20xx年xx月xx日，我加入中鐵二十局西成客專項(xiàng)九工區(qū)這個(gè)大家庭。作為一名新進(jìn)成員，九工區(qū)給了我一種家的感覺，一種積極向上，奮發(fā)進(jìn)取的觀念。我很欣慰能加入到這個(gè)工區(qū)成為一名測(cè)量員。
在這幾個(gè)月內(nèi)，大家對(duì)我非常熱情，我有什么工作方面的問(wèn)題，大家都熱心幫助我，我現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)適應(yīng)這環(huán)境，工作也進(jìn)展的很順利。
測(cè)量時(shí)工程的眼睛。作為測(cè)量人員，我本著實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度，一切數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)話的原則，從事測(cè)量工作。到西成這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，是我人生的起點(diǎn)，也是我重要的一部分，在這我得到了至深的鍛煉。
我總結(jié)了我這幾個(gè)月以來(lái)學(xué)到的東西：
一、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)，認(rèn)真求證
在施工測(cè)量之前，認(rèn)真審圖，隊(duì)途勝有無(wú)，有疑問(wèn)的地方及時(shí)處理；在測(cè)量放樣之前，反復(fù)查看數(shù)據(jù)，確保萬(wàn)無(wú)一失，隊(duì)各種數(shù)據(jù)注意保存及時(shí)整理。測(cè)量放線后，要認(rèn)真復(fù)核點(diǎn)位的坐標(biāo)距離，做好三方交底。
二、不斷進(jìn)取，精益求精
各種新的施工材料和機(jī)械，應(yīng)用到建設(shè)施工中，同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了許多工藝、工法。這意味的必須提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平，學(xué)會(huì)各種新的.測(cè)量?jī)x器，去更好的工作。
三、那百家之長(zhǎng)，補(bǔ)自家之短
不欣喜于以往的任何成果，時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備著解決各種難題，積極應(yīng)對(duì)可能面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。測(cè)量人員本著實(shí)事求是的工作態(tài)度，尊重科學(xué)、事實(shí)。在項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的引領(lǐng)下，把工程測(cè)量這一關(guān)做好，完善內(nèi)外業(yè)工作資料，落實(shí)各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，及時(shí)為前線測(cè)量放樣，為提前竣工做自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
測(cè)量工作的嚴(yán)密施工，靠工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持，靠測(cè)量人員在工作中每時(shí)每刻的謹(jǐn)慎，保證萬(wàn)無(wú)一失。為了又快又好的服務(wù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提高前期決策，充分的迎接各項(xiàng)檢查工作。針對(duì)某一件事，我們做了很多次的反復(fù)工作，風(fēng)里來(lái)，雨里去，當(dāng)我們完成任務(wù)，扛著儀器歸來(lái)，我們?nèi)杂梦⑿ο蚱渌抡宫F(xiàn)我們的魅力。
在此感謝工區(qū)丁繼剛經(jīng)理及工區(qū)項(xiàng)目各領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、前輩、同事的關(guān)心、指導(dǎo)與支持！相信我一定在西成這項(xiàng)目中不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷成長(zhǎng)，從而為以后的事業(yè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。

實(shí)習(xí)期間，老師的敬業(yè)，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)精神也讓我敬佩。森林公園是很大的，但老師盡他們所能的顧及我們的實(shí)訓(xùn)進(jìn)度。當(dāng)我們有問(wèn)題時(shí)，老師也會(huì)向我們?cè)敿?xì)的解釋清楚我們的疑問(wèn)。有時(shí)老師還會(huì)像我演示如何操作儀器，讓我們更清楚地了解儀器的操作過(guò)程。
我覺得這兩周的測(cè)量實(shí)習(xí)對(duì)我自己來(lái)說(shuō)是非常有意義，非常實(shí)在的。他給我的大學(xué)生活增添了精彩的一筆。它也讓我逐步走進(jìn)了建筑這個(gè)行業(yè)。讓我增長(zhǎng)了更多的專業(yè)知識(shí)，讓我認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的長(zhǎng)處與不足之處。
我知道，當(dāng)我們就業(yè)的時(shí)候，就業(yè)單位里的同事或著是前輩不會(huì)像老師現(xiàn)在這般點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴細(xì)致入微的把要做的'是告訴我們，讓我們可以在旁觀察與學(xué)習(xí)。所以我覺得我們?cè)诖髮W(xué)中學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)得不應(yīng)該僅僅是學(xué)習(xí)課本上的知識(shí)，而應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)如何學(xué)習(xí)。
大學(xué)生活是短暫的，我們應(yīng)該在不斷地探索中認(rèn)識(shí)自己、學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)、感悟生活，也許在未來(lái)我們會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的迷茫，但我們可以在不斷自我提問(wèn)、思考、閱讀及與其它人的討論中，我想困惑也許就會(huì)在不知不覺間慢慢消失。就如同這次的實(shí)習(xí)，我也是在不斷的實(shí)踐中完成了這次的實(shí)習(xí)。所以對(duì)于那些只希望得到答案、結(jié)果的人，是永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)明白對(duì)于探索問(wèn)題真理的人的樂(lè)趣! 總而言之，我對(duì)于這兩周的實(shí)習(xí)，我對(duì)自己還是比較滿意的，同樣也希望老師對(duì)我的表現(xiàn)滿意。
