　　時間一晃而過，轉(zhuǎn)眼間到公司已經(jīng)三個多月了。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的一段經(jīng)歷，在這段時間里領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事在工作上給予了我極大的幫助，在生活上給予了我極大的關(guān)心，讓我充分感受到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)“海納百川”的胸襟，感覺到了公司“敢于拼搏，敢為人先”的企業(yè)精神，在肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會成為公司的一份子而自豪。 在這三個多月的時間里，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的悉心關(guān)懷和指導(dǎo)下，通過自身的努力，各方面均取得了一定的進步，現(xiàn)將我的工作情況作如下匯報。

　　一、通過培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累使我對公司有了一定的認識，對公司的共贏文化理念有了一定的體會。進入公司，首先會看到一幅牌匾，上寫共贏文化理念：

　　二、遵守各項規(guī)章制度，認真工作，使自己素養(yǎng)不斷得到提高。 愛崗敬業(yè)的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)是每一項工作順利開展并最終取得成功的保障。在這三個多月的時間里，我能遵守公司的各項規(guī)章制度，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做好本職工作，三個月從未遲到早退，用滿腔熱情積極、認真地完成好每一項任務(wù)，認真履行崗位職責，平時生活中團結(jié)同事、不斷提升自己的團隊合作精神。渴望有所突破的我，將會在以后的工作和生活中時時提醒自己，努力實干，多學(xué)多問，在公司這個大舞臺上，使自己以后的人生道路越走越精彩。

　　三、認真學(xué)習(xí)崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高。 根據(jù)目前工作分工，我的主要工作任務(wù)是水電設(shè)計。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的指導(dǎo)下，順利完成10幾個項目的設(shè)計工作。學(xué)的越深，知道的越多，但發(fā)現(xiàn)需要學(xué)習(xí)的東西更多。大家知道，室內(nèi)裝飾工程是一項比較復(fù)雜的綜合性建設(shè)工程，必然涉及到多種行業(yè)的許多專業(yè)。就拿我做的水電設(shè)計來講吧，你只懂水電是做不好的，你還需要掌握裝飾，暖通，消防等專業(yè)知識,這就需要自己不斷的學(xué)習(xí)。我相信憑借我的高度責任心和自信心，努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷進取，一定會把工作做的更精更細更好，讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放心，讓客戶滿意。 來到公司工作雖然不長，但我在責任心，思想境界，業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，工作能力上都得到了很大的提高，感謝公司給了我這個舞臺，我一定會珍惜這次來之不易的機會，不斷提升自己，多向周圍的同事學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提升自己的綜合素質(zhì)，為公司的發(fā)展竭盡全力。
