　　揚州市江都地方稅務局學雷鋒志愿服務隊以江都地稅系統(tǒng)干部為主體組成的志愿者服務組織。在上級領導的指導下，揚州市江都地方稅務局學雷鋒志愿服務隊大力弘揚“奉獻、友愛、互助、提高”的志愿服務理念，繼承革命傳統(tǒng)，弘揚雷鋒精神，以雷鋒為榜樣，全心全意為人民服務，提高納稅服務水平，促進征納關系和諧，營造良好的稅收環(huán)境，深入社區(qū)街道，開展各種義務服務活動，展示了地稅系統(tǒng)為人民服務的精神，為建立禮貌城市，為江都區(qū)的精神禮貌建設做出了用心的貢獻。

　　一、加強領導，提高思想認識

　　我局實行主要領導負責制，確�！皩W雷鋒”活動的有效開展，同時召開專門會議部署該項活動，制定《揚州市江都地方稅務局關于開展“學雷鋒”活動的實施方案》，由人事教育科具體負責該項活動的指導、推動和督促、檢查。進一步明確活動任務，做到一級抓一級，層層抓落實，確保了該項活動的有序開展。另外，我局把“學雷鋒”活動與精神禮貌建立、優(yōu)化納稅服務一并整體推進，保障活動的開展效果。

　　二、把握脈搏，找準工作切入點

　　確立與時俱進的志愿者服務主旨，是品牌建立的關鍵。我們敏銳捕捉活動契機，緊緊把握時代的脈搏，立足學校實際，做到了“三貼近”和“三注重”即：貼近實際、貼近生活、貼近工作和注重實踐教育、體驗教育、養(yǎng)成教育，讓干部在體驗中淬煉無私奉獻、熱心公益、熱愛祖國的精神品質(zhì)。

　　在志愿服務活動資料的確定上我們遵循：一是繼承和創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)一的原則，在結合時代特點和需要的同時，不斷繼承和發(fā)揚民族文化的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng);二是堅持民族性與世界性相結合，立足國情開展環(huán)保活動，同時放眼世界;

　　四、創(chuàng)新形式，提升稅收志愿服務活動的品位

　　(二)組織開展學雷鋒”禮貌交通志愿服務周周行活動，城區(qū)六個分局80余名志愿者們利用周六休息時間，統(tǒng)一佩戴志愿者標志到交通要塞維護交通秩序，勸導行人與非機動車禮貌同行，以自身的具體行為，影響和帶頭身邊人，為營造禮貌交通新秩序，做出地稅人應盡的貢獻。

　　(三)組織開展禮貌社區(qū)志愿服務活動。開展敬老助殘、結對幫扶、維權幫教、心理輔導、信息傳遞等志愿服務;開展社區(qū)便民利民、禮貌勸導、環(huán)保宣傳、植綠護綠、法制宣傳、青少年成長服務等方面的工作，透過志愿服務傳遞人與人之間的關愛，促進社會和諧。圍繞公民道德、禮貌城市建立、禮貌禮儀等相關知識，，廣泛普及禮貌知識和幸福理念，倡導禮貌新風。

　　(四)組織開展環(huán)境維護整治志愿服務活動。區(qū)局組織廣大團員青年投入到邵伯母親河的保護活動中，參與了團委組織的植樹護綠、清潔家園、環(huán)境整治活動，讓廣大居民了解保護環(huán)境的重要性，提高環(huán)境整治在群眾心中的配合與參與意識。

　　(五)開展“一幫一”活動，支持和服務新農(nóng)村發(fā)展。志愿者服務隊響應區(qū)政府的要求，開展了“一幫一”活動，走進農(nóng)戶、走進農(nóng)民、服務“三農(nóng)”。在活動中，以辦實事、求實效為工作方針，深入開展了思想共建、文化共建、綠色共建、平安共建、和諧共建活動，為新農(nóng)村建設帶給智力支持、致富支持，有效地促進了新農(nóng)村建設。

　　能當上__百年校慶的志愿者是多么榮幸的一件事!在我得知自我被校團委青年志愿者服務中心錄取為校慶交通指揮組的志愿者時，心里還是很興奮的。能在自我的人生當中遇上這么一件喜慶的事，實屬難得!

　　在這次的志愿服務過程中，我獲益良多。先不說豐盛的三餐，__為我們精心安排以外，在這次的活動中，我更是收獲了友誼和感動。從__校慶的彩排過程中，我就結交了來自不一樣學院，但都熱心為校慶服務的志愿者們。從組長們的合理分工，組員之間的相互配合，我更是體會到一個團隊的力量。到了正式上崗的那一天，天還沒亮就得從床上爬起來，為的只是為校慶出一份微弱的力量。從躍進北步行來到保衛(wèi)處，看到大家都穿上志愿者的馬甲，戴上專用的袖章，我們按照原計劃站在指定的崗位上，大家都喜上眉梢。剛開始車流量還不太大，我們尚算應付得來。可是隨著時間逐漸地推移，人流量、車流量逐漸增多，我們看到穿著色彩斑斕的校慶志愿服，大家都昂首闊步地向會場邁進。車輛開始陸陸續(xù)續(xù)地駛入我們負責的3號停車場，我們就按照間隔好的位置指引車輛停好。司機們都很配合，我們也干得很投入。之后我負責指揮的那部車停好了，從車里走出一位高大的外國人，他向我友好地微笑，還向我問__運動場要怎樣走，他并沒有用英文來問我，而是用了嫻熟的普通話�？墒牵�我最終發(fā)揮了自我英語專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢，用一口流利的英文解答了他的問題。顯然，他滿意地笑了，我也感到內(nèi)心的愉悅。

　　到了11點左右，本來按原本計劃是吃飯時間，可是車流量到達了高峰期。每當有車輛駛入，我們都必須跟著車輛跑到停車線，如此一來，我們跑了不明白有幾十趟了，并且還要跑到上頭的那一層去，基本上是沒得休息了。之后，車位滿了，我們還需要指引司機走到六一區(qū)去停車。向我們問路的校友更是數(shù)都數(shù)不清，但我都耐心地向他們解答了問題，為校慶出一分力。

　　早上的志愿服務歷時4個多小時才結束，毋庸置疑，這次的志愿服務很考驗我的耐力和持久力，看著同伴們這么辛勤地工作，我也不忍心去休息。我想，在她們身上，我真的學到了很多，包括她們堅持不懈的忍耐力和樂于助人的精神。
