從前有個(gè)小男孩剛出生不久，母親便病故了，他的父親是一位馬術(shù)師，經(jīng)常是一個(gè)馬廄接著一個(gè)馬廄，一個(gè)牧場(chǎng)接著一個(gè)牧場(chǎng)的訓(xùn)練馬匹。因此小男孩只能跟隨父親四處奔波居無(wú)定所，使他無(wú)法像正常的孩子一樣去上學(xué)，從那時(shí)起小男孩變強(qiáng)烈渴望著擁有一個(gè)屬于自己的牧場(chǎng)和居室。
后來(lái)，他的父親因一次以外摔斷了腿，無(wú)奈只能在一個(gè)地方停下來(lái)。小男孩終于可以和其他的孩子一樣去上學(xué)了，那晚他高興的睡不著覺。在上初中時(shí)，他曾遇到一件這樣的事，在一堂社會(huì)實(shí)踐課上，任課老師讓全班同學(xué)定一份志愿報(bào)告，主題是長(zhǎng)大后的志愿。那天小男孩洋洋灑灑的寫下了數(shù)葉紙，描繪了自己的宏大志愿，他想擁有一座占地600畝并且屬于自己的牧馬場(chǎng)，里面要有馬廄和跑道，并且還要在牧馬場(chǎng)旁邊建一個(gè)占地500平方米的豪宅。并且還花了很多心思設(shè)計(jì)了一張牧馬場(chǎng)院和住宅的草圖。
當(dāng)他交給老師時(shí)，老師再第一頁(yè)紙上畫了個(gè)大大的問號(hào)，而且給他打了50分，小男孩很不解，待課后悄悄的去問老師為什么不及格，老師用輕蔑的口吻對(duì)他說：你年紀(jì)輕輕的不要總做白日夢(mèng)，你家既沒有錢又沒有背景，要想讓你的夢(mèng)想成為現(xiàn)實(shí)是需要巨額投資的，如果你肯從新設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)比較不離譜的志愿，我會(huì)重新給你打分的。小男孩回家想了一夜，第二天還是交上了原稿并神色堅(jiān)定的說，即使你評(píng)價(jià)我是個(gè)瘋子我也不愿放棄自己的夢(mèng)想。
故事說完了，大家仍不解富翁的用意，富翁沉吟了一會(huì)說：我說的這個(gè)故事是因?yàn)榇蠹椰F(xiàn)在就坐在占地600畝的木馬場(chǎng)旁邊，而這棟樓也正式占地500平方米。
這個(gè)故事說到這，不用說我想大家也知道，那個(gè)小男孩就是富翁本人。
