　　外教一對一的好處在于更快的幫助學(xué)生提高英語實(shí)用能力，外教的優(yōu)勢在于英語是他們的母語，他們可以純感性的方式教授英語，而語言本來就是需要感性來學(xué)習(xí)的一種技能。有人說為什么我們的外教老師也講課文很枯燥，因?yàn)槟鞘菍W(xué)校的要求，他也沒有辦法，他只能按照學(xué)校的規(guī)定教學(xué)。但是一對一的這種形式，老師就可以盡情的發(fā)揮自己的特長，幫助學(xué)生提高實(shí)用能力，外國人其實(shí)更講究實(shí)用主義，他們認(rèn)為語言的目的在于應(yīng)用，而不是搞研究。所以在一對一的課堂上，學(xué)生又有充分的表達(dá)機(jī)會，學(xué)生的能力提高的就比較快。

　　外教一對一的弊端，第一，費(fèi)用會比大班授課的成本要高，因?yàn)楸緛硗饨汤蠋熞粋�(gè)人可以教上百人的課程，現(xiàn)在只教你一個(gè)人，所以成本肯定要高一些，但是速恩英語盡量降低學(xué)習(xí)成本，把沒有必要的宣傳成本，教室成本去掉。給學(xué)生一個(gè)最合理的價(jià)格，目前大部分的白領(lǐng)都能接受了。

　　外教的一對一的另一個(gè)弊端，同學(xué)之間沒有一個(gè)互動(dòng)，可能沒有比學(xué)趕幫的氣氛，雖然我們速恩英語專門從事外教一對一培訓(xùn)的機(jī)構(gòu)，我們也不回避這個(gè)弊端，但是我們只是認(rèn)為沒有完美的形式，這只是一個(gè)瑕疵。

　　英語教學(xué)反思 ：如何消除兩極分化?

　　分析兩極分化的原因，主要來自師生兩方面，綜合起來有以下幾種情景:

　　1、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目的不明確。有不少學(xué)生開始學(xué)英語時(shí)是從興趣出發(fā)，隨意性和方向性程度大。他們學(xué)英語只是一陣子，一旦遇到挫折，就容易喪失興趣和信心，知難而退，不思上進(jìn)，導(dǎo)致成績直線下降。

　　2、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法欠佳。有些學(xué)生沒有掌握好正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法。如:記單詞，死記硬背;練句型，生搬硬套，不注意語言環(huán)境;寫句子不遵循英語習(xí)慣，強(qiáng)行漢譯英逐句逐詞對譯等。

　　3、學(xué)生不了解學(xué)習(xí)英語的關(guān)鍵和要點(diǎn)。不少學(xué)生誤以為，英語是知識型、理解型的課程，僅滿足于教師講的資料聽懂了，而沒有把主要精力用在聽、說、讀、寫實(shí)踐練習(xí)上，所以就無法構(gòu)成語言技能，不能熟練掌握，就會邊學(xué)邊忘，越學(xué)越困難，最終導(dǎo)致掉隊(duì)。

　　4、學(xué)生忽視了語言學(xué)習(xí)的漸進(jìn)性。學(xué)習(xí)英語必須要循序漸進(jìn)、扎扎實(shí)實(shí)、逐步提高。單詞學(xué)不好就無法組織句子，簡單句掌握不好就難學(xué)復(fù)合句，聽力差就不能說好英語。如果一段時(shí)期沒有抓緊，連續(xù)出現(xiàn)缺漏，學(xué)生繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)英語就困難重重，掉隊(duì)就難以避免。

　　初中英語的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)是基礎(chǔ)知識和基本技能，所以教學(xué)應(yīng)面向全體同學(xué)，爭取做到人人基本達(dá)標(biāo)。在教學(xué)過程中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)出現(xiàn)差距是不可避免的。一旦出現(xiàn)，就應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)找學(xué)學(xué)生談，分析他們掉隊(duì)的原因，動(dòng)之以情，曉之以理，使學(xué)生從思想上認(rèn)識到學(xué)習(xí)外語的重要性。

　　1、教師要有高度的職責(zé)心。要對班上每一名學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)。要異常關(guān)注中下游學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)，對他們所取得的點(diǎn)滴提高都要加以肯定，當(dāng)他們出現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)困難時(shí)，隨時(shí)幫忙解決。

　　2、端正學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目的。教書育人是教師的神圣職責(zé)。教師在教學(xué)過程中，應(yīng)不斷引導(dǎo)學(xué)生明確學(xué)習(xí)目的，幫忙他們樹立信心，樹立遠(yuǎn)大夢想，做好克服困難的準(zhǔn)備。

　　3、交給學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法。教師在傳授知識的同時(shí)，應(yīng)注意學(xué)習(xí)方法的傳授。正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法是學(xué)習(xí)成功的保證，方法掌握得越好，效率越高。如:記單詞應(yīng)提倡詞不離句、句不離文、文不離景，也可采用同義詞、近義詞、反義詞、同音詞及派生詞、衍生詞等“葡萄式”記憶法。

　　4、教師要善于調(diào)動(dòng)和愛護(hù)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)英語的進(jìn)取性。要不斷改善教學(xué)方法，提高教學(xué)水平，把課上得生動(dòng)趣味。教師首先要認(rèn)真地鉆研教材與教法，堅(jiān)持循序漸進(jìn)、精講多練的原則，要有超前意識。在教學(xué)中，教師要預(yù)測到學(xué)生可能遇到的困難，要找出克服困難的方法，要幫忙學(xué)生順利地學(xué)會所教資料。教師要善于創(chuàng)造良好的英語環(huán)境，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。教師講課語言要生動(dòng)，表情要自然，教態(tài)要和藹，手勢要恰當(dāng)。

　　“實(shí)踐出真知”。怎樣教好初中英語，防止兩極分化現(xiàn)象，以及如何解決，是無固定模式的，需要我們每一個(gè)英語教師不斷的探討、終結(jié)、反思和完善。
