一.在社會(huì)上要善于與別人溝通。經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的工作讓我認(rèn)識(shí)更多的人。如何與別人溝通好，這門技術(shù)是需要長(zhǎng)期的練習(xí)。以前工作的機(jī)會(huì)不多，使我與別人對(duì)話時(shí)不會(huì)應(yīng)變，會(huì)使談話時(shí)有冷場(chǎng)，這是很尷尬的。與同事的溝通也同等重要。人在社會(huì)中都會(huì)融入社會(huì)這個(gè)團(tuán)體中，人與人之間合力去做事，使其做事的過(guò)程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。別人給你的意見(jiàn)，你要聽(tīng)取、耐心、虛心地接受。
