　　目的：案例分析法由三部分組成——能力，實(shí)踐與參與

　　國(guó)內(nèi)：內(nèi)的案例教學(xué)還處于一個(gè)起步階段，比如案例庫(kù)源供應(yīng)不足，質(zhì)量欠缺等。在關(guān)于劍橋商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的應(yīng)用中也有少數(shù)人在做嘗試，但尚未形成系統(tǒng)的理論和規(guī)范的操作模式，基于商務(wù)英語(yǔ)這門(mén)課程需要實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)所以需要更多的研究與發(fā)展

　　國(guó)外：在西方教育的中，案例教學(xué)是一種已經(jīng)發(fā)展得相當(dāng)成熟和充分的教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)手段，有一套行之有效的相當(dāng)專(zhuān)業(yè)的操作理論、操作規(guī)范和操作模式。20世紀(jì)初開(kāi)始被運(yùn)用于商業(yè)和企業(yè)管理學(xué)教育，其內(nèi)容、方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)日趨豐富和完善，并在世界范圍產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響，被認(rèn)為是代表未來(lái)教育方向的成功教育模式。

　　隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)一步加快，國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了廣告業(yè)的騰飛，英語(yǔ)廣告翻譯日益成為翻譯學(xué)研究的重要組成部分，廣告翻譯的發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展不言而喻。廣告是商戰(zhàn)中的有力的武器，廣告英語(yǔ)是一種專(zhuān)門(mén)用途的英語(yǔ)，他與普通英語(yǔ)有著較大的差別，本文結(jié)合大量的實(shí)例，從廣告英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)法特點(diǎn)、句法特點(diǎn)和修辭特點(diǎn)三方面分析了廣告英語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn)，并淺析了其翻譯策略 。英語(yǔ)廣告翻譯作為翻譯學(xué)的一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域，引起了眾多的翻譯工作者和研究人員的注意，發(fā)展仍然不夠成熟和完善，這篇論文正是針對(duì)這一系列的問(wèn)題提出了英語(yǔ)廣告的特點(diǎn)和英語(yǔ)廣告的翻譯策略等重要意義的課題。從而為英語(yǔ)廣告的翻譯提供了有效的途徑，為眾多的翻譯工作人員提供了重要的借鑒，同時(shí)也推動(dòng)廣告業(yè)及廣告翻譯事業(yè)的長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。

　　選題的研究現(xiàn)狀：

　　對(duì)于商務(wù)溝通中的禮貌策略，曾有兩語(yǔ)言學(xué)家提出過(guò)。

　　美國(guó)語(yǔ)言學(xué)家格萊斯于1967年提出的禮貌原則被稱(chēng)為“合作原則”。此原則中，會(huì)話雙方需要共同遵守的原則包括數(shù)量、關(guān)系、質(zhì)量和方式幾個(gè)準(zhǔn)則。有了“合作原則”，交易雙方所說(shuō)的話就不會(huì)邏輯混亂，說(shuō)話者和聽(tīng)話者能順暢溝通，以達(dá)到成功交際的目的。20世紀(jì)80年代，在合作原則的基礎(chǔ)上，英國(guó)語(yǔ)言學(xué)家利奇又提出了著名的“禮貌原則”，其主要內(nèi)容為：通過(guò)減少自身利益，使對(duì)方從中獲得更大利益的方式獲得對(duì)方好感，推進(jìn)合作，使對(duì)方從中獲得更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的利益。

　　function and application of descriptive translation studies

　　1 introduction

　　the intention of this study is to explore possible advantages of descriptive translation studies as in its application in translation practice and translation analysis.

　　since early 20th century, translation studies gradually broke away from the marginal status within other related disciplines and established itself as an empirical science. from then on, schools of thought have kept coming out and each claims its legitimacy for existence. among these schools is descriptive translation studies (dts).

　　dts approaches translation from an empirical perspective. translation is viewed to be a social activity having significant importance in the receiving culture and for the target community. therefore, translation is dealt with beyond the linguistic realization and language comparison, and is incorporated in social and cultural context.

　　my attention was first directed to dts by its peculiar characteristic of observation, description and explanation. the subject is whatever happens in translation practice, from the determination of prospective function of translation to the process of translator’s choice of strategies, brainstorming and the revision, to the final product making appearance in the target community.
