　　一是明確了黨的大政方針，政治理論素養(yǎng)有了很大提高。

　　作為一名合格的公務(wù)員，必須提高自身的政治理論素養(yǎng)。應(yīng)該熟知黨的各項方針政策，認清各種當前社會政治、經(jīng)濟形勢，要善于把握正確的前進方向，要毫不動搖的堅持社會主義道路。只有首先解決好方向問題我們才能夠走的穩(wěn)，走的遠。而過硬的政治素質(zhì)，高尚的政治情操是保證我們正確方向的根本。培訓(xùn)期間，通過對必備理論的學(xué)習，認真解讀了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、和-諧社會、法治國家等理論知識，對《公務(wù)員法》的認真學(xué)習和細心揣摩，讓我深刻領(lǐng)會了公務(wù)員的內(nèi)涵，進一步樹立了人民公仆意識，為任職后依據(jù)公務(wù)員法干好工作打下了堅實的思想基矗這些理論知識為我消除了迷惘心理，照亮了前進努力的方向。

　　使我深刻的了解到公務(wù)員精神就是：熱愛祖國、忠于人民、廉潔奉公、求真務(wù)實、開拓創(chuàng)新、顧全大局，團結(jié)協(xié)作。具體到工作當中首先應(yīng)盡職盡責，公務(wù)員代表國家行使國家權(quán)力，管理社會公共事務(wù)。因此，要樹立全心全意為人民的責任意識，盡職盡力地履行自己的職責。其次要廉潔奉公。要有良好的情操，廉潔奉公，不謀私利。同時，在履行職責過程中做到依法行政，公正辦事，努力實現(xiàn)和維護社會公平。最后要團結(jié)協(xié)作。單位的工作是一個整體，部門的劃分是為了在分工的基礎(chǔ)上提高工作效率，因此，公務(wù)員要有大局意識和團結(jié)協(xié)作精神，這樣才能更好提高工作效率和工作質(zhì)量。
