小時候,我夢想著成為一名畫家,用藝術(shù)的雙手創(chuàng)造我美麗的生活。后來高考的失利讓我與夢想擦肩而過,我沒能順利考上美院。偶然的機(jī)會我接觸了動畫這個專業(yè),這是上帝的恩賜!我并沒有脫離藝術(shù)的范圍。轉(zhuǎn)眼間我的第一學(xué)期生活結(jié)束了。我沒敢去想也沒敢去計算這半年究竟得到了多少?我唯獨(dú)可以打包票的是“我的執(zhí)著”我以百分百的執(zhí)著走完這似順非順的半年。因為我始終相信功夫不負(fù)有心人!回想剛進(jìn)入大學(xué)的那一剎那,我沒有其他學(xué)生那么多對大學(xué)的期待與渴望,因為高考過后的我似乎對生活失去了信心,眼前的一切我只有用“失望”來概括?晌沂冀K沒有失去的便是對未來的憧憬,我堅信我的未來依舊美好,它在等待這我!

我為我的未來規(guī)劃了以下幾點(diǎn):大一、大二兩年時間完成自己的各項證件的考試,每天學(xué)習(xí)半小時專業(yè)知識,半小時英語,為自己在人生路上打下良好的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ),和語言交流基礎(chǔ);每個月對自己的學(xué)習(xí)做一次總結(jié),總結(jié)自己在一個月內(nèi)的失敗和成功,并記錄一些重要的事情,總結(jié)出經(jīng)驗,以便自己在以后的工作和生活中參考;作為動畫專業(yè)的我,每天必不可少的則是思維的記錄,就是用手繪或是言語的方式記錄下自己這一天的新奇想法和創(chuàng)意,便于以后設(shè)計中的需要;還要多做一些專業(yè)方面的培訓(xùn),不要讓自己落后于別人,為以后的創(chuàng)業(yè)做準(zhǔn)備工作。大三,大四兩年之內(nèi)初步建立自己的人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)并熟悉周邊環(huán)境;充分利用假期時間進(jìn)行專業(yè)方面實訓(xùn);畢業(yè)后的兩年時間嘗試做一名好員工,積極向身邊同事學(xué)習(xí)一些工作方法和技巧,認(rèn)真聽取同事和上級的意見,做好自己的本質(zhì)工作,并且在同事中出類拔萃;認(rèn)真做好工作的同時,不要忘記社會在發(fā)展,科技在進(jìn)步,自己隨時都有可能被淘汰,所以還要不斷學(xué)習(xí),提升自己的技能,努力鉆研專業(yè)知識,爭取在接下來的兩年內(nèi)初步建立自己的公司。

有很多人可能嘗試做過創(chuàng)業(yè),可是真真正正堅持下來的可能沒有那么幾個吧!丘吉爾說過:功夫不負(fù)有心人!只要肯堅持,那么有很多人會說就算堅持了那么我們又不可能做到向馬云、雷軍 、張朝陽 、劉東強(qiáng)那樣的。 可是,不要忘了! 當(dāng)他們?nèi)缥覀兇蟮臅r候 可能他們也沒有想到過以后他們會是億萬富翁!會有如此成就。當(dāng)然 這跟知識,學(xué)歷會有著關(guān)系 但是學(xué)歷不能代表一切 又有哪個學(xué)的專業(yè)和他們創(chuàng)業(yè)的內(nèi)容一模一樣 。 所以,請不要給失敗找理由 我們渴望成功 但是又有多少人嘗試過失敗!我們羨慕那些有錢的 ,可能會有許許多多的人覺得命運(yùn)不公平!那么我想問 命運(yùn)公不公平是從哪來評判的呢!
有的人羨慕那些住好房開好車的,羨慕那些電視機(jī)熒幕里面的那些 覺得那些人好威風(fēng) 可是我們只看到了他們在威風(fēng) 成功的那一刻 卻從未看見他們拼搏的辛酸。

First of all, under the impact of the financial crisis, the problem of the employment becomes more and more prominent. As more and more people attach importance to education, the number of college graduates is also increasing year by year, now, the financial-crisis make more difficult in the employment of college students. Secondly, the financial crisis forced the students to change the concept of employment. In the impact of the financial crisis, the students had to change the concept of previous employment, mainly in the following two aspects:
First, students lowered the expectations of all aspects, such as high wages, good working environment, low-intensity work, and so on. Second, many college students are willing to go to small cities and rural areas to work.
