在成熟和迷惘的交織中，悄然流逝了。在我眼里，設(shè)計(jì)室也是一個(gè)沒(méi)有硝煙的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，它能磨煉人的意志，淡泊人的心靈，業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)能得到快速提高，人的心理也能快速成熟起來(lái)，這無(wú)不凝結(jié)著每位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的英名決策和正確指導(dǎo)。
年終歲末的時(shí)候，人總是特別感嘆生命的蹉跎，回首與展望會(huì)是兩個(gè)亙古不變的主題。下面我將從業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，外界溝通與內(nèi)部合作兩個(gè)大的方面來(lái)分析自己一年來(lái)的得失。
作為一名建筑專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)人員，業(yè)務(wù)能力的提高是重中之重。
20xx年的半年，通過(guò)大量的施工圖繪制，我對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的流程，方法等有了較深的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)建筑規(guī)范也有了一定的了解。今年年初，我給自己制定的目標(biāo)是大致具備能獨(dú)立操作一個(gè)一般項(xiàng)目的能力，包括它的總平規(guī)劃，方案設(shè)計(jì)，效果圖表現(xiàn)，以及后期施工圖的設(shè)計(jì)。 能力來(lái)源于實(shí)踐，實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰?一年來(lái)，我按照自己既定的目標(biāo)一步一步地腳踏實(shí)地走過(guò)來(lái)，有些可能達(dá)到了，而有些可能離目標(biāo)還有一定地差距，具體表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面。
一. 總平規(guī)劃能力：
X年上半年，通過(guò)對(duì)郫縣某住宅小區(qū)的總平規(guī)劃，南充某集資房的總平設(shè)計(jì)，正興某商業(yè)中心的總平調(diào)整以及市中心某商住區(qū)的總平規(guī)劃，我對(duì)規(guī)劃方面的知識(shí)有了較為深刻的理解，具備了一定的動(dòng)手能力。為方便與甲方的溝通，我力爭(zhēng)更多地了解房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)的動(dòng)態(tài)和走向，用心揣測(cè)開(kāi)發(fā)商的商業(yè)目的，努力尋求設(shè)計(jì)師與開(kāi)發(fā)商完美的結(jié)合點(diǎn)。作為設(shè)計(jì)師，主要通過(guò)國(guó)家現(xiàn)行規(guī)范和當(dāng)?shù)卣块T(mén)規(guī)定的容積率，建筑密度，綠化率，建筑高度和間距來(lái)宏觀控制;其次，基本柱網(wǎng)的確定，消防通道與小區(qū)路網(wǎng)的貫通，建筑風(fēng)格的選定也是一名成熟的設(shè)計(jì)師必須熟練解決的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題。我在工作中特別注意上述問(wèn)題，并妥善處理，
遇到難題時(shí)就虛心向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和資深專家請(qǐng)教，取得了較好的效果，積累了不少寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
二. 效果圖的表現(xiàn)：
效果圖作為一種表現(xiàn)手段，是建筑設(shè)計(jì)作品最直觀的表達(dá)方式，它決定著建筑的整體風(fēng)格，也是決定開(kāi)發(fā)商取舍整套方案的一個(gè)很重要的原因，所以我認(rèn)為效果圖的表現(xiàn)是建筑設(shè)計(jì)前期相當(dāng)重要的組成部分，也使我必須掌握的一項(xiàng)基本技能。一年來(lái)，通過(guò)對(duì)警備區(qū)招待所，某大廈附屬天橋，忘憂谷賓館和某雙拼別墅的效果圖制作，我能熟練的掌握3dmax，photoshop等設(shè)計(jì)軟件，加以自己對(duì)建筑形體的理解，能作出一般的單體效果圖，對(duì)于大型的商業(yè)建筑和小區(qū)的鳥(niǎo)瞰圖制作還很欠缺，還需要不斷的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐。
三. 方案能力：
方案能力是一名建筑設(shè)計(jì)師應(yīng)必備的重要能力。好的平面方案直接與建筑的適用， 經(jīng)濟(jì)，美觀三大基本要素掛鉤。一年來(lái)，我參與了公司大部分項(xiàng)目平面方案的設(shè)計(jì)，在桂湖花園，怡然居，竹韻苑等平面方案的設(shè)計(jì)中，我跟隨設(shè)計(jì)組的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起查閱資料，實(shí)地考察，埋頭苦干，虛心請(qǐng)教，圓滿完成了既定任務(wù)。與此期間，受領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重托，我還獨(dú)立完成了警備區(qū)招待所，某雙拼別墅和百貨大樓，竹韻苑1，2#樓的平立面方案設(shè)計(jì)。 在平面柱網(wǎng)的布置中，我先按自己的想法大致布置結(jié)構(gòu)柱網(wǎng)，再請(qǐng)結(jié)構(gòu)組同事幫忙檢查是否合理，無(wú)形之中，我增強(qiáng)了結(jié)構(gòu)概念，豐富了專業(yè)知識(shí)。在獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的很多不足之處，特別是對(duì)立面方案的把握還缺乏基礎(chǔ)理論性的認(rèn)識(shí)，這都是在以后的工作中必須首要加強(qiáng)的。
四. 施工圖設(shè)計(jì)
施工圖是方案設(shè)計(jì)的后續(xù)，它將建筑設(shè)計(jì)從宏觀引入到微觀，從控制到限定。使建筑設(shè)計(jì)作品更貼近生活和方便施工。這就要求設(shè)計(jì)師必須增強(qiáng)對(duì)生活的體驗(yàn)和對(duì)建筑規(guī)范的透徹理解。通過(guò)一年多的大量施工圖的設(shè)計(jì)，從一般住宅到商業(yè)
建筑，從民用建筑到工業(yè)建筑， 從多層到高層，從剛開(kāi)始的的描圖組圖，到后來(lái)的跟圖學(xué)圖，接下來(lái)的獨(dú)立操作，到竹韻苑的游刃有余，我親眼目睹了自己從無(wú)到有，從迷惘到清晰的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程，我基本具備了獨(dú)立操作的能力，可以解決施工中常見(jiàn)的一些問(wèn)題。一年來(lái)，我?guī)缀跏熳x了公司所有的建筑規(guī)范和相關(guān)資料，并做了較為詳細(xì)的學(xué)習(xí)筆記，雖然很多知識(shí)一時(shí)間都用不上，但我了解了，到用的時(shí)候就不會(huì)有“書(shū)到用時(shí)方恨少”的感嘆 。建筑施工圖設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)在屋面排水和節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣，在這些方面，設(shè)計(jì)院的老師傅給了我們?cè)S多幫助，屋面排水在于組織引導(dǎo)，屋面做法要優(yōu)先考慮屋面的排水問(wèn)題;節(jié)點(diǎn)大樣不僅要做到輕巧美觀，更要方便施工。古語(yǔ)有云：學(xué)無(wú)止境，在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)方面我還存在許多誤區(qū)，還有許多自己需要學(xué)習(xí)和加強(qiáng)的地方。諸如對(duì)地下車(chē)庫(kù)，人防工程的設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)«高層建筑防火規(guī)范»的深刻理解，對(duì)樓梯梯段凈高的認(rèn)識(shí)，廚房衛(wèi)生間的布置必須滿足人性化的需要等等。
除業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的鍛煉外，與甲方的溝通，與同事間的配合，與施工方的交流也是工作中必不可少的一部分。
設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)貫穿工程始末的工作。設(shè)計(jì)前期，我們致力于與甲方的溝通，通過(guò)我們的職業(yè)嗅覺(jué)了解開(kāi)發(fā)商的商業(yè)意圖，不卑不亢，有禮有節(jié)是我們堅(jiān)持的一貫立場(chǎng)。設(shè)計(jì)中期，我們需要與同專業(yè)的合作，與相關(guān)專業(yè)的配合完成，建筑專業(yè)作為其他專業(yè)的先導(dǎo)，必須對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)流程負(fù)全面的責(zé)任。在我看來(lái)，合作中的摩擦總是難以避免的，但必須具備良好的心態(tài);無(wú)論工種的相同與否，職位高低，都必須抱學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，虛心的精神，舒緩的語(yǔ)氣，以理服人的姿態(tài);任何的自以為是，適才自傲都會(huì)導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部矛盾，影響整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力，繼而拖緩工程進(jìn)度。設(shè)計(jì)后期，我們要與施工方進(jìn)行不斷的交流，無(wú)論交流的結(jié)果如何，都對(duì)我們今后的設(shè)計(jì)是有百益而無(wú)一害;是我們的問(wèn)題，就要敢于承認(rèn)并迅速加以更正，不是我們的過(guò)錯(cuò)，也要做細(xì)致的解釋工作。
為了提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)，我閱讀了許多名人傳記，從偉人的經(jīng)歷中獲取養(yǎng)分，更進(jìn)一步地充實(shí)自己。我閱讀了大量的文學(xué)作品，提高了自己鑒賞水平。我又學(xué)習(xí)了為人處世倫理哲學(xué)，以提高自己的道德修養(yǎng)。所有這些，使我越來(lái)越深刻地感覺(jué)到人生追求的意義。
不知道是自己要求太高，還是自己的進(jìn)步太小，我總覺(jué)得離目標(biāo)還是那么遠(yuǎn)。而且工作時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)，學(xué)的東西越多，就越感到自己的不足�？傊煽�(jī)屬于過(guò)去，過(guò)錯(cuò)已化為經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在以后的工作和生活中，伴隨著公司的不斷拓展和業(yè)務(wù)量增長(zhǎng)，我們依舊會(huì)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。就我個(gè)人而言，有幾點(diǎn)尤其需要重視。
一是加強(qiáng)自身業(yè)務(wù)能力的培養(yǎng)，增加自已對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的熟練程度，多吃苦，多思考，努力提高工作效率;
二是與同專業(yè)同事間增強(qiáng)憂患意識(shí)，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)，營(yíng)造你追我趕的氛圍，不學(xué)習(xí)不上進(jìn)就要被社會(huì)淘汰;
三是加強(qiáng)與公司內(nèi)部各設(shè)計(jì)人員間的團(tuán)結(jié)合作，保持平和的心態(tài)，多溝通，多配合，充分挖掘集體的潛力。
最后，我還想說(shuō)一個(gè)詞：責(zé)任。
無(wú)數(shù)次，我拿這個(gè)詞來(lái)衡量自己，來(lái)要求自己。不論說(shuō)過(guò)的話、做過(guò)的事，都要負(fù)起責(zé)任。肩上扛著工作上的責(zé)任，社會(huì)的責(zé)任，家庭的責(zé)任，不可逃避的。
X年才剛剛來(lái)臨，我相信，有了公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的英名決策和正確指導(dǎo)，加上公司全體員工的共同努力，同舟共濟(jì)，繼往開(kāi)來(lái)，公司的發(fā)展一定會(huì)蒸蒸日上。我沒(méi)有理由不憧憬以后的錦繡前程。
