我個人認(rèn)為作為一名合作的營銷經(jīng)理，除了應(yīng)該具備一定的營銷知識外，還應(yīng)具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠吃苦耐勞，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，講究職業(yè)道德。身為班長的我，在三年的時間里，組織了班級各種各樣的活動。
通過組織這些活動，提高了自己的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識。同時也讓我充分認(rèn)識到，個人的能力畢竟很有限，只有通過團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，集思廣益，取長補(bǔ)短，才能更好的完成工作。如果這次我有幸競聘上營銷經(jīng)理，我想打造一個平臺，讓自己的同事在一種輕松卻不失嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆諊泄ぷ�，大家相互合作，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

Now I will introduce myself briefly, I am 20 years old, born in shandong province ,east of china, and I am curruently a senior student at UPC of Information and Engineering Control. my major is Information and Signal Processing, and I will receive my master degree after my graduation in june.
