　　近幾年，中國食品工業(yè)經(jīng)常發(fā)生安全問題，這使得人們很擔(dān)憂并失去了信心。食品安全與人們的健康，安全以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展息息相關(guān)，是國家穩(wěn)定和社會發(fā)展的主要問題。自20__年三鹿事件發(fā)生以來，全社會對食品安全問題的關(guān)注越來越高。正是在這種情景下，食品安全問題被提到了一個空前的水平。

　　近年來，隨著“三聚氰胺”、“瘦肉精”、“染色饅頭”等事件先后曝光后，食品安全問題越來越令人堪憂，能否保證餐桌安全，讓學(xué)生吃上放心飯成為各級政府亟待解決的民生大事，在此背景下，我市率先開展食品安全專題培訓(xùn)，我有幸于 年 月 日參加了此次培訓(xùn)，通過學(xué)習(xí)，使我對食品安全有了更深的認(rèn)識。

　　作為學(xué)校食品安全，我認(rèn)為應(yīng)抓好以下工作：

　　1、對我校的培訓(xùn)工作高度重視，始終把培訓(xùn)工作作為促進(jìn)食品安全工作取得實(shí)際成效的基礎(chǔ)性工作，持之以恒，扎實(shí)抓好。把培訓(xùn)擺在重要的議事日程，專題研究和安排部署學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，明確學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)和內(nèi)容，動員所有人員提高認(rèn)識，努力提高我校食堂食品安全工作綜合素質(zhì)。

　　2、抓好食品安全的宣傳教育，在師生、食堂從業(yè)人員中，廣泛開展《食品安全法》的學(xué)習(xí)，通過小手拉大手、一個學(xué)生帶動一個家庭，一個家庭帶動一個社區(qū)，從而帶動整個社會，使之全民認(rèn)識食品安全工作的重要性、迫切性，提高食品安全意識。

　　3、抓好食堂飲食安全管理，嚴(yán)把食品采購關(guān)，切斷食源性污染和疾病的發(fā)生，大宗食品定點(diǎn)采購，嚴(yán)格索證，建好臺賬，嚴(yán)禁采購散裝調(diào)味品，做好蔬菜農(nóng)藥殘留檢測，不符合要求的蔬菜，嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)入校園，加強(qiáng)食用油、禽畜肉等的檢查，確保安全;加強(qiáng)從業(yè)人員衛(wèi)生安全教育，規(guī)范食品加工銷售過程管理，以保證食品衛(wèi)生安全。

　　民以食為天，食以安為先，我們將積極行動，落實(shí)“全市食品安全專題培訓(xùn)”會議精神，切實(shí)抓好學(xué)校食品安全管理，保證廣大學(xué)生飲食安全。
