái)就得心應(yīng)手多了，知道引導(dǎo)頁(yè)能過(guò)加映像之后，我決定為我的網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)引導(dǎo)頁(yè)。

　　然后是主頁(yè)和二級(jí)頁(yè)面的設(shè)置。要注意,網(wǎng)上只能使用JPG和GIF兩種圖象格式，其他諸如BMP和TIF等很通用的格式都不能用在網(wǎng)上,因?yàn)樗鼈兲�大�?但可以用圖象軟件進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換，比如Office 97的照片編輯器。把準(zhǔn)備在主頁(yè)上出現(xiàn)的圖象放進(jìn)相應(yīng)的目錄里后.

　　在一步一步的邊學(xué)邊做的過(guò)程中，看著心中的東西一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的出來(lái)，真的很有成就感。雖然自己的網(wǎng)頁(yè)技術(shù)還差的遠(yuǎn)，但是回顧一下這周真的學(xué)到了很多的東西。

　　之前把作過(guò)的東西放到U盤里，發(fā)生過(guò)圖片顯示不出來(lái)的狀況，還好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和WEB頁(yè)面放到一起這樣就算路徑改變的話也不會(huì)影響頁(yè)面的效果。

　　一.網(wǎng)站的整體規(guī)劃

　　1.討論網(wǎng)站主題：因?yàn)樽约簩?duì)普羅旺斯很感興趣，于是就想到要是一下為心中的仙境設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)旅游網(wǎng)站。

　　2.定位網(wǎng)站CI形象：旅游網(wǎng)站最重要的就是是瀏覽者產(chǎn)生想去親身體驗(yàn)一下的共鳴。于是在網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)上面，根據(jù)普羅旺斯夢(mèng)幻般的意境，我采用的是清新雋永的CI形象。使瀏覽者有賓至如歸的感受。

　　3.確定欄目和板塊：

　　1]首先要考慮整個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)的長(zhǎng)和寬，以及長(zhǎng)度和寬度之間的比例。

　　2]其次就應(yīng)該考慮導(dǎo)航條的設(shè)置了。

　　3]正文的框架設(shè)置 (橫向因素和縱向因素交錯(cuò))

　　在瀏覽了很多精美的旅游網(wǎng)站之后，再結(jié)合自己的想法，我先在草紙上畫出了大體的欄目和板塊。

　　4.網(wǎng)站的整體風(fēng)格和創(chuàng)意：建立一個(gè)浪漫的旅行網(wǎng)站，走映像派路線，目的務(wù)必使瀏覽者留下映像。

　　二.網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作的前期策劃與準(zhǔn)備

　　1.資料的搜集：由于個(gè)人的愛(ài)好，我很早以前就收集了許多普羅旺斯的美圖，這次就方便多了。接著就搜集了一些有夢(mèng)幻效果的網(wǎng)頁(yè)背景，F(xiàn)IASH源代碼、小圖標(biāo)和一些GIF的動(dòng)畫等。

　　2.熟悉制作工具軟件：

　　硬件：

　　一臺(tái)電腦(64MB以上內(nèi)存，當(dāng)然越大越好啦);可以撥號(hào)上網(wǎng);如果你有條件的話,建議:配置掃描儀,這將大大方便圖像和文字的輸入;

　　軟件：

　　HTML編輯軟件：常用的有Frontpage、Hotdog等，本文重點(diǎn)介紹 Dreamweaver;

　　圖像處理軟件：常用的有Photoshop、flash、Fireworks 等;

　　文件上傳軟件：常用的有Cuteftp、WSftp等。

　　時(shí)間一晃而過(guò)，轉(zhuǎn)眼間試用期已接近尾聲。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的經(jīng)歷，也給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。在這段時(shí)間里各位同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了作為廣告人“不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨，怎能見(jiàn)彩虹”的豪氣，也體會(huì)到了重慶廣告從業(yè)人員作為拓荒者的艱難和堅(jiān)定。在對(duì)各位同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)肅然起敬的同時(shí)，也為我有機(jī)會(huì)成為今天廣告的一份子而驚喜萬(wàn)分。

　　在這三個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的悉心關(guān)懷和指導(dǎo)下，通過(guò)自身的不懈努力，各方面均取得了一定的進(jìn)步，現(xiàn)將我的工作情況作如下匯報(bào)。

　　記得初次應(yīng)聘時(shí)，我對(duì)公司的認(rèn)識(shí)僅僅局限于重慶幾家頂級(jí)的廣告公司之一，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師一職的認(rèn)識(shí)也僅局限于從事相對(duì)單純的廣告創(chuàng)意和美術(shù)執(zhí)行工作。除此之外，便一無(wú)所知了。所以，試用期中如何去認(rèn)識(shí)、了解并熟悉自己所從事的行業(yè)，便成了我的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。

　　一、理論學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累

　　通過(guò)理論學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累使我對(duì)公司有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。記得初到公司時(shí)，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業(yè)賀卡的修改，然而說(shuō)來(lái)慚愧是，因?yàn)閷?duì)于對(duì)方企業(yè)整體形象包裝的不熟悉，導(dǎo)致這張小小的賀卡修改任務(wù)就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續(xù)到深夜12：00以后，反復(fù)的修改和漫長(zhǎng)的等待客戶的回復(fù)對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰(zhàn)。不懂就學(xué)，是一切進(jìn)步取得的前提和基礎(chǔ)。

　　在這段時(shí)間里我認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和認(rèn)識(shí)了公司各相關(guān)資料，并且對(duì)公司以前的、現(xiàn)在的客戶的相關(guān)資料有了比較初步的了解，再加上日常工作積累使我對(duì)公司有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)，也意識(shí)到了公司在重慶廣告業(yè)舉足輕重的地位，她的發(fā)展對(duì)于推動(dòng)整個(gè)重慶廣告業(yè)的發(fā)展有著巨大作用。同時(shí)，公司擁有比較先進(jìn)的管理體制和企業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)作的行政機(jī)構(gòu)。這一切都讓我對(duì)公司的發(fā)展充滿了信心和憧憬。

　　二、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高

　　根據(jù)崗位職責(zé)的要求，我的主要工作任務(wù)是：

　　(1)負(fù)責(zé)完成組長(zhǎng)分配下來(lái)的設(shè)計(jì)工作指令。

　　(2)參與相關(guān)廣告創(chuàng)意的討論。

　　(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

　　通過(guò)完成上述工作，使我認(rèn)識(shí)到一個(gè)稱職的設(shè)計(jì)師應(yīng)當(dāng)在具有相當(dāng)?shù)拿佬g(shù)功底、熟悉的設(shè)計(jì)軟件操作能力的同時(shí)，還一定要具備良好的設(shè)計(jì)心態(tài)，并且要敢于多提出自己的想法和方案，敢于創(chuàng)新!當(dāng)然，良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力是向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事提出自己創(chuàng)意想法的必不可少的。

　　目前我在創(chuàng)意想法方面存在不足，還需要多向組里的和其他組的各位資深領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事多求教、多學(xué)習(xí)。為了讓自己做一個(gè)稱職的廣告美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)人員，我也閱讀了許多與設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的.書籍，并爭(zhēng)取在工作中有所幫助和提高。
