Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

二、 專業(yè)知識(shí)扎實(shí)，理論知識(shí)優(yōu)化
從教多年來(lái)，我一直在繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)農(nóng)村與區(qū)域發(fā)展專業(yè)知識(shí)，教育專業(yè)知識(shí)，英語(yǔ)專業(yè)知識(shí)，以廣博的知識(shí)拓寬學(xué)生的視野，以傳神的語(yǔ)言撥動(dòng)學(xué)生的心弦，以先進(jìn)的理論指導(dǎo)教學(xué)實(shí)踐。
三、 把握教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)，教學(xué)效果明顯
在教學(xué)中，我注意理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，注意搜集學(xué)生在實(shí)踐中遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題，結(jié)合理論教學(xué)從理論上解釋出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，提出解決問(wèn)題的方法和措施，并積極培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力。不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)良好。
1 、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n . 作為一名教師 , 上好一堂課不難 , 但備好一堂課很難 . 因此 , 每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間在備課之上 , 認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法, 不滿意就不收工。我認(rèn)真研究課文 , 找出了重點(diǎn) , 難點(diǎn) , 準(zhǔn)備有針對(duì)性地講。為了令教學(xué)生動(dòng) , 不沉悶 , 我還為此準(zhǔn)備了大量的教具 ,授課時(shí)就胸有成竹了。有時(shí)準(zhǔn)備好的教學(xué)課件 , 讓學(xué)生觀學(xué)習(xí) , 學(xué)生特別用功 , 教學(xué)效果十分理想 . 與此可見(jiàn) , 認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n對(duì)教學(xué)十分重要。
2 、認(rèn)真組織課堂教學(xué)。一堂課的四十多分鐘 , 就是一個(gè)教師表演技能的階段。上課時(shí) , 本著 " 傳道 , 授業(yè) , 解惑 " 的原則 ,努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量 , 使講解有條理 , 清晰 , 準(zhǔn)確 , 生動(dòng)。我上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入 , 不讓其分心 , 這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富 ,現(xiàn)實(shí)，使每堂課學(xué)生有所獲 , 努力使學(xué)生打好基礎(chǔ) , 培養(yǎng)能力 , 發(fā)展智慧 , 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的正確思維方式 , 養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
3 、注意因材施教 , 因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)課的特殊情況 , 學(xué)生大部分基礎(chǔ)差 ,不愛(ài)學(xué)。為此 ,我制定了具體的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的輔導(dǎo)。從平時(shí)的課堂反應(yīng) , 課后交流 , 周記記錄中掌握各個(gè)學(xué)生的心理狀況 , 抓住他們的特點(diǎn)和個(gè)性 ,有的放矢地與其進(jìn)行交流 , 及時(shí)給予關(guān)懷和關(guān)愛(ài)。善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的優(yōu)點(diǎn) , 并給予表?yè)P(yáng) ; 積極發(fā)現(xiàn)后進(jìn)生的閃光點(diǎn) , 及時(shí)給予鼓勵(lì) ,樹立他們的自信心。只要堅(jiān)持對(duì)這些同學(xué)的輔導(dǎo) , 他們的基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來(lái) , 以后授課的效果就會(huì)更好。
總之 , 在這長(zhǎng)期的教學(xué)過(guò)程中 , 我盡力地做好每項(xiàng)工作，取得了所教學(xué)科及格率均達(dá) 99% 、優(yōu)秀率達(dá) 45% 的好成績(jī)。
科研方面
堅(jiān)持以教學(xué)帶動(dòng)科研，以科研促進(jìn)教學(xué)。任現(xiàn)職以來(lái)，我公開(kāi)發(fā)表論文19篇，其中核心刊物和權(quán)威刊物6篇;參編著作、教材、教參等書籍7本;主持完成了自治區(qū)教育科學(xué)研究課題或改革項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)，主持在研的教育廳科研課題1項(xiàng)。論學(xué)習(xí)，注意了解學(xué)科的一些最新成果和前沿知識(shí)。
