　　時(shí)間過得很真快，轉(zhuǎn)眼就一個(gè)多月了，就在此時(shí)需要回頭總結(jié)的時(shí)候從心底里感到日子的匆匆。原先教師生活讓我感到漸漸遠(yuǎn)去，現(xiàn)在的編輯工作已經(jīng)漸漸變得順其自然了，這或許應(yīng)該是一種慶幸，是讓我值得留戀的一段經(jīng)歷。

　　一個(gè)多月的試用期下來，自己努力了不少，也進(jìn)步了不少，學(xué)到了很多以前沒有的東西，我想這不僅是工作，更重要的是給了我一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)。從這一階段來看，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己渴求的知識(shí)正源源不斷的向自己走來，到這個(gè)大溶爐里慢慢消化，這就是經(jīng)驗(yàn)。一多月以來，我分別在幾個(gè)不同的崗位上練習(xí)，剛開始是做家長頻道的粘貼工作，后來做資訊頻道中的評(píng)論，現(xiàn)在做教師頻道，其中也有一些不同的崗位讓我去鍛煉，在此十分感謝公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和前輩們對(duì)我的關(guān)照。

　　首先說說在編輯部的工作心得。在編輯部一個(gè)月的工作生活，我感觸最深的就是，工作可以在快樂中完成。從初中到高中再到教師工作，這期間我一直都是在遠(yuǎn)離父母親人的視線之外享受著逍遙自主的生活。雖然在學(xué)校里也有師長的關(guān)愛與教誨，但總有一種距離感，缺少家庭特有的溫馨。自到參加工作以來，各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都對(duì)我這位來自異地的新人親切有加，特別是各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，在工作之余，以朋友的姿態(tài)經(jīng)常跟我坦懷聊天，非但不擺領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的架子，而且還以朋友的關(guān)愛之心在引導(dǎo)我們做好編輯工作，讓我真切感受到了X人溫情。而其他大部分的老同事，也對(duì)我這個(gè)新人投以真摯友情的目光，在工作中，只要你需要，他們隨時(shí)給予熱情地指導(dǎo)；工作之余，大家開懷談笑，不分彼此。記得剛到一周的時(shí)間，編輯部新老同事就已經(jīng)打成一片，給我的感覺是上下同心。正因?yàn)槿绱�，在編輯部工作，讓我體會(huì)了在愉快中完成工作的歡欣。

　　我在工作上的收獲主要有：

　　1、基本學(xué)會(huì)ps/photoshop的應(yīng)用和網(wǎng)頁制作；

　　2、熟練掌握教育新聞與社會(huì)新聞采寫的區(qū)別，熟練掌握教育新聞稿的一些寫作方法和技巧等；

　　3、基本了解并初步學(xué)會(huì)教師頻道的研發(fā)；

　　4、在這期間我不僅可以較好地配合各位前輩工作，還可以自己獨(dú)立采寫完成具體的教育新聞作品。主編每次安排的任務(wù)都基本可以順利完成。

　　在這期間，工作上最大的不足主要有：

　　1、新聞的采寫比較古板，缺乏新意；

　　2、新聞的敏感性相對(duì)較差，特別是對(duì)相關(guān)聯(lián)的社會(huì)性新聞把握不足等。

　　近兩周，我被調(diào)到教師頻道做主編，在辦公室工作不足主要有：

　　1、缺乏基本的辦公室工作知識(shí)，在開展具體工作中，常常表現(xiàn)生澀，甚至有時(shí)還覺得不知所措；

　　2、工作細(xì)心度不夠，經(jīng)常在小問題上出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)漏；

　　3、辦事效率不夠快，對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意圖領(lǐng)會(huì)不夠到位等。

　　就總體的工作感受來說，我覺得這里的工作環(huán)境是比較令我滿意的。首先是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)愛以及工作條件在不斷改善給了我工作的動(dòng)力；其次是同事間的友情關(guān)懷以及協(xié)作互助給了我工作的舒暢感和踏實(shí)感；第三就是目前正在營造形成我們特有的企業(yè)文化氛圍給了我工作的信心。

　　我知道，上面的工作表現(xiàn)也許不能讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)感到滿意，如果完全依據(jù)這些表現(xiàn)來決定是否可以繼續(xù)留在這里工作學(xué)習(xí)，坦白說，我自己并沒有太大的信心。但我堅(jiān)信自己能夠在今后的工作中會(huì)表現(xiàn)得更好，保證讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)滿意。
