　　常說護(hù)理工作又苦又累，這話的確不假，但是也會(huì)帶來很多快樂，你只有親身投入其中才會(huì)對(duì)它有深深的體會(huì)。在兒科的護(hù)理當(dāng)中，每個(gè)患兒都牽動(dòng)著我們的心，碰到大一些的孩子，心里護(hù)理是很重要的，剛?cè)朐旱暮⒆�，只要我們進(jìn)入到病房他們就開始哭。我們想辦法和他們成為好朋友，得到他們的信任，才能讓他們配合治療。

　　面對(duì)的是小兒的時(shí)候，無論從穿刺、注射到各種用藥，都跟大人有很大的區(qū)別！在護(hù)患關(guān)系上也有變化，小孩都是爸爸媽媽的心肝寶貝，所以在每一個(gè)治療上，我們都會(huì)跟家長(zhǎng)們溝通好！讓他們放心，他們才能安心！

　　在兒科，沒有過硬的穿刺技術(shù)是不行的，“一針見血”在兒科更顯突出，尤為重要，因?yàn)榛純憾际前謰尩男念^肉，打在兒身上，痛在爸媽身上嘛！因此我們勤學(xué)苦練，多總結(jié)多摸索，“熟能生巧”的道理也在這里得以體現(xiàn)。我們下苦工夫，多學(xué)多看多練，頭皮穿刺也是容易一次成功的，而能做到“一針見血”在兒科干護(hù)理工作也容易多了，輕松多了。

　　工作過程中，我嚴(yán)格遵守醫(yī)院及各科室的規(guī)章制度，認(rèn)真履行護(hù)士職責(zé)，嚴(yán)格要求自己，尊敬師長(zhǎng)，團(tuán)結(jié)同事，踏實(shí)工作，熱愛兒童事業(yè)，全心全意為患兒著想。同時(shí)理解家屬，正確處理好護(hù)患關(guān)系，能做好解釋與安慰工作。
