微軟在2003年年末推出的一項(xiàng)計(jì)算機(jī)客戶端技術(shù)支持人員的中級認(rèn)證：mcdst(microsoft certified desktop support technician-微軟認(rèn)證桌面支持工程師)。

    mcdst認(rèn)證主要考核windows xp操作系統(tǒng)的故障排除和windows xp操作系統(tǒng)上的應(yīng)用程序故障排除技術(shù)，工作任務(wù)主要包括日常操作系統(tǒng)故障診斷。

    通過考試可得到兩張微軟證書：mcps（微軟認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品專家）和mcdst（微軟認(rèn)證操作系統(tǒng)技術(shù)支持工程師）

    通過mcdst認(rèn)證僅需通過兩門新的考試科目:

    70-271:微軟windows桌面操作系統(tǒng)的用戶支持和排錯(cuò)
supporting users and troubleshooting windows desktop operating systems

    70-272:微軟windows桌面操作系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)上的應(yīng)用程序的用戶支持和排錯(cuò)
