計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)改動(dòng)，甲方須另行支付相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)改動(dòng)費(fèi)用。
4、乙方收到甲方的完整設(shè)計(jì)資料后進(jìn)行部分小樣設(shè)計(jì)以方便甲方確定風(fēng)格，風(fēng)格確定后乙方開始進(jìn)行初稿設(shè)計(jì)。
5、甲方有權(quán)對(duì)乙方所設(shè)計(jì)的作品提出修改意見，初稿甲方可提出一次結(jié)構(gòu)上的修改，初稿確定后的結(jié)構(gòu)修改，甲方須另行支付相應(yīng)費(fèi)用。
6、因甲方修改，延誤時(shí)間造成的后果，由甲方承擔(dān)。
7、由于后期制作造成的損失由甲方獨(dú)自承擔(dān)，由于制作物設(shè)計(jì)出現(xiàn)問題造成的損失由乙方承擔(dān)。 因版權(quán)、文責(zé)所引發(fā)的法律責(zé)任，經(jīng)濟(jì)糾紛由甲方承擔(dān)。
8、設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目期間乙方掛靠于甲方品牌之中，不得以乙方身份單獨(dú)與客戶簽訂任何形式的合作協(xié)議。
五、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)約定：
1、乙方對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)完成的作品享有著作權(quán)。甲方將委托設(shè)計(jì)的所有費(fèi)用結(jié)算完畢后，乙方可將作品著作權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓給甲方。
2、甲方在未付清所有委托設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用之前，乙方設(shè)計(jì)的作品著作權(quán)歸乙方，甲方對(duì)該作品不享有任何權(quán)利。
3、甲方在余款未付清之前擅自使用或者修改使用乙方設(shè)計(jì)的作品而導(dǎo)致的侵權(quán)，乙方有權(quán)追究其法律責(zé)任。
六、違約責(zé)任：
1、甲方在設(shè)計(jì)作品初稿完成前終止合同，其預(yù)付的費(fèi)用無權(quán)要求退回；甲方在乙方作品初稿完成后終止合同的，應(yīng)當(dāng)支付全額的設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用。
2、乙方如無正當(dāng)理由提前終止合同，所收取的費(fèi)用應(yīng)當(dāng)全部退回給甲方。
七、甲乙雙方如因履行本合同發(fā)生糾紛，應(yīng)當(dāng)友好協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成的，甲乙雙方任何一方均可向北京仲裁委員會(huì)提請(qǐng)仲裁解決。
八、本合同自甲乙雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效，本合同一式兩份，雙方各持對(duì)方簽字（蓋章）合同一份，具有同等的法律效力。
九、本合同如有未盡事宜，由甲乙雙方共同討論補(bǔ)充或修改。補(bǔ)充和修改的內(nèi)容與本合同具有同等效力。
