　　大家上午好!我是1號(hào)選手。今天，我講的法制故事的題目是《沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，被騙80多萬(wàn)元》。

　　x年12月11日的新民晚報(bào)，報(bào)道了一起涉案金額80多萬(wàn)元的網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙案。被騙的是上海市崇明縣的一個(gè)化名叫小宇的人，是一個(gè)在校中學(xué)生。這個(gè)案件涉及侵害未成年人，為我們青少年敲響了警鐘。那么，小宇為什么會(huì)被騙呢? 原來(lái)啊，中學(xué)生小宇沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。今年6月，放暑假在家，他為了加快游戲升級(jí)速度，在網(wǎng)上搜索“游戲代練”。什么是“ 游戲代練”呢?“游戲代練”就是出錢(qián)請(qǐng)別人幫自己打游戲。在指定的時(shí)間內(nèi)，幫助自己提升游戲角色級(jí)別，或者獲取高級(jí)裝備武器，然后付給相應(yīng)酬金。這個(gè)小宇，沉迷游戲如此，真是“不簡(jiǎn)單”啊。他在網(wǎng)上搜索“游戲代練”，找到一個(gè)客服

　　原來(lái)在幾天前，小宇媽媽將銀行卡和U盾交給他，叫他幫忙網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物，之后，銀行卡就放在小宇身邊，卡里余額有80多萬(wàn)元。

　　小宇就用這張銀行卡，通過(guò)網(wǎng)上銀行，向?qū)Ψ街Ц读?00元。但是，事情還沒(méi)完，騙局才剛剛開(kāi)始。幾分鐘后，對(duì)方來(lái)信息了，說(shuō)：“支付過(guò)來(lái)的100元錢(qián)，沒(méi)帶零頭，應(yīng)該打101元。結(jié)果資金被凍結(jié)了，按照要求，需要再打4倍的錢(qián)過(guò) 1

　　來(lái)才能解凍”。這個(gè)小宇啊，一個(gè)中學(xué)生，缺少防范意識(shí)，毫不懷疑地又向?qū)Ψ街Ц读?05元。

　　到了晚上8點(diǎn)左右，對(duì)方又來(lái)信息了，以“通知財(cái)務(wù)”為借口，要小宇將網(wǎng)上銀行的轉(zhuǎn)賬明細(xì)截圖發(fā)給他，還要網(wǎng)上銀行的賬號(hào)、電話、名字。這個(gè)小宇啊，為了他熱衷的游戲，竟然把賬戶明細(xì)發(fā)給了對(duì)方。電腦另一端，是哪個(gè)姓陳的騙子，他發(fā)現(xiàn)小宇的賬戶里還有80多萬(wàn)元，于是下決心，想方設(shè)法也要騙到手。

　　接下來(lái)，騙子陳某又以各種借口，比如“系統(tǒng)崩潰需要驗(yàn)證”、比如“想要退款就得先打錢(qián)解凍”等等，讓小宇打錢(qián)過(guò)去。起先是幾千元，后來(lái)變成幾萬(wàn)元、十幾萬(wàn)元。幾個(gè)回合下來(lái)，小宇將卡里的80多萬(wàn)元，全都打給了陳某。

　　卡里的錢(qián)被騙光的第二天晚上，小宇越想越不對(duì)勁，才把事情告訴了媽媽。錢(qián)被騙光了，他才開(kāi)始醒悟。隨后，警方通過(guò)調(diào)取相關(guān)錄像資料，確定了犯罪嫌疑人，并于10天后在廣州將其抓獲。

　　到案后，犯罪嫌疑人陳某向檢察官交代：游戲代練是個(gè)幌子，100元的價(jià)格是正常代練價(jià)格的一半，目的就是招攬“顧客”。那些編造的轉(zhuǎn)賬理由都是為了騙錢(qián)。

　　林肯說(shuō)過(guò)：“法律是顯露的道德，道德是隱藏的法律。”故事中的小宇，沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，為了打游戲揮霍父母的錢(qián)，做了一些青少年不應(yīng)該做的事。又缺乏法制安全防范意識(shí)，以致被騙光了80多萬(wàn)元。對(duì)于我們青少年來(lái)說(shuō)，應(yīng)該吸取網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲危害的教訓(xùn)，克己自律，防范網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙，做一個(gè)有理想、有道德，懂法遵法守法用法的合格的中學(xué)生。

　　however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

　　as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

　　finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.
