自20__年__月進(jìn)入工廠一年多的時(shí)間，在過去的20__年，我在倉庫管理工作中，經(jīng)歷了很多酸甜苦辣，同時(shí)也獲得了很多經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，感激的人很多，感激領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我成長的空間、勇氣和信心!回顧過去的一年，經(jīng)過自身的不謝努力，在工作上去的了必須的成果，但也存在了很多的不足。針對過去的一年工作做如下的工作評價(jià)：
一、心態(tài)的調(diào)整和角度的轉(zhuǎn)換
剛剛進(jìn)廠的時(shí)候，倉庫的工作模式完全處于很被動(dòng)的狀態(tài)，倉庫的主要材料以及成品均在生產(chǎn)車間擺放和使用，由于材料沒有封閉保管，車間工作人員在未辦理出庫的情景下就已經(jīng)將原材料使用，等到倉庫人員發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)才辦出庫處理，這樣的工作環(huán)境很不利于倉庫管理工作的進(jìn)展，自從搬廠以來，材料碼放區(qū)域用圍欄圍起，全部原材料均屬于封閉狀態(tài)管理，雖然工作量增加幾倍，但使倉庫日常工作的開展和進(jìn)行變的有利，在這個(gè)過程中倉庫工作人員進(jìn)取的調(diào)整工作狀態(tài)，做好工作角度的轉(zhuǎn)換。
二、日常工作管理
倉庫管理人員相互監(jiān)督，做好物料的收發(fā)整理，并定期盤點(diǎn)，對合格的物料及時(shí)清點(diǎn)進(jìn)倉，將已經(jīng)報(bào)廢的物料做好相關(guān)處理工作，賬務(wù)人員及時(shí)做好單據(jù)輸入輸出工作，確保帳、物、卡一致，做到今日事今日畢;改善工作環(huán)境，規(guī)劃倉庫物料的區(qū)域標(biāo)識，每一天對倉庫的衛(wèi)生進(jìn)行打掃，堅(jiān)持倉庫衛(wèi)生清潔，注重倉庫的安全問題，做到人走電斷、門關(guān);定期對滅火器和消防栓進(jìn)行檢查。
三、完善倉庫的工作體制
首先建立建全了各崗位工作職責(zé)，規(guī)范了各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流轉(zhuǎn)程序，修改并制定了倉庫管理制定;結(jié)合公司經(jīng)營實(shí)踐，完善了票據(jù)管理和財(cái)務(wù)庫存數(shù)據(jù)的執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn);倉庫分區(qū)、貨物分類、系統(tǒng)的使用及臺帳、標(biāo)識建設(shè)的完成，標(biāo)志著倉儲管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，科學(xué)化進(jìn)程的全面啟動(dòng)。異常是倉庫現(xiàn)場管理的5S標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施，徹底杜絕了過去那種不用的雜物，包裝材料、使用工具及廢損包裝物隨處可見，雜亂無章的現(xiàn)象。貨物的收、發(fā)、存管理工作，伴隨著崗位職責(zé)制的貫徹落實(shí)，得到了全面提升。對倉庫歷史遺留的呆滯貨物，殘次品，報(bào)廢貨物、返廠貨物進(jìn)行了徹底清理，并建立了相應(yīng)的殘次品庫，為今后此項(xiàng)工作的順利開展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。如今日常管理中的所收、發(fā)貨物(含退貨入庫)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確率為98%以上。針對前期貨物出庫配送效率不高的情景，對作業(yè)流程每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、崗位進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的跟蹤調(diào)查，結(jié)合實(shí)際情景，制定了各崗位職責(zé)。進(jìn)取配合財(cái)務(wù)部對庫存數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修整，保證了庫存貨物原始數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、真實(shí)性。
四、在過去一年工作中的不足及改善
(1)倉庫的庫貌還未到達(dá)應(yīng)有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);今后的工作中加強(qiáng)倉庫衛(wèi)生打掃、標(biāo)識牌的更新、材料的分類碼放和區(qū)域的劃分，根據(jù)實(shí)際的工作情景做好倉庫的安全保障。
(2)倉庫管理人員的專業(yè)水平和崗位職能還沒有到達(dá)一個(gè)較高的水平，對多個(gè)部門配合的事情么棱兩可，在新的一年里加強(qiáng)對人員的培訓(xùn)，針對崗位職責(zé)做好本職工作的同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)技能的完善和部門之間的配合，共同為工廠的發(fā)展出一份力。
