　　回顧X年，支書助理已近兩年，回想起初到村任職時的激動和茫然，現(xiàn)在的我多了幾分成熟和淡定。這兩年，在上級組織部門的精心關懷和嚴格要求下，在鄉(xiāng)黨委、政府直接領導以及村兩委干部熱心幫助下，我立足本職，盡職盡責地完成各項工作，積極推進本村經濟社會事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展。我也積累了大量的寶貴工作經驗，學會了為人處事的方法，從一名懵懵懂懂的大學生轉變成了農村基層工作者的一員。為了更好地服務群眾，現(xiàn)將兩年來的工作情況總結匯報如下：

　　一、轉變角色，加強學習。一是以村民身份去定位自我，深入村里體會農民疾苦，將農民切身利益與自己本職工作緊密聯(lián)系在一起，在工作中學習，在學習中工作。二是努力做到”五個學習“。向書本學習、向村民學習、向領導學習、向實踐學習、向同事學習。不輕視小事、瑣事，不害怕重復、無償，不拒絕平淡、平凡，力所能及為村民服務，不挑大小，注重總結與積累，更加注重用心學習和踏實工作，加強鍛煉以提高自己的工作能力。三是加強工作協(xié)調能力，經過一些工作的鍛煉，能夠很好地協(xié)調村里和鄉(xiāng)政府之間的工作，保證村上工作如實上報，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)任務順利下達。

　　二、堅持基層實踐，積極投身到村內事務。

　　1、參與村支兩委工作，協(xié)調基層組織建設，同時完善村“兩委”聯(lián)席會議、村民代表會議、黨員會議等制度，規(guī)范村議事程序和決策辦法，確�！皟晌�”協(xié)調，高效運轉。

　　2、積極開展農村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠程教育。作為到村任職大學生，積極開展遠程教育也是我的分內工作，我積極協(xié)助組織村內黨員群眾，他們一起收看優(yōu)秀黨員的典型事例、黨的方針政策等節(jié)目，充分發(fā)揮了遠程教育在推進農村基層組織建設和新農村建設中的作用，活動內容豐富。

　　3、推廣普及新型農村合作醫(yī)療。大力宣傳合作醫(yī)療的政策，配合村會計收費登記，因工作到位，我村每年參合率均在全鄉(xiāng)前列，受到鄉(xiāng)領導的好評和獎勵，同時協(xié)助鄉(xiāng)政府做好計算機錄入工作。

　　4、文字協(xié)助工作。在領導的幫助下寫報告、總結、報道等，努力將村里人的真抓實干、努力建設新農村的情況報道出去，通過現(xiàn)在這方面的鍛煉，提高了我在公文寫作方面的能力。對村內各類臺賬資料的整理、分類，對村務公開的資料進行整理。

　　5、關注民生。協(xié)助村干部辦理村民的新農合醫(yī)保、養(yǎng)老保險等，主動做好助手，按時完成任務。同時協(xié)助鄉(xiāng)民政部門登記我村內的低保、五保對象，建立檔案。

　　6、助力“兩委”換屆選舉。配合舊一任“兩委”干部做好前期摸底、準備工作，及時做好材料信息的收集，與鄉(xiāng)派工作人員做好溝通，助力“兩委”換屆選舉。

　　7、落實黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動。積極配合鄉(xiāng)黨委開展黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動，認真查找自身問題，查找村兩委領導班子“四風”建設問題，并根據(jù)上級安排逐步推進，針對查找出的問題限期整改，自我總結，獲得良好效果，群眾對此次活動給予了高度的贊揚。

　　時光飛逝，轉眼間我來到xx鄉(xiāng)三個月的試用期已經結束了。回憶這三個月來，我的確成長了不少，在這段時間里大家給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領導們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了同事之間和諧的氛圍，也領悟了鄉(xiāng)政府工作人員和村官助理工作的辛苦與瑣碎，看到了領導和同事一絲不茍的工作態(tài)度。對大家肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會和這些兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的人一起工作而深感榮幸。

　　工作三個月了，可能還帶著學生時的學習習慣，我把自己在這里每天的工作都做個簡單的記錄，這樣既讓我熟悉了工作，也方便了有問題時的查詢。我想，這個習慣我會一直堅持下去的。 在這里工作對我來說，應該是比較容易適應的，畢竟，我出生在這里，對這里的自然環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境比較了解。因此，工作起來還算得心應手。剛剛離開學校，步入社會，對自己的工作具體情況認識不是很清楚，不過這不會成為我工作的障礙，我拿出學生時的學習態(tài)度，虛心學習，多和領導、同事請教、交流和溝通，遇事多思考，為了更好的了解我的工作性質和任務，我在休息時間經常和上一屆的哥哥姐姐們聊天，以便加深認識，更好的完成工作。因此，本著謙虛謹慎的態(tài)度和不減的工作熱情，這三個月來，我的工作基本完成的很順利，和領導溝通及時，和同事相處融洽。

　　記得剛來時，我對這里的認識僅僅局限于地理位置和基本的農業(yè)，除此之外，便一無所知了。 通過這一個月的工作，使我對科室的工作有了基本的認識，也對自己所負責的x村基本情況熟悉了。工作中，除了完成所掛職的x科室自己負責的基本工作，每周一和周五還按鄉(xiāng)里要求定時下到村里，及時傳達鄉(xiāng)里例會的內容，和村書記交流，了解黑峪口村的情況。我努力的去融入這里，希望被領導和同事接納。

　　xx科室的工作非常多，我在這里是個信息員，每月、每季有很多數(shù)據(jù)和報表要統(tǒng)計，這些數(shù)據(jù)包括主要農產品情況、畜牧業(yè)生產情況、非農戶畜牧業(yè)生產情況、農林牧漁業(yè)產值、每月住戶調查等，還有，近期剛剛經過秋收，包括玉米的預計產量和實際產量。我的任務是協(xié)助同事把數(shù)據(jù)按時統(tǒng)計好，錄入數(shù)據(jù)庫，上傳到縣有關部門。這些事情看起來容易，似乎只是和數(shù)字打交道，但通過協(xié)助Y師傅做這些工作，我深刻體會到這其中的瑣碎與辛苦。報表上的數(shù)字不是隨便填上去的，必須有根有據(jù)，容不得半點馬虎。因為每月的數(shù)據(jù)都是有標準的，而且一環(huán)扣著一環(huán)，稍有一點錯誤，就會帶來很多的麻煩，需要一步一步的往回查，追根求源才能解決。所以，為了不必要的麻煩，Y師傅和我每一步都非常謹慎，每個數(shù)字兩個人都要算，一致了才能錄，錄入時兩個人都要再檢查一遍確保沒有錄錯。還有比較麻煩的事，在做住戶調查表錄入時，村里交上來的報表經常有錯，看得出填表的人有個別不認真的，剩下的查錯只能我們干了，因為每戶的各項支出和收入在數(shù)據(jù)庫中都對應唯一的一個代碼，如果代碼錯了，數(shù)據(jù)是無法錄入的。為了更準確及時的完成工作，我們需要幫那些填表的人查錯，有代碼寫得不明確的都要一一查表，否則最后算總計時數(shù)據(jù)是不正確的，更無法傳給縣里。和Y師傅一起工作，能學到很多東西，他雖然在電腦操作方面不如我們這些大學生，但是，他對工作兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、一絲不茍的態(tài)度卻很值得我們學習，有時工作催得很緊，他經常犧牲午休時間加班工作�？吹剿�那么敬業(yè)，讓我除了敬佩，對工作更不敢有絲毫懈怠。

　　在做好主要負責的任務的同時，我也會幫助同事。有一陣子，辦公室里的兩個同事有事請假，我一個人要完成三個人的事情，最忙的時候，我主動放棄了原本準備好的鄉(xiāng)里組織的一次知識競賽，看到同事拿了獎品，心中雖有遺憾，但想到按時完成了任務，自己累點也是值得的。

　　上個月，我有幸去參加縣里組織的農民專業(yè)合作社輔導員的培訓，三天下來，腰酸背痛，但我依然堅持認真聽講，記好筆記。我也曾參加過移動公司的新產品——農村信息機的培訓，認真的跟隨主講完成現(xiàn)場演示。希望在以后的工作中可以用所學的給農民提供幫助。

　　關于x村的工作，我也很認真的去做好。每周按時隨著包村組下村，協(xié)助包村組組長把鄉(xiāng)里的會議精神及時傳達到，偶爾因特殊情況不能親自去村里，我會打電話給村書記把會議要點告訴他。

　　三個月的試用期，我想我基本完成了在市級大學生村官歡送大會上提到的“兩個轉變”：環(huán)境從城市到農村的轉變，身份從大學生到村官助理的轉變。雖然生在農村，但因求學在市區(qū)，回家次數(shù)很少，環(huán)境的改變對我也有個適應過程;而身份上，離開了學校，投入到工作中，身份也要改變，沒有了校園生活的愜意，需要以最快的速度適應環(huán)境，投入到瑣碎的工作中來。大學四年培養(yǎng)了我自主學習的能力和獨立解決問題的能力，而課余時間的打工更鍛煉了我的適應能力和溝通能力。在現(xiàn)在和以后的工作中，這些東西都成了我最寶貴的財富。
