社會(huì)實(shí)踐是大學(xué)生課外教育的一個(gè)重要方面，也是大學(xué)生自己本事培養(yǎng)的一個(gè)重要方式，所以對(duì)于我們?cè)谛４髮W(xué)生來說，能在假期有充足的時(shí)間進(jìn)行社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，是給了我們一個(gè)提高自己本事的重要機(jī)會(huì)。在實(shí)踐過程中自己更進(jìn)一步的了解了社會(huì)，并且在實(shí)踐中增長了見識(shí)，鍛煉了自己的才干，找出自我的不足，能夠不斷地去完善自我。
在今年的暑假來臨之前，我答應(yīng)姐姐在暑假的時(shí)候去幫她給2名初中生和5名小學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)一個(gè)月的英語。對(duì)于教人而言，我還完全是個(gè)生手，絲毫沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可是這并沒有影響我的信心，我要的是真正的讓自己在工作中學(xué)到東西，而不僅僅是消磨時(shí)間。這便成了我對(duì)這份工作的最終目的。
下頭我與大家分享一下自己在社會(huì)實(shí)踐中的一些經(jīng)歷和感受。
先苦后甜要比先甜后苦的味道迷人的多
記得第一天剛到補(bǔ)習(xí)班的時(shí)候，學(xué)生與我互相都有陌生感，學(xué)生對(duì)我存在排斥心理，并不能很快的理解我。我印象最深的就是有個(gè)初一的女孩兒不斷地問我問題，一副“看你能把我怎樣樣”的表情，針對(duì)她不斷的試探，我面不改色，給她耐心細(xì)致的講解，并且不斷地引導(dǎo)她，讓她開動(dòng)自己的腦筋。第一天結(jié)束之后就感覺自己“敗下陣來”，因?yàn)閯倓傞_始的緣故，既沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，又對(duì)新環(huán)境、新學(xué)生的各種不適應(yīng)，總是產(chǎn)生回家的念頭，向往著家里的舒適生活。
有一句話說的好：忍耐并不是代表一種對(duì)所處環(huán)境的屈服，而是一種自身的修養(yǎng)。一個(gè)人素養(yǎng)的高低并非單純靠學(xué)歷來衡量的，而是體此刻其對(duì)人對(duì)事的包容與大度。然而，我明白如果我此刻連這樣的小事情都無法學(xué)會(huì)忍耐，那么將來出去工作后，所應(yīng)對(duì)的環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜，那時(shí)的我該怎樣辦呢？
正如人們喝咖啡時(shí)的感受：入口時(shí)有苦澀的味道，但苦過之后卻回味無窮。我始終覺得先苦后甜要比先甜后苦的味道迷人的多。所以，當(dāng)你在決定放棄的時(shí)候能夠選擇堅(jiān)持下來就是對(duì)自己的一種挑戰(zhàn)、一種成長。
認(rèn)真工作的人都能夠享受成功所帶來的滿足感，在沒有開始工作之前，姐姐就已經(jīng)告訴我會(huì)很累，但我想也許是她“危言聳聽”，我在經(jīng)歷了晚上備課、課堂上的授課、解疑答惑、課后修改作業(yè)以及與學(xué)生的交流溝通等一系列事情之后，才真正從實(shí)踐中感受到確實(shí)很累�？墒钱�(dāng)?shù)玫綄W(xué)生和家長的認(rèn)可的時(shí)候，自己又顯得特別開心，很有成就感。所以說是“累并歡樂著”。
對(duì)待學(xué)生教師需要認(rèn)真、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、細(xì)心、耐心、熱心。其實(shí)，我們?cè)诟扇魏我患虑�、一份工作的時(shí)候，都同樣需要這樣的素質(zhì)。不管做什么事情都必須要認(rèn)真仔細(xì)，不論是對(duì)別人、還是對(duì)自己都是一種負(fù)責(zé)任的表現(xiàn)。認(rèn)真工作，把工作當(dāng)作自己生活的一部分，這樣我們的生活才會(huì)更加精彩。
我記得曾在一本書上看到這樣一句話：一個(gè)人，如果能把手頭上的平凡小事都有效完成了，那么他就是一個(gè)成功的人。確實(shí)，并非僅有辦大事的人才能體現(xiàn)自己的價(jià)值，才能說自我是成功的。實(shí)際上，只要認(rèn)真工作的人都能夠享受成功所帶來的滿足感。
我會(huì)利用課間的10分鐘休息時(shí)間，主動(dòng)找學(xué)生聊天，及時(shí)的了解學(xué)生們的想法以及吸收的效果，并且這樣能夠拉近彼此之間的距離。他們向我提出意見，期望在我上課的過程中能夠幽默風(fēng)趣一點(diǎn)兒。根據(jù)學(xué)生的提議，我會(huì)在課下收集一些笑話之類的，或者是舉例子的時(shí)候盡量形象生動(dòng)、貼近生活，這樣在課堂上氣氛活躍起來了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)我及時(shí)改善我授課的方式之后，學(xué)生能夠簡便又愉快地理解我所講授的知識(shí)。
細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗
一件大的事情是由許多個(gè)小的事情堆砌起來的，尤其是一些看上去不起眼的小事，更是不能馬虎的，正所謂細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗。試想：如果我不注意觀察學(xué)生上課的反應(yīng)、不去與他們交流溝通，那么我想我會(huì)最終讓學(xué)生失去學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，最終的結(jié)果就是我的工作是失敗的。
其實(shí)，人與人之間在智力和體力上的差異并不是想象中的那么大，很多小事，一個(gè)人能做，另外一個(gè)人也能做，只是做出來的效果不一樣，往往是一些細(xì)節(jié)上的工夫，決定著事情完成的質(zhì)量。
腳踏實(shí)地
社會(huì)是另一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)和受教育的大課堂，在那片廣闊的天地里，能讓我們的人生價(jià)值得到體現(xiàn)。曾記得有一句廣告語：心有多大，舞臺(tái)就有多大。社會(huì)就是一個(gè)大舞臺(tái)，他承載著我們無數(shù)人的夢(mèng)想，然而任何夢(mèng)想，都需要腳踏實(shí)地的去實(shí)現(xiàn)。腳踏實(shí)地走好每一天，每一個(gè)此刻。我們說過的話，做過的事，走過的路，遇過的人，這些我們經(jīng)歷過的事情，是我們的“心”在社會(huì)這個(gè)大舞臺(tái)不斷成長的見證。僅有讓我們的心變強(qiáng)大了，我們的“職場(chǎng)世界”才會(huì)更廣闊。
微笑
最終還想與大家分享一下我自己喜歡的一句話：始終擁有一種從容、淡定的笑臉，是一種內(nèi)心的強(qiáng)大和自信。
微笑來源于成功，微笑取決于勝利。微笑蘊(yùn)含著幸福，微笑飽含著生機(jī)。微笑中充滿了永恒與期望，微笑里洋溢著完美與朝陽……你真正地看見過微笑嗎？它也許不會(huì)喜形于色，而是埋藏心底，需要你去發(fā)現(xiàn)它，去挖掘它。微笑著走向成功。學(xué)會(huì)微笑是生活的藝術(shù)。
以上就是我在實(shí)踐中的一些經(jīng)歷和感受，雖然沒有什么轟轟咧咧的驚險(xiǎn)萬分，但也不是平淡無味，至少給我的身心帶來了深深的感受，對(duì)我以后的生活產(chǎn)生了很大的影響。
