　　我曾經(jīng)聽過這樣一段話“青春啊，永遠是美好的，可是真正的青春只屬于那些永遠力爭上游的人，永遠忘我勞動的人，永遠謙虛的人。”當我來到項目部的第一天，我就寫下了我人生當中的第二個座右銘：奮斗，創(chuàng)新，務(wù)實，細心，尊重。雖然只是幾個簡單的詞語，但卻蘊藏著一個工程人員一生的追求。一個擁有青春的年輕人的奮斗目標。

　　奮斗——這是年輕人最熟悉的詞語，最激昂的決心。初項目部時，一眼望去，最醒目的便是門前的大旗，上面寫著青年突擊隊，心中頓時有些激動。這是一支年輕人的隊伍，這是青春的象征，而我也將要成為這個朝氣蓬勃隊伍的一分子，心中異常的緊張和興奮。我已經(jīng)離開了父母和老師無微不至的呵護，走進社會，所以我也要奮斗，我把他定為我的第一目標。

　　創(chuàng)新——企業(yè)的精神，我們的追求。勇于跨越，追求卓越的企業(yè)目標在鼓舞著年輕的人們，抓住機遇，勇于創(chuàng)新，銳意進取，不斷提高。

　　務(wù)實——告別學生時代的虛榮和攀比，來到這里汲取知識，接受鍛煉，提高素質(zhì)，增長經(jīng)驗，打好堅實的基礎(chǔ)，用實際行動實現(xiàn)自我的夢想，造就完美的人生。

　　細心——當我們這些剛剛走出校門的實習生填寫內(nèi)業(yè)資料時，聽見最多的詞語就是師哥們一直在告誡的細心一詞，是的，在一個工程中最重要的，也是鑄就精品工程最重要的就是細心，細心才成就了一次次的輝煌成績，完成了一份份完美的考卷。

　　尊重——因為我還年輕，缺少豐富的經(jīng)驗和閱歷，所以一定要做到尊重別人的意見，虛心接受別人的教誨。另外，尊重也是一個人的自身素質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)。所以在學習經(jīng)驗的同時，學習尊重也尤為重要。

　　當我離開多姿多彩的大學生活，來到這里塑造我的人生，雕刻我的夢想的時候，就已經(jīng)為自己的人生做好了規(guī)劃，把自己的理想銘刻于心中，做一個甘于寂寞，敢于創(chuàng)新，干勁十足的年輕人。

　　“士不可以不弘毅，任重而道遠”作為一個80后的年輕人，一個國家，一個民族的希望所在，心中無不閃爍著夢想，那么現(xiàn)在就是我們努力實現(xiàn)夢想的時候。當前我們正處于一個承前啟后，繼往開來的轉(zhuǎn)折點，有一大批的工程項目等著我們?nèi)ソㄔO(shè)，有一系列的技術(shù)等著我們?nèi)スリP(guān)，有一大片市場等著我們?nèi)ラ_拓，有一整套的經(jīng)驗等著我們?nèi)ヌ剿鳌?/p>

　　當一個人把自己的青春融入到自己的事業(yè)的時候，那么他的青春不會流失，他的事業(yè)也必將在歲月的歷練中折射出耀眼的光芒!“有的人活著他已經(jīng)死了，有的人死了他還活著，生命的意義在于活著，并且要好好活著，正如《士兵突擊》中的許三多，總是說要好好活，總是說好好活就是做很多有意義的事，那么什么才是有意義的事呢?怎樣才能活的更有意義呢?我想那就要奉獻。如果我們不付出，不創(chuàng)造，不追求，不奉獻，那這樣的青春必會稍縱即逝�；厥走^去，沒有追憶，人生渺茫，這絕對不是我們活著的意義。

　　我們選擇了工程單位，從某種意義上來說，就已經(jīng)選擇了奉獻。遠離了都市的繁華，城市的喧囂，絢麗的生活，時尚的氣息，沉淀了心情在這里駐足，扎根。我們是失去了一些東西，但是我們沒有失去最為寶貴的青春，我們也沒有辜負自己的青春，因為我們正用汗水見證著成長，用奉獻丈量著價值，擁有青春的人們在這原本荒涼的土地上創(chuàng)造人生的奇跡，抒寫青春的樂章。

　　我們項目部就是是年輕的一分子，就是青春的象征，在這里的年輕人們都擁有著美麗的青春，我們是熱血沸騰的一代，雖然我們出生于不同的年代，工作在不同的崗位，但我們擁有一個共同的家。在這里，我們信守著同樣的企業(yè)精神，寫下同樣的奉獻承諾，懷揣著同樣奮斗的夢想，擁有同樣的壯美青春�？v使我們的一生平淡無華，也無關(guān)緊要，因為只有我們自己最清楚平凡的崗位需要我們付出，完美的工程需要我們付出，構(gòu)建和諧企業(yè)更需要我們年輕人共同付出，而這些付出無疑就是一種奉獻，它不分大小，多少，先后。讓我們悄悄地奉獻，因為我們的人生會因為奉獻而變得充實美麗。

　　擁有青春的人們，讓我們拿出奧林匹克的精神，點燃心中的圣火，在和諧社會的大環(huán)境下，釋放青春的激情，展現(xiàn)青春的風采，秀出激昂的主旋律，為公司的明天而努力奮斗!

　　讓我把這次演講作為禮物獻給你們，獻給公司，獻給所有美麗的青年工作者;讓我把這次演講化作誓言，讓她成為我們前進的動力，吹響我們心中的奮進的號角。

　　尊敬的評委、敬愛的老師，親愛的同學們：

　　大家上午好!

　　我是來自的，今天，我演講的題目是《丟棄惰性，奮斗夢想》!

　　說實話，當初報名參加這個演講比賽的初衷只是為了鍛煉一下自己的能力，根本就沒有考究這次比賽該講什么?而當我真正知道演講的題目是“放飛夢想，暢響自強”的時候，我茫然了。因為我根本就記不起自己的夢想是什么?

　　回憶當初，高考失利后無奈只能選擇一所三本學校就讀的時候，我就暗暗發(fā)誓，我必須在大學里好好努力，一定要把高考留下的遺憾給補回來，一定要創(chuàng)出屬于自己的一片天地。

　　可是上了大學后的我卻在大學寬松自由的環(huán)境中變得墮落頹廢，早上賴床睡懶覺，晚上臥談到深夜，一有空余時間就往網(wǎng)吧里鉆，學習對于我來說似乎成了一件奢侈品，現(xiàn)在的我也早已習慣了自由懶散，我的內(nèi)心也已經(jīng)麻木了，根本不知道理想是怎么回事了。

　　然而這次演講的主題深深地觸動了我，也深深的把我給激醒，在準備這次演講的過程中，我似乎明白了許多，成長了許多。人的一生很短暫，如果一個人活在世上的唯一目的就是平庸地活下去，那么這個人就是在世上流浪了一輩子。一個人只有樹立遠大的理想，并且為了這個理想而不為挫折，堅持不懈得奮斗下去，才能完成一個人應該完成的事。

　　有些人或許在懷疑自己是否有這個能力，質(zhì)疑自己的資質(zhì)。而我想說的就是發(fā)光并不是太陽的專利，我們同樣可以，要想別人看的起自己，首先得自己看的起自己。每個人都有自己潛在的能量，只是很容易就被習慣所掩蓋，被時間所迷離，被惰性所消磨。所以我們必須樹立起自己的夢想一步一步的往前走，終究會觸及夢想的邊緣的。河大工商學院曾和我一樣落魄迷茫的朋友們站起來吧!夢想總是為愿意奮斗的人準備的，讓我們都從一個微不足道的開始而為自己的夢想而努力吧!

　　也許在這過程中，我們會遇到許多坎坷，但我們都得明白“天將降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨，餓其體膚，空乏其身，行拂亂其所為。”挫折是必定會有的，但我們不應該有所畏懼，因為我們的夢想在前方，我們有著一雙可以為夢想而努力的雙腳，就算倒下了，我們也要毫不猶豫的站起來繼續(xù)走下去，用《亮劍》里面李云龍的一句話就是“死，也要死在沖鋒的路上”。我們都要“是人當自強”，說到“自強”這個詞，我曾刻意地查過它的含義，字典上的解釋就是：自己努力向上。不要在乎自己站在哪個位置，只要堅持自己夢想的方向，自強不息，時刻鞭策自己激勵自己，那么最后我們也同樣會站在輝煌的至高點，并且有可能我們會比別人站得更高，因為我們一直在努力向上。沒有比腳更長的路，沒有比人更高的山，我們只要積極努力向上，不斷地超越自己，我們就可以驕傲的對著天空說我的未來不是夢，因為我們一直在做一個努力向上，不斷超越的自強之人。

　　同學們，雖然我們現(xiàn)在的起點會比別人低，雖然我們看起來

　　不如別人，但是，我堅信，總有一天我們會爬上高峰，跟起點高的人同一高度，因為，只要有夢想，只要有一個為夢想而發(fā)憤圖強的心，我們的未來都不是夢。那么，同學們，讓我們玩起手來，讓我們從今天開始告別昨日的墮落，讓我們?yōu)樽约旱膲粝攵�努力奮斗吧!
