實(shí)習(xí)是每個應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生對自己本專業(yè)所學(xué)知識的掌握程度的一個很好的檢驗(yàn)機(jī)會，通過近一年的實(shí)習(xí)，我深深體會到了將理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來的不易，也通過這一個月的努力，使我熟悉了外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的工作流程，外貿(mào)公司的組織機(jī)構(gòu)職能，為我今后真正踏入工作崗位積累了一定的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
XX年6月份離開學(xué)校，回家，然后7月份一個人奔到了一個發(fā)達(dá)物資化的城市——深圳。所幸在深圳有親戚，但是因?yàn)槭窃诮紖^(qū)，找工作什么的都不方便，所以輾轉(zhuǎn)了近一個月的時間。那時候很茫然，也很有壓力。畢竟在這樣一個發(fā)達(dá)城市，有著大把的人才。但是我又是很幸運(yùn)的，第一次出去找工作，買了份地圖，去了人才市場，試著投了幾份簡歷，然后通知面試。那天很早起床，坐車，問路，到了那家公司，其實(shí)那次不知道為什么，我很自信，就覺得我一定能獲得這份工作。兩個多小時的筆試，面試，很自然的談話，然后我順利通過了。
特別開心，公司地段環(huán)境都特別好，處于高級寫字樓的高層，占了整層寫字樓的一大半。公司成立于1978年，一家美資企業(yè)，做玩具出口貿(mào)易。同時在美國，中國臺灣，香港，上海都有分公司，在英國，澳洲都分別設(shè)有辦事處，公司成員有一百多人。并且有自己的工廠，設(shè)在惠州，有員工兩百多人。
我的職位是國外業(yè)務(wù)助理，分在madd組。madd是澳洲的一家公司，通過我們給他找生產(chǎn)廠家，給我們提成。所以就是我們組要給我們公司及madd兩家公司做業(yè)務(wù)，也就有兩個老板，所做的事情也就比其他組多，也復(fù)雜。我們深圳公司有員工五十多人，有業(yè)務(wù)部，財(cái)務(wù)部，商品部，船務(wù)部，工程以及美工部。
公司有住宿，就在公司的對面，三室一廳的房子，所有的家具電器都是全的，空調(diào)，電視，dvd，冰箱，洗衣機(jī)，微波爐等等。住7個人，雖然人有點(diǎn)多，但是在深圳，公司能提供這樣的住宿條件也是很不錯的了。每天8點(diǎn)15上班，7點(diǎn)半起床，洗涑，吃早餐，然后到公司，刷卡，再開始一天的工作。我們業(yè)務(wù)部每天都要開早會，每天都有不同的人主持。主要是統(tǒng)計(jì)前一天的工作情況，驗(yàn)貨，交貨情況等等，以及當(dāng)天的工作安排。每周五的會議記錄是由我們組來做，我做了幾次，很頭痛，因?yàn)橹v的很快，事情又多，根本記不清楚所有的東西。后來由主管教該怎么樣科學(xué)的記這些東西，然后整理。剛開始進(jìn)公司，對所有的東西都是茫然，不知道自己該做什么，不知所措。所幸的是，主管很好，27，8歲左右的女孩，就帶著我，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的教。這點(diǎn)我很感激她。因?yàn)楹芏喙镜睦习宥紩嬖V你，公司不是學(xué)校，不是讓你來學(xué)東西的，而是要你來工作，為公司贏的效益的。所以，謝謝我的主管!因?yàn)楣究蛻舳�，業(yè)務(wù)很雜，最開始就要學(xué)在貿(mào)易系統(tǒng)里打定單。這是件很重要卻又比較復(fù)雜的事情，定單里包括working pa-pe-r,p/o,poi等等很多東西，而且是全英文的，任何一個小小的地方出錯都會釀成不同的后果。當(dāng)然我出過很多錯，定單數(shù)量，交期，價(jià)格有問題。側(cè)麥主麥印錯等等很多。
幸好我們的定單打出來都會先交到主管那里審核，再交給總經(jīng)理，然后才會發(fā)出去。最開始學(xué)的時候，我一天才能打三份定單，而且全是錯。所以，光學(xué)習(xí)這個貿(mào)易系統(tǒng)，做到能獨(dú)立做，我花了一個多月的時間。后來的定單就不用交給主管審核了，直接發(fā)到工廠。有一次我的定單數(shù)量有錯，讓老板白白做了4000多美金的庫存。然后就是被請到總經(jīng)理室，一頓教育。
學(xué)會了很多東西，整個國際貿(mào)易流程，業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)，船務(wù)，商品之間的關(guān)系。每張定單做結(jié)算，寄送樣品，接到定單通知船務(wù)定倉，等等。都是很煩瑣又細(xì)致的事情。我們的郵箱每天都會有好幾百封郵件，所以，其實(shí)我們大部分的時間也就是在處理那些郵件，不停的收發(fā)，回復(fù)。辦公室的電話每天也都是在一刻不停的在響。

1、口語的重要性。英語是我們對外交流的橋梁，因此在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中必須加強(qiáng)對英語的學(xué)習(xí)，同時加強(qiáng)口語的練習(xí)，這是做外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員的基礎(chǔ)。
2、要有不怕挫折的精神，堅(jiān)持到底。即使沒有人詢盤也要堅(jiān)持做自己的本職工作。
3、要擴(kuò)展知識面，了解各國風(fēng)俗和談判風(fēng)格，技巧等。提高全方面修養(yǎng)。
4、切勿眼高手低。不管什么工作，都是要從小事做起，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。

7. u8系統(tǒng)處于方案確認(rèn)階段，正在逐步推進(jìn)。這里我會加強(qiáng)雙方的溝通，爭取項(xiàng)目 早日上線。
