感悟很深。更重要的是我對(duì)自己能在這樣一個(gè)快節(jié)奏、高效率、充滿生機(jī)與活力的企業(yè)里工作而感到自豪。
回顧這幾個(gè)月,我主要做了以下幾項(xiàng)工作:
一、20xx年下半年的主要工作
(一)營(yíng)業(yè)廳的實(shí)習(xí)工作
移動(dòng)營(yíng)業(yè)廳是移動(dòng)公司直接面向客戶的一個(gè)窗口,在這里的工作人員就是移動(dòng)的一線工作人員,直接與客戶打交道,直接代表著移動(dòng)的形象。在兩個(gè)多月的營(yíng)業(yè)廳前臺(tái)實(shí)習(xí)中,我不僅看到了前臺(tái)人員工作的認(rèn)真和生活的激情,更是感受到那種以公司為家的強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心與歸屬感。具體而言,我不僅對(duì)前臺(tái)的業(yè)務(wù)流程有了最基本的熟悉,而且對(duì)前臺(tái)工作人員的職責(zé)有了更全面、深入地了解。業(yè)務(wù)方面,除了正常的收費(fèi)、辦理業(yè)務(wù)等工作外,接待用戶、協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系、化解矛盾、咨詢、受理投訴等也發(fā)揮著重要作用;營(yíng)業(yè)員工作職責(zé)方面,高水平的業(yè)務(wù)和協(xié)調(diào)工作的能力、較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、謙虛的工作態(tài)度、團(tuán)隊(duì)作戰(zhàn)的精神、服務(wù)的熱情等是衡量前臺(tái)優(yōu)秀員工的基本準(zhǔn)則。這些都體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)移動(dòng)需要什么樣的員工。
感性認(rèn)識(shí)上升到理性認(rèn)識(shí)是認(rèn)識(shí)論的的進(jìn)一步升華。所以,在前臺(tái)實(shí)習(xí)一段時(shí)間后,根據(jù)公司安排,我們參加了省公司新進(jìn)員工的第四期培訓(xùn)。這次培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)雖經(jīng)歷時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),僅有十來天,但內(nèi)容豐富、形式靈活。既有理論學(xué)習(xí),又有拓展訓(xùn)練。尤其是在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講座中,介紹的“中國(guó)移動(dòng)需要什么樣的員工”,讓我銘記在心:1、強(qiáng)烈的創(chuàng)新意識(shí);2、艱苦奮斗的精神;3、盡善盡美的追求;4、謙虛謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度。由此可見,只有我們移動(dòng)的每一位員工發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新的主觀能動(dòng)性,并注意從我們身邊的點(diǎn)滴做起,真正發(fā)揮自己的戰(zhàn)斗力,才能為公司、社會(huì)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。而在烈日炎炎下深入南山湖拓展訓(xùn)練基地,和同事們眾志成城、攻城拔寨,使我明白了團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力是無所不摧的——“只要戰(zhàn)勝自己,你就贏了人生”。
(二)營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理實(shí)習(xí)崗
進(jìn)入十月份后,我們輪換到營(yíng)銷中心營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理實(shí)習(xí)崗。總體而言,營(yíng)銷中心在整個(gè)公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程中處于關(guān)鍵地位,發(fā)揮著極其重要的功能。大家平時(shí)的工作既繁瑣又忙碌,但都井然有序。經(jīng)過近三個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí),讓我感受頗多。
1.了解到營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理的基本職責(zé)。
(1)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)中心每個(gè)月分解的營(yíng)銷任務(wù),包括業(yè)務(wù)和服務(wù)。及時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)并掌握這些是最基本的要求之一。方式有多種,包括:
1)每天早上的晨會(huì);
2)每個(gè)月的業(yè)務(wù)、服務(wù)培訓(xùn)會(huì)議;
3)省、市公司的相關(guān)電視電化會(huì)議。

首先,月中例會(huì)為營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理和店長(zhǎng)們提供了最直接、最廣泛的交流舞臺(tái)。通過這次會(huì)議,營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理可傳達(dá)本月的業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)和服務(wù)重點(diǎn);其次,巡查工作是對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)廳的最直接的督導(dǎo),并能及時(shí)了解到各營(yíng)業(yè)廳的所需;最后,每周的數(shù)據(jù)通報(bào)明確了各個(gè)營(yíng)業(yè)廳自身的進(jìn)度,并為下期的工作提供了最強(qiáng)的動(dòng)力。

2.了解到合格的營(yíng)銷經(jīng)理所應(yīng)具備的條件
(1)強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心

在經(jīng)過約兩個(gè)月的師傅幫帶之后,中心根據(jù)要求統(tǒng)一安排我們獨(dú)立管理相關(guān)營(yíng)業(yè)廳的工作,主要負(fù)責(zé)、等營(yíng)業(yè)廳的日常督導(dǎo)。在此過程中,我充分實(shí)踐、積極思考,發(fā)現(xiàn)合作廳的日常督 導(dǎo)工作較瑣碎,且對(duì)執(zhí)行力和時(shí)效性要求非常高,但這些我都能按要求認(rèn)真完成。令我遺憾的是,反饋市場(chǎng)信息仍是我們工作中的薄弱一環(huán)。俗話說:“知彼知己,百戰(zhàn)不殆”。搜集好市場(chǎng)信息,尤其是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的信息內(nèi)容,并做好有效性分析、提出針對(duì)性方案,這是做好營(yíng)銷工作的最重要環(huán)節(jié)。但由于時(shí)間有限,感覺自己在這方面的工作力度還不夠深入,沒能更有效地摸索
出相關(guān)的重要方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在以后的工作中,如有機(jī)會(huì)一定認(rèn)真加以彌補(bǔ)和完善。

一、為了明天的教育而充實(shí)自我

今年下半年新課程在我校啟動(dòng),對(duì)于我這個(gè)一線的老教師來說既是一種全心的挑戰(zhàn),又是一次考驗(yàn)。為了使自己在新課程改革中不落伍,我努力鉆研業(yè)務(wù),努力提高自身素質(zhì),積極探索新的教學(xué)思路,新的教學(xué)模式。平時(shí)認(rèn)真鉆研業(yè)務(wù),在“五認(rèn)真”上下功夫。嚴(yán)把備課關(guān),做到備大綱,備教材,備學(xué)生,精心設(shè)計(jì)每堂課。在教學(xué)中本著“教是為了不教”的觀念,以“用好老教材,實(shí)踐新理念,使每個(gè)學(xué)生生動(dòng)活潑、自主和諧發(fā)展”作為自己追求的目標(biāo)。努力創(chuàng)設(shè)語言訓(xùn)練的條件,讓學(xué)生在有限的時(shí)間和空間里主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行聽說讀寫的語言活動(dòng),使課堂成為學(xué)生施展才華的舞臺(tái),讓學(xué)生在“自主、合作、探索”中學(xué)習(xí)。而我本人則隱退至后臺(tái)充當(dāng)學(xué)生“學(xué)習(xí)的促進(jìn)者、指導(dǎo)者”。把學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)權(quán)力還給學(xué)生,F(xiàn)在學(xué)生在新課前都能認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí),特別是能在網(wǎng)上查資料,在圖書管找資料,課堂上思維活躍,發(fā)言熱烈,常常高潮迭起。

一個(gè)班級(jí)中難免有學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正、接受能力差的學(xué)習(xí)困難生。對(duì)于這樣的學(xué)生我循循善誘、耐心輔導(dǎo),特殊照顧。
三、民主管理,讓學(xué)生享受成功的快樂
作為一名班主任,我的管理原則是創(chuàng)建活而不亂,嚴(yán)而不死的良好班風(fēng)班貌。這學(xué)年我覺得自己班主任工作最有特色是——民主管理,讓學(xué)生享受成功的快樂。

今年來,辦公室在黨委的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會(huì)黨的__大精神實(shí)質(zhì),努力學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,按照工作框架意見和辦公室工作目標(biāo)職責(zé)要求,著力提升辦公室工作質(zhì)量及效率,圓滿完成了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),現(xiàn)將上個(gè)季度工作情景評(píng)價(jià)如下:
一、政務(wù)工作
(一)規(guī)范辦文程序,統(tǒng)籌會(huì)議服務(wù)年初以來,辦公室規(guī)范了對(duì)辦文辦會(huì)工作的管理。首先嚴(yán)格按照收、發(fā)文程序處理文件,并全程督辦文件的落實(shí);其次,加強(qiáng)了對(duì)文件資料的把關(guān),做到資料完整,合乎規(guī)范要求。半年共收文281份;發(fā)文18份,其中上行文17份,下行文1份。會(huì)務(wù)工作較往年有了明顯的改觀,辦公室強(qiáng)調(diào)了會(huì)務(wù)工作的服務(wù)特性,按照會(huì)務(wù)工作的特點(diǎn),細(xì)分了工作資料。第一扎實(shí)做好會(huì)前的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備,為會(huì)議召開創(chuàng)造條件;第二做好會(huì)議的服務(wù)和接待,努力為參會(huì)人員創(chuàng)造一個(gè)舒適的環(huán)境;第三是做好會(huì)議的跟蹤服務(wù),力爭(zhēng)使會(huì)議的決議得到貫徹落實(shí)。
(二)重視宣傳報(bào)道,及時(shí)上報(bào)信息為了做好宣傳報(bào)道工作,辦公室要求文秘人員內(nèi)強(qiáng)素質(zhì)、外樹形象,宣傳報(bào)道工作今年有了長(zhǎng)足的提高。半年共上報(bào)信息9篇,采用9篇,其中,政訊4篇,夾江信息4篇,學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)1篇,為上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及時(shí)掌握我委的工作動(dòng)態(tài)、全方位準(zhǔn)確宣傳我委的工作業(yè)績(jī)和展現(xiàn)形象發(fā)揮了重要作用。
(三)優(yōu)化檔案管理,做好信訪接待為做好檔案管理,新安裝了電子檔案管理系統(tǒng)軟件,要求檔案管理人員努力提高業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),學(xué)習(xí)檔案管理的有關(guān)法律法規(guī)、操作規(guī)程,做好檔案的保管工作。信訪工作,今年意外事故頻發(fā)、大事較多,各級(jí)政府、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)十分重視信訪工作。我委信訪工作在黨委領(lǐng)下,及時(shí)成立了信訪工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,做好日常的宣傳解釋工作,轄區(qū)內(nèi)半年來無一例上訪事件發(fā)生。
(四)提高保密意識(shí),做好工作,加大了保密知識(shí)的宣傳力度,提高了工作人員的保密意識(shí),簽訂了保密承諾職責(zé)書,并做到涉密計(jì)算機(jī)專人管理,涉密資料專柜保存,杜絕了泄密事件的發(fā)生。
二、財(cái)務(wù)工作
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行財(cái)務(wù)管理制度,加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管理,明確財(cái)務(wù)審批權(quán)限、報(bào)銷程序。合理安排開支,保證了機(jī)關(guān)工作正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
三、其他工作
一季度來,我們堅(jiān)持為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)服務(wù)、為機(jī)關(guān)服務(wù)、為職工服務(wù)的宗旨,堅(jiān)持每一天打掃辦公室衛(wèi)生,保證了工作環(huán)境的干凈舒適;按時(shí)上報(bào)各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)、報(bào)表等材料,保證了政務(wù)信息的及時(shí)暢通;及時(shí)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作,保證了日常工作的順利開展;完成了縣人大__屆四次會(huì)議交辦的一件提議和提案答復(fù)工作等。
四、存在的問題和不足
一些成績(jī),但仍然存在一些不足,管理制度仍需完善,落實(shí)力度要進(jìn)一步加大;辦公室人員整體素質(zhì)和工作職責(zé)心、事業(yè)心有待進(jìn)一步提高;服務(wù)觀念有待進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)變;與各相關(guān)部門的聯(lián)系有待進(jìn)一步密切,工作應(yīng)當(dāng)更進(jìn)一步注重實(shí)效等。在下個(gè)季度的工作中,我們辦公室將在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確帶領(lǐng)下,進(jìn)一步發(fā)揚(yáng)成績(jī),克服不足,創(chuàng)新工作,爭(zhēng)取更加優(yōu)異的工作業(yè)績(jī)。
