根據(jù)美國法學(xué)院入學(xué)委員會(huì)（law school admission council, lsac）官方網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容，lsac現(xiàn)在同美國大學(xué)注冊(cè)主任與招生官員聯(lián)合會(huì)（american association of collegiate registrars and admissions officers, aacrao）聯(lián)合為申請(qǐng)美國或加拿大ll.m.學(xué)位（或類似學(xué)位）的國際學(xué)生提供證書文件的統(tǒng)一寄送服務(wù)（credential assembly service）。
該服務(wù)將首先收集有關(guān)學(xué)生的成績(jī)單、toefl成績(jī)及其他相關(guān)文件，然后應(yīng)學(xué)生要求，按照各個(gè)法學(xué)院的要求替學(xué)生向美國法學(xué)院寄送相關(guān)文件。該服務(wù)費(fèi)用185美元，包含向五所學(xué)校寄送材料的費(fèi)用。本服務(wù)有效期為5年。請(qǐng)注意，即使采用了該服務(wù)，學(xué)生依舊應(yīng)當(dāng)按照各個(gè)學(xué)校的要求進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)，提交諸如ps，推薦信等材料。
根據(jù)lsac官方網(wǎng)站的信息，截至2004年5月10日，美國已經(jīng)有包括紐約大學(xué)法學(xué)院在內(nèi)的10所法學(xué)院要求學(xué)生在申請(qǐng)時(shí)使用該服務(wù)（本人查看個(gè)有關(guān)學(xué)校的相關(guān)網(wǎng)頁，發(fā)現(xiàn)這些學(xué)校并沒有要求必須使用該服務(wù)）；包括耶魯和哈佛在內(nèi)的41所法學(xué)院推薦申請(qǐng)人使用該服務(wù)。
