　　大家好，我今天演講的題目是“讓大華與祖國一起騰飛”!

　　6年，歷史長河的轉(zhuǎn)眼瞬間!這是大華的歷史，很短暫!60年，又何嘗不是彈指一揮間!這是新中國的歷史!6年的歷史，讓勇于開拓創(chuàng)新的大華人創(chuàng)造了一個又一個發(fā)展奇跡。而祖國60年的輝煌歷史，也讓每一個中國人觸摸到了社會前進(jìn)的脈搏，社會的進(jìn)步也惠及了每一個國人的生活。

　　1978年12月，黨的十一屆三中全會勝利召開，開啟了改革開放歷史新時期，這是建國以來我黨歷史上具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的偉大轉(zhuǎn)折。國家經(jīng)濟(jì)在三十年間飛速發(fā)展，我們的生活和工作條件也在這三十年間發(fā)生著巨大的變化——衣食住行、生活環(huán)境、工作條件，哪一樣不是發(fā)生著翻天覆地的變化。而大華公司，也正是在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的大環(huán)境中逐步茁壯成長起來的優(yōu)秀民營企業(yè)代表，她的蓬勃、她的朝氣和她的快速發(fā)展的勢頭，任何力量也阻擋不了!

　　曾經(jīng)有一次在車上聽劉繼磊副總談起憑證供應(yīng)的計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)年代，吃喝拉撒睡、行動坐臥走，所需的物資無不是通過票的分配來實現(xiàn)，于是便有了糧票、油票、布票、肉票……“過年穿新衣”的期盼也就成為那個時期的同齡人都有過的愿望，能吃到一點肉，也絕對是做夢都想的事情，正如孔子所云：“三月不知肉味”,這不僅道出了那個年代的清貧，更深刻說明了當(dāng)時的物資極度匱乏。在六七十年代，就連一塊紅糖或豆腐乳都曾經(jīng)是分享的美食。

　　且不說現(xiàn)在的自動化辦公條件如何先進(jìn)，單說喝開水一項，都不知道換了多少種熱水器，從到開水房打熱水到茶炊具燒熱水，從熱得快到自動飲水機，而且是可加熱可冷凍的。還有通訊工具的變化，八十年代用的是手搖式電話，九十年代，改革開放的先行者，腰間掛著bp機，傳呼隨時響起，每每發(fā)出叫聲，還要故意裝作聽不見，讓它多響幾聲……持有者的那份自豪，不言而喻。到了千禧之年，大哥大又成了身份的象征，持有者不僅要用上與自己身高不成比例的嗓音大喊，還得夾雜著方言同時進(jìn)行，才覺得在人前顯圣。到了二十一世紀(jì)的今天，每一個人手里都有不止一個手機，無論走到哪里都與對方近在咫尺，工作效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益雙豐收。

　　六十年間的種種變化讓我們感慨良多，中國三十年的改革開放，走完了西方資本主義國家?guī)装倌甑臍v程，取得的偉大成就來之不易。我們生活在如此美好的黃金時代，這種幸福和安定和諧的局面也需要我們倍加珍惜和維護(hù)，通過我們的努力和奮斗，祖國還會越來越富強，人民生活也會越來越美好。就在這一歷史時刻，大華公司契合時機，乘著改革開放的東風(fēng)奮力發(fā)展，在公司工程建設(shè)、項目科研、經(jīng)營管理等方面取得了突破性成就。這一切的成績與輝煌正是以劉序仁為董事長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體共同創(chuàng)造完成的，以劉序仁董事長為代表的企業(yè)英模們的可歌可泣的故事三天也說不完。公司走了6年，是有發(fā)展特色的6年。事實證明，堅定信心，持之以恒，是公司事業(yè)有成的可靠基石。顧大局，講團(tuán)結(jié)，是公司協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的力量源泉。堅持走自主創(chuàng)新之路，是公司持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。而建章立制，加強管理，更是公司長治久安的基本建設(shè)。
