3、備詢?nèi)藛T或推薦人：正常的順序是先獲得這些人同意后再把他們的姓名、地址列入信中，推薦人二至三名即可。
4、結(jié)尾：求職信的結(jié)尾在希望并請(qǐng)求未來的雇主允以面談的機(jī)會(huì)，因此，信中要表明可以面談的時(shí)間。使用的句子要有特性、避免軟弱、老生常談的濫調(diào)。

寫求職信要有機(jī)智和良好的判斷，下列幾點(diǎn)可供參考。
1、陳述事實(shí)，避免表示意見：與訓(xùn)練和經(jīng)驗(yàn)有關(guān)的事實(shí)可以陳述出來，但應(yīng)避免表示意見說這些訓(xùn)練和經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)所應(yīng)征的工作將有怎樣的關(guān)系或好處。
