過去的一年，感謝公司及項目部的支持，在管網(wǎng)項目部中擔(dān)任技術(shù)員職務(wù)，過去一年的施工中，在項目部很多前輩的關(guān)心幫助下，不管是技術(shù)方面還是質(zhì)檢與管理，使我工作上有了很大的進(jìn)步，當(dāng)然成績只代表過去，在以后的工作中我會加倍努力，爭取做的更好;以前從書本上學(xué)到“科學(xué)的東西來不得半點虛偽和驕傲”.在工程中，技術(shù)含量較高，這就要求我們技術(shù)人員對待工作不能人浮于事，做老好人，而要以踏實、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度對待工作，不懂的東西要善于學(xué)習(xí)，已懂的東西更要精益求精，因為技術(shù)在不斷進(jìn)步更新，只有通過不斷地學(xué)習(xí)，輔以求精務(wù)實，腳踏實地的作風(fēng)，方能勝任自己的工作崗位.一切工程施工，技術(shù)和質(zhì)檢工作貫穿始終，在工作經(jīng)驗的積累中，逐步培養(yǎng)自己的預(yù)見性，方能起到技術(shù)先行的作風(fēng)，建筑職業(yè)不同于其他行業(yè)，它需要不斷在現(xiàn)場檢查、監(jiān)督，隨時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題，而這些工作都在現(xiàn)場比較惡劣的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行，這要求我們不斷培養(yǎng)吃苦耐勞的精神，轉(zhuǎn)自： 要不怕苦不怕累，放下管理人員清高的姿態(tài)，從工程的實干中不斷豐富自己所學(xué)才能，使自己的現(xiàn)場綜合處理能力得到鍛煉和提高.
身為建筑公司的一員，有機(jī)會能在這樣的條件下學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉，感到無比的自豪，這種環(huán)境和外部的條件給了我們一種自信和榮耀，但更多的是對我們的今后工作的鞭策，就要求我們在工作中時刻要以企業(yè)的形象來約束自己，我們所有的言行要符合特級企業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，逐步培養(yǎng)自身的個人素質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)，才能無愧于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任和培養(yǎng).通過總結(jié)一年來的工作，找出工作中的不足，以便在以后的工作中加以克服，同時還需要多看書，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)好規(guī)范規(guī)程及有關(guān)文件資料，掌握好專業(yè)知識，提高自己的工作能力，加強(qiáng)工作責(zé)任感，及時做好個人的各項工作。

時間如流水，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已在____項目工作一年多。對于工民建經(jīng)驗不是很足的我來說，這短暫的歷程耐人尋味。經(jīng)過前輩精心教導(dǎo)，與同事間無話不說的溝通，我很快融入這個氣氛很好的工作環(huán)境。同時對項目部的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，工作流程等各個方面都基本了解。作為項目部的技術(shù)員，應(yīng)當(dāng)做好以下工作：施工圖紙拿到手，要在第一時間結(jié)合各專業(yè)仔細(xì)審核圖紙從而提出并匯總圖紙問題，以便盡快聯(lián)系設(shè)計院﹑業(yè)主﹑監(jiān)理共同參加圖紙會審;看懂并領(lǐng)會圖紙的基礎(chǔ)上需要認(rèn)真﹑細(xì)心﹑嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度去做好各分部分項工程材料的算量工作(比如一棟樓的鋼筋﹑混凝土﹑模板等各種所需材料量)，建材算量工作目的是為項目施工作年度﹑季度及月材料采購作計劃，從而能夠為項目施工過程中進(jìn)行有效材料控制;凡事預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢，任何關(guān)鍵部位施工之前，技術(shù)員應(yīng)當(dāng)提前預(yù)先做好各種施工方案及技術(shù)交底資料并對各工長及班組進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，同時在施工控制過程中進(jìn)行監(jiān)督技術(shù)交底落實情景;工作中實踐是與理論相結(jié)合的，在項目的整個施工過程中必須每一天去工地現(xiàn)場了解和檢查情景，從而對現(xiàn)場各方面技術(shù)，安全等進(jìn)行專業(yè)性的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，其次依據(jù)現(xiàn)場的情景周密研究下一道工序需要注意的一些技術(shù)問題并提前給施工班組打預(yù)防針。
雖然是短暫的一年，但還是讓我覺得很充實和有收獲的。由此我想談?wù)勗谀抢锕ぷ鞯膸c體會。
首先，工作態(tài)度決定一切，剛來到項目部時，由于初次從事技術(shù)工作，對自我的工作資料很不明確，有種霧里看花的感覺，從而導(dǎo)致工作事情沒有很好的計劃。剛開始，我甚至對這份工作迷茫。之后經(jīng)過自我不斷的調(diào)整心態(tài)，雖然沒有人說，但我自然而然的就明白了作為技術(shù)員該做一些事情，一些不懂的東西也迎刃而解了，頓時讓我豁然開朗。如今一旦工作，我會以充分的熱情來干好每一件事情。心態(tài)的調(diào)整使我明白技術(shù)員有發(fā)展才能、增長知識及管理的機(jī)會。如果我們能以充分的熱情去做最平凡的工作，也能成為最精巧的職工;如果以冷淡的態(tài)度去做最高尚的工作，也可是是個平庸的工匠。擁有進(jìn)取的心態(tài)，就會擁有一生的成功。
其次，工作中不斷評價及學(xué)習(xí)，實踐是檢驗理論的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，重要的是將理論知識運(yùn)用到工作中，并進(jìn)一步提高、升華。初次從事技術(shù)的我當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是拼命的學(xué)習(xí)，查閱及熟悉各種建筑圖集、國家規(guī)范及規(guī)程，為的是能盡快熟悉并獨當(dāng)一面的進(jìn)行工作，在以后的工作中需要進(jìn)一步摸索和思考，活學(xué)活用，來解決實際的問題。
最終，溝通是工作的橋梁，溝通在工作中占據(jù)著極為重要的位置，沒有溝通，就沒有成果。異常是建筑管理者需要與各類人員(領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，同事，較難溝通的施工班組的工人等)溝通，正因我們的溝通對象有些是民工，我們就更需要溝通技巧。同樣一件事和同樣的溝通目的，不一樣的溝通方法就能產(chǎn)生不一樣的效果。所以我覺得在工作中要不斷揣摩和評價溝通技巧，進(jìn)一步讓現(xiàn)場施工班組能夠更好的協(xié)調(diào)和配合項目的各項工作。
