我叫,今天我競(jìng)選的崗位是工程處主任。 競(jìng)聘這一職我認(rèn)為以下幾個(gè)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì):
第一:、如何做好這個(gè)崗位上的工作,堤防養(yǎng)護(hù),就是堤防工程施工,不管是錐操灌漿,土石方工程,它都有一定的要求和校準(zhǔn),那就是要利用有限的資源(人力、物力、財(cái)力)在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成相應(yīng)的任務(wù)。我們從事這項(xiàng)工作
第二、我在本崗位工作多年。曾擔(dān)任過(guò)錐操隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng),工程營(yíng)養(yǎng)科副科長(zhǎng),工程公司副經(jīng)理,水利工程中級(jí)職稱。近2年參加了北湖院。潭洲灣護(hù)岸工程施工。對(duì)該崗位的工作比較熟悉,工作起來(lái)得心應(yīng)手,如果讓我報(bào)名其他崗位的工作那就生疏多了。
大家晚上好,我叫diyifanwen.com。先作下簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹,我來(lái)自××班,曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任過(guò)、等職務(wù),相信在座的各位有對(duì)我比較熟悉的吧!我要競(jìng)選的是宣傳部部長(zhǎng)。
所謂宣傳,《現(xiàn)代漢語(yǔ)詞典》中的解釋為對(duì)群眾說(shuō)明,講解,使群眾相信并跟著行動(dòng)。而我們宣傳部現(xiàn)在的活動(dòng)基本上只是出海報(bào),寫(xiě)通知。雖說(shuō)這是宣傳校園活動(dòng)的必要途徑,但卻不是唯一途徑,記得在這學(xué)期招新時(shí),有同學(xué)問(wèn)我,我們宣傳部是干什么的,我跟他們說(shuō)宣傳部是以出海報(bào)為主進(jìn)行校園活動(dòng)的宣傳,有人大吃一驚,說(shuō)我還以為是進(jìn)行文藝表演或是在大街上解說(shuō)呢!我聽(tīng)了之后也是大吃一驚,后來(lái)想想,他的話也有他的道理,我們現(xiàn)在的工作太單調(diào)了,科協(xié)一有活動(dòng),我們就負(fù)責(zé)寫(xiě)、畫(huà),沒(méi)活動(dòng)就休息,缺乏主動(dòng)性。我們可以有適當(dāng)?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)換形式,譬如科協(xié)最近要舉辦英語(yǔ)短劇大賽,我認(rèn)為宣傳部的工作除了出好海報(bào)和通知之外,也可以組織科協(xié)人員先編寫(xiě)一個(gè)短劇讓同學(xué)們觀看,以出色的表演激發(fā)同學(xué)們的興趣,以達(dá)到宣傳的目的,當(dāng)然我知道,還要辦成功,困難肯定不少,有資金、人員各方面的原因,但我相信通過(guò)大家的努力,會(huì)成功的。這樣的宣傳方式應(yīng)該比海報(bào)、通知有效。我覺(jué)得我們應(yīng)該讓同學(xué)們相信:科協(xié),值得信賴!
另外我想說(shuō)的是,我們宣傳部并不一定要圍繞活動(dòng)來(lái)轉(zhuǎn),我們可以主動(dòng)的做一些調(diào)查之類(lèi)的工作,了解同學(xué)們或者是社會(huì)上一些人的現(xiàn)狀,及內(nèi)心想法,以調(diào)查報(bào)告的形式交給主席團(tuán),這樣可以給活動(dòng)嚴(yán)格正確的引導(dǎo),各部門(mén)之間也可以相互促進(jìn),使我們的活動(dòng)真正的受歡迎,受好評(píng)。
我這個(gè)人不回也不太喜歡講大道理,我講的就是這些了;蛟S比較膚淺,但也比較實(shí)際吧!
在科協(xié)的一年中,我苦過(guò)、累過(guò),收獲確實(shí)不小,今天我來(lái)參加競(jìng)選的對(duì)手很強(qiáng),但我始終相信無(wú)論做什么事,愛(ài)拼才會(huì)贏。謝謝大家的支持!
論拼搏精神
莊嚴(yán)的國(guó)歌聲中,抬頭注視五星紅旗,它正在微風(fēng)中招展,一片火紅是那么富有朝氣和活力,那么的催人上進(jìn),讓我們不僅想起許多……陽(yáng)光下的綠茵場(chǎng),升起陣陣硝煙,面對(duì)一個(gè)個(gè)矯健的身影,我們的心也隨之沸騰,但最令我們?yōu)橹袆?dòng)的,是那拼搏的勁頭。
拼搏,應(yīng)是每一個(gè)真正的人所應(yīng)具有的精神。面對(duì)迎面而來(lái)的每一個(gè)困難,我們要做的是什么?是退縮嗎?不,我們需要的是拼搏。拼搏,就是在困難面前不低頭,在壓力之下不逃脫,在坎坷路上往前走。拼搏不是一時(shí)心血來(lái)潮,不是空喊號(hào)子,拼搏是長(zhǎng)期的,需要用堅(jiān)韌的毅力來(lái)維持,需要讓堅(jiān)定的信心來(lái)導(dǎo)航。我們今天的學(xué)習(xí),便是人生一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)的考驗(yàn),對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō),長(zhǎng)期的努力固然重要,但拼搏精神也必不可少,它使我們?cè)诔煽?jī)的肩頭上邁向另一個(gè)目標(biāo),它使我們的追求無(wú)止無(wú)境。
在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代社會(huì),每一個(gè)人都面臨著“適者生存”的嚴(yán)酷競(jìng)爭(zhēng),那就需要提高自己,完善自己,奮力拼搏。不要逃避壓力,因?yàn)槟遣皇墙鉀Q總問(wèn)題的根本途徑,我們要做的只有一點(diǎn),便是:不斷上進(jìn)。也許你已經(jīng)感到十分疲憊,也許你感到自己的力量已到盡頭,那么,朋友,讓我們?cè)倏匆豢礋熛鯊浡淖闱驁?chǎng),看,這球多么有力而迅猛,幾乎沒(méi)有被阻擋的可能,但隊(duì)員們毫不猶豫的高高躍起,用自己的身體去抵擋,此時(shí),他在想什么呢?是自己跳得不高,根本沒(méi)有希望呢?還是不能瞄準(zhǔn)呢?不,時(shí)間不容許他再多想些什么,他只知道,自己在全力擋球,一定會(huì)成功!同學(xué)們,今天我們站在國(guó)旗下,應(yīng)讓那永不退色的火紅把我們的心重新點(diǎn)燃。
