　　捷克教育家夸美紐斯比喻不學(xué)無術(shù)的教師是無雨之云，無源之水，無光之燈。我時(shí)常擔(dān)心將來某一天我會(huì)成為一個(gè)無源之水的教師，所以為了不讓自己擔(dān)心的事發(fā)生，我們一定要勤勉好學(xué)。

　　我要飛進(jìn)學(xué)生的心靈。不熱愛學(xué)生的教師不是好教師，無數(shù)優(yōu)秀教師的實(shí)踐證明：教師對(duì)學(xué)生的愛能使師生在心里上接近起來，能在師生間架起一座互相信任的橋梁。同時(shí)，老師應(yīng)用尊重、真誠、理解的心去熱愛每一片綠葉，讓每一片綠葉上都灑滿陽光，讓每一片綠葉上都有跳躍的音符，走進(jìn)學(xué)生，走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心靈吧!

　　飛向先進(jìn)的行列，飛向知識(shí)的前沿，飛進(jìn)學(xué)生的心靈，年輕的翅膀承負(fù)著一份份厚重與博大，因?yàn)槟贻p的翅膀只有飛翔才能尋求平衡的支撐，不飛，翅膀就會(huì)退化，不飛，生命就會(huì)枯萎。

　　翅膀不能停止飛翔，生命更不能停止飛翔。教育的領(lǐng)空為我們這些年輕的教師提供了廣闊的天空。讓我們飛出藍(lán)天白云的空間，飛出海闊天空的舞臺(tái)，我們的生命將永遠(yuǎn)年輕而美麗。

　　我清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)到，要成為一名合格的數(shù)學(xué)教師不容易，教給學(xué)生一種思維方式，一種數(shù)學(xué)概念，人人學(xué)有價(jià)值的數(shù)學(xué)，人人都能獲得必要的數(shù)學(xué)，不同的人在數(shù)學(xué)上得到不同的發(fā)展。這是新世紀(jì)數(shù)學(xué)課程的基本理念，這要求數(shù)學(xué)教師自身應(yīng)具備寬厚的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和現(xiàn)代的信息素質(zhì)，形成多層次，多元化的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，有開闊的視野，善于分析和處理信息，有創(chuàng)新的數(shù)學(xué)模式，創(chuàng)新的教學(xué)方法，靈活的教學(xué)內(nèi)容選材等等。所以對(duì)于年輕一代的老師們，我們不能停止學(xué)習(xí)。

　　我有一顆熱愛教育事業(yè)的心。我明白教師的苦于累，平凡與自私。沒有鮮花陪伴，沒有掌聲共鳴，沒有豐厚的收入，沒有豪華的享受，有的只是生活的忙碌，有的只是肩頭沉甸甸的責(zé)任。但我無悔于自己的選擇，我深深愛著教師這一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我這顆跳動(dòng)的火熱的心。

　　我也是從學(xué)生時(shí)代一步步過來的，現(xiàn)在我還是一名學(xué)生，所以我知道學(xué)生們最渴望的是什么，那就是老師們的關(guān)注，關(guān)懷和無微不至的照顧。所以，我希望，當(dāng)我站在講臺(tái)的那一刻，面對(duì)這一群天真可愛的孩子們的時(shí)候，我會(huì)揣摩著，嘗試著，與他們真誠的交流著，愿我能在這樣的軌跡中演繹出一片燦爛晴空。

　　我正當(dāng)青春年華，身體健康，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神強(qiáng)，能夠全身心的投入到自己所熱愛的工作中去，在教學(xué)工作中，本著為學(xué)生服務(wù)，把愛奉獻(xiàn)給學(xué)生的信條，保持作為教師的言行和風(fēng)度，踏實(shí)教學(xué)，關(guān)愛學(xué)生，我想這就是年輕老師的成功之處吧!

　　教師是淡薄的，清貧的。也許，唯有這淡薄清貧的人生才是最生動(dòng)的富有，最燦爛輝煌的人生。在以后的日子里，我愿用左肩擔(dān)著愛我的學(xué)生，用右肩擔(dān)著我愛的課堂，執(zhí)著堅(jiān)韌的挑起我深愛的教師這一稱號(hào)。

　　地上的塑料袋正在張狂地笑著，被風(fēng)吹的到處閑逛，這時(shí)，一個(gè)小男孩走過來，彎腰撿起了它，隨后，塑料袋就回到了它該在的地方，看啊，只有一個(gè)小小的彎腰的簡單動(dòng)作，讓我們看到了小男孩所具備的文明品質(zhì)，小男孩撿起的，不只是一個(gè)塑料袋，他撿起的，更是那純潔高貴的品質(zhì)啊!

　　校園里，同學(xué)們正在開心的玩耍，時(shí)不時(shí)能聽到他們笑聲。突然，一個(gè)同學(xué)摔倒了，給同學(xué)們的和諧增添了一點(diǎn)小小的麻煩，可是，同學(xué)們并沒有丟下她不管，而是把她輕輕地扶起來，把她送到了醫(yī)務(wù)室，直到她沒事了，同學(xué)們臉上的緊張才消散，露出了純潔的笑臉。看，我們的同學(xué)是多么文明，在同學(xué)有困難的時(shí)候，大家一起來幫助她，在我們的生活中，需要的正是這樣的品質(zhì)呀!

　　公交車正在崎嶇的公路上艱難地爬行，車上，人們互相擁擠著，連螞蟻似乎都不好尋找站立的位置。這時(shí)，窗外傳來了一陣急促的聲音：“等一等!”大家不約而同地把頭轉(zhuǎn)向窗外，一個(gè)年輕的媽媽正抱著自己的孩子往這邊跑，上了車，一個(gè)小伙子主動(dòng)給她讓了座，她坐下輕輕地拍著正在熟睡的孩子，孩子睡得是那么香甜，人們的聲音也漸漸低了下來，司機(jī)也放慢了速度，孩子還時(shí)不時(shí)發(fā)出笑聲，他一定是做了什么美夢吧!

　　人們給他營造了這樣好的環(huán)境，可見車上的每一個(gè)人都具備了怎樣的品質(zhì)，大家只是萍水相逢，卻能做到這樣，讓人很難想像他們?cè)谙胧裁�，我想，大家能有這么高尚的做法，不僅僅只是他們?cè)谙胄┦裁�，更重要的是他們做到了，這就足夠了。
