　　決定：

　　語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語(對公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(對私)

　　非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

　　呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear

　　不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam， or To Whom It May Concern

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待，

　　It is with great pleasure that I recommend to you Zhang Jian， an outstanding graduate majoring in Business Administration.
