我于20xx年7月14日20xx年10月31日到廣州市鳳凰城酒店實(shí)習(xí)，這段時(shí)間我的收獲很大。酒店服務(wù)是有形產(chǎn)品和無形服務(wù)的混合體，酒店服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是客人的滿意程度。處于買方市場(chǎng)的酒店應(yīng)把顧客需求作為營銷工作的動(dòng)身點(diǎn)，前廳代表酒店與賓客接觸，滿足客人對(duì)酒店服務(wù)的各種需求，接受客人的投訴，解決客人的疑問題目，是酒店的神經(jīng)中樞。正是基于這些，前廳的地位和作用就尤顯重要。
前廳部固然不是酒店主要的營業(yè)部分，但對(duì)酒店的市場(chǎng)形象、服務(wù)質(zhì)量乃至管理水平和經(jīng)營效益有著相當(dāng)重要的影響。前廳部可謂是酒店管理的點(diǎn)睛之筆。通過這次在鳳凰城酒店接近四個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)，本人獲益非淺。酒店就即是是一個(gè)社會(huì)的縮影。這次實(shí)習(xí)無疑是為不久的將來踏進(jìn)社會(huì)的我提供一次重要的機(jī)會(huì)。
1、溝通能力進(jìn)步：作為一位前臺(tái)接待員，作為酒店的一線員工，與客人的接觸是面對(duì)面的，是最直接的。常常前臺(tái)接待員一句話可以影響客人對(duì)酒店的整體印象，乃至影響客人整天的心情狀態(tài)。如何讓自己說出的語言讓客人聽得舒服，聽得開心，是作為一位前臺(tái)接待員所必須要學(xué)習(xí)的課程。固然，溝通不但限于與客人之間，還存在于同事之間，乃至是對(duì)上級(jí)。人不免不會(huì)有情緒上的波動(dòng)，然而這類情緒上的波動(dòng)常常會(huì)影響他人的心情。如何調(diào)劑好本身的心態(tài)，用最好的心態(tài)往面對(duì)客人，面對(duì)同事乃至上級(jí)，如何帶給他人一個(gè)最好的笑臉，是我每天都要認(rèn)真思考的題目。在這次實(shí)習(xí)中，我不但在溝通能力上得到了進(jìn)步，還學(xué)會(huì)了如何調(diào)劑自我的心態(tài)。
2、突發(fā)事件應(yīng)變能力進(jìn)步：在前臺(tái)接待處工作，天天都必須作好作戰(zhàn)的預(yù)備。由于作為一位前臺(tái)接待員，天天都要接待不同的客人，面對(duì)不同的事件。進(jìn)住的客人中不免會(huì)有些不大禮貌的客人，乃至?xí)䦟?duì)接待員口出惡言。面對(duì)這樣的清況，要如何撫慰客人的情緒，同時(shí)也要保護(hù)酒店的利益與本身的安全，對(duì)我來講又是另外一個(gè)考驗(yàn)。
3、工作獨(dú)立處理能力進(jìn)步：通過這次實(shí)習(xí)，我深切的了解到，必須學(xué)會(huì)自己有能力的事情必須自己做的這個(gè)道理。只有培養(yǎng)本身的獨(dú)立能力，才能在工作上得到進(jìn)步。在工作上，有題目，有不懂應(yīng)當(dāng)大膽請(qǐng)教同事，而不是不懂裝懂。獨(dú)立工作，積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最后得到的才是最合適自己的東西。
4、服務(wù)意識(shí)進(jìn)步：作為一位前臺(tái)接待員，時(shí)刻都代表著酒店。不管是在工作崗位上，還是走在路上，只要穿著酒店的
制服就應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)刻都有為客人提供最好的服務(wù)的意思。我們是微笑之城的使者，一切為了賓客，為了賓客的一切，為了一切賓客。

時(shí)間如白駒過隙 ，轉(zhuǎn)眼間，2個(gè)月的試用期就要結(jié)束了，在這短短的2個(gè)月里，我學(xué)到了許多以前從未學(xué)到的東西，也接觸到了以前從未接觸的東西。也感受到了自己進(jìn)入了一個(gè)關(guān)系和諧，團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗，積極向上的團(tuán)隊(duì)。非常感謝*公司，感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我這么一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。
剛進(jìn)入公司時(shí)對(duì)公司不 了解，還記得因此而擁有過朦朧。
首先，在原材料倉庫的 三個(gè)月來，熟悉了原材料入庫流程，熟悉了采用先進(jìn)先出的原材料出庫流程
在此期間，每當(dāng)遇到問題時(shí)，同事們都會(huì)耐心的 講解，我覺得他們很熱情，在他們身上我也學(xué)到了不少東西。請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放心，我會(huì)盡心盡責(zé)的工作，雖然我學(xué)歷不是高，但我會(huì)努力
實(shí)習(xí)期間,擔(dān)當(dāng)了倉管的基本職責(zé),參與了出入庫管理、訂購管理、目視化管理、5S管理、先進(jìn)先出管理和看板管理等工作活動(dòng)。對(duì)每一項(xiàng)的理解：
第一：出入庫管理，見單作業(yè)，憑什么可以收發(fā)，憑什么進(jìn)行收發(fā)，單據(jù)，認(rèn)真核實(shí)，細(xì)心清點(diǎn)，當(dāng)面交接，當(dāng)面簽章; 認(rèn)真按嚴(yán)密的程序辦事。
第二：訂購管理，倉管擔(dān)當(dāng)部份物控職能，理解安全庫存，周轉(zhuǎn)庫存，最高存量，采購批量，嚴(yán)密跟進(jìn)每一款物品的進(jìn)銷存，及時(shí)提請(qǐng)欠料申購;一方面要保證能持續(xù)供應(yīng)產(chǎn)線，一方面保證能降低庫存，一方面要兼顧采購周期及采購成本，找平衡，統(tǒng)計(jì)每款物料的各月領(lǐng)用規(guī)律，理解采購的經(jīng)濟(jì)批量與周期，綜合分析好，連續(xù)關(guān)注。
第四：5S管理，各項(xiàng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作的基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)倉庫管理一樣重要，倉庫的定點(diǎn)定位定量原則，就是要做好整頓工作，倉庫的物品分倉分類分管，整理好了才能分，倉庫的物品多，在接收搬運(yùn)儲(chǔ)存交付的各類活動(dòng)中，都需要一個(gè)有序整潔的工作環(huán)境，只有做好整理整頓清掃工作，才能保證這些工作的效率與質(zhì)量。倉庫管理是一件長期的重復(fù)性工作，所以必須養(yǎng)成一個(gè)好習(xí)慣，天天堅(jiān)持做好，日清日潔，5S的素養(yǎng)對(duì)此有非常大的幫助。
第五：先進(jìn)先出管理，是倉庫管理的三大原則之一，不執(zhí)行先進(jìn)先出易造成超期庫存，易產(chǎn)生物品變質(zhì)，易產(chǎn)生工程變更的報(bào)廢風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 執(zhí)行先進(jìn)先出的辦法有色標(biāo)法，雙區(qū)庫品移位法，重力法，最嚴(yán)密批次記錄臺(tái)賬追索法等。
