　　我愛校園迷人的景色。今年我們搬進嶄新的校園，在我的眼里，校園的天總是那么藍，校園的云總是那么白，藍天白云之間放飛著我兒時的夢想，同時也放飛著我學生們的夢想。漫步校園，“厚德感恩，擇善而行”這醒目的校訓，時刻印在我們每一個人的心中。沒錯，這就是我們學校的辦學理念。向后走一個操場就呈現在我們眼前，操場的一邊有兩個籃球架，它們就像衛(wèi)兵一樣，不怕苦不怕累，日夜守護著我們的校園，操場南邊有幾棵桂花樹，金秋十月，丹桂飄香，令人神清氣爽。操場的東邊就是神圣的升旗臺，鮮艷的五星紅旗飄揚在升旗臺的旗桿上，顯得那么安詳。每逢星期一，全校師生便來到操場，參加莊嚴的升旗儀式。

　　我愛校園多彩的生活。上課了，朗朗的讀書聲伴著老師的淳淳教導，孩子們盡情地在知識的海洋里遨游。一聲鈴響，校園立刻喧鬧起來。孩子們奔跑嬉戲著，滿臉汗水滿臉笑容像小鳥一樣自由歡暢。校園中秋詩歌朗誦比賽，同學們個個激動不已。國際跳棋，舞蹈，美術各類興趣小組豐富著孩子們各方面素質。周末藝校為孩子搭建了有一個學習平臺。一只只小燕子慢慢地羽翼豐滿起來。

　　我更愛校園濃濃的師生情。“學生就是自己的孩子”老師的心里這么想著。“老師就是我的父母”學生的心里這么想著。在我們的學校，幾乎全是外來務工子女的學校，這平淡的兩句話真切的說出了師生間的情誼。這個孩子在家學習沒人管，老師就利用課間幫助孩子理解知識，犧牲自己休息的時間。那個孩子生病了，老師抱著就送孩子上醫(yī)院治療。那個孩子放學了，家長工作忙不能及時來接孩子，老師領著孩子來到身邊，指導孩子完成作業(yè)等等的事件讓我感受到學校處處傳遞著愛，老師愛學生，學生愛老師。

　　今天我演講的題目是《在教育行走中追逐夢想》。

　　許多年前我曾經在自己的一篇文章中這樣寫道：我是一個永遠在路上的苦行僧，我要為自己的夢想篳路藍縷，一路前行。現在，為了這個夢，一個教育的夢，我從黃土高原一個貧窮閉塞的山溝溝——山西呂梁來到了風景秀美的偉人故里湘潭，度過了我人生中最寶貴最充實的大學四年，然后又滿懷憧憬從“蓮城”來到素有“小溫州”之稱的邵東，一路走來，一路夢想，一路坎坷，一路歡歌，我用自己堅定的步伐在教書育人這條漫漫征程上邁開了自己的第一步。

　　來到邵東一中，從踏上三尺講臺的第一刻起，我就告訴自己，我的夢想要在這里點燃，我的生命之帆要在這里啟航，我的精彩人生要在這里演繹!在有些人眼里，做一名教師是職業(yè)，可在我看來，教師就是我值得為之奮斗終身的事業(yè)，我要為這份我所深愛的事業(yè)探索不息，奮斗不止。

　　從教一年來，我一直用三句話激勵自己，鞭策自己。完善自己。

　　第一句話是著名教育家歐陽代娜說的：“教育是愛的事業(yè)，用愛才能點燃學生的心靈”。我深深地愛著我的每一個學生，從踏上講臺的第一天起，在與學生們一雙雙渴求知識的眼神相碰撞的那一刻起，我就從心底產生了對這些小弟弟小妹妹的愛，我告訴我的學生，老師愿意成為你們的朋友，成為你們成長道路上的知心大哥。學生上課玩手機，我沒有當面進行批評，而是在課后動之以情，曉之以理，以一個朋友的身份真誠地與他交流;一個學生與媽媽鬧情緒，上課不好好聽講，我找到他，用自己苦難的身世告訴他及時行孝是多么的可貴，每天醒來能夠叫一聲媽媽是多么的幸福;學生早戀了，我以一個大哥哥的身份傾聽學生對感情的看法，耐心地引導他們在感情的道路上要慢慢走，小心走;每次考試結束后，我都會找到相關的學生談心，幫助他們分析考試失敗的原因，點燃他們的希望。就這樣，我真誠的愛我的每一個學生，也換來了學生對我的愛，20xx年2月19日，是我在邵東一中過的第一個生日，學生們給我送來了一份特殊的禮物，一個寫滿全班同學祝福的小冊子，里面滿是真誠的話語，他們說，老師，是您真誠的愛，讓我們感受到作為您的學生的幸福�？墒�，我卻要說：能夠愛我的學生，我也很幸福!

　　第二句話是語文特級教師李鎮(zhèn)西說的：“你不能夠把課上得精彩，但至少你要把教案背下來”，就是這句話指導我在教學業(yè)務上如何步步為營，扎扎實實。是的，不登上講臺，永遠不知道做老師的難，作為一個年輕的教師，我深知自己還有許多的不足，要想把課上好，必須花上比別人多得多的功夫。在平時的備課中，我研讀教材，勤查資料，盡力做到一絲不茍，精益求精。“把教案背下來”，用自信的姿態(tài)面對學生，讓學生在我的從容自信的講授中享受知識的潤澤。為了培養(yǎng)學生良好的學習習慣，我精心組織教學環(huán)節(jié)，我的“三分鐘課前演講+兩分鐘成語接龍”的教學組織形式得到了學生的普遍歡迎，極大地提高了學生學習語文的興趣，學生的考試成績更是穩(wěn)居前三。

　　第三句話是我自己寫給自己的話：“做一個科研型的教師，做一個專家型的教師”。一位哲人曾經說過，當你選擇了天空，你就會成為翱翔天空的雄鷹;當你選擇了大海，你就會成為乘風破浪的帆船。教書匠——教師——教育家，是一個教師成長的三種不同境界，而我，要選擇天空和大海!用我一生的努力去書寫自己無悔的青春。在從教的日子里，我不斷思索著自己的教學，在不斷思索中總結，在思索與總結中書寫，針對高中生作文難的問題，我結合自己多年來的寫作經驗，總結了一套簡單易行又符合教育規(guī)律的作文方法“賦、比、興、繪”四步作文法，并在作文教學中進行實踐，文章在華中師范大學主辦的《文學教育》雜志上發(fā)表;針對詩詞教學困境，我摸索出“意象”教學的方法，論文《意象在詩歌教學中的作用》一文在廣西師范大學《閱讀與寫作》雜志發(fā)表;針對散文教學，我的論文《淺談如何運用散文形象美對學生進行感染》在《教育研究與評論》雜志發(fā)表;不僅如此，我還廣泛閱讀，勤寫教研心得，論文《淺論傳播致效理論對語文教學效果評價體系的啟示》和《易中天口才藝術對課堂語言藝術的啟示》兩篇文章分別在《教書育人》和《語文教學通訊》雜志發(fā)表，并收到了讀者的來信，信中對我的文章給予了高度的評價。繁忙的教學之余，我沒有忘記讀書充電，我深深的知道，一個好老師，一個優(yōu)秀的語文教師，只有不斷的讀書學習才能成長進步，才能為自己的未來發(fā)展搭建好堅實的平臺，我在讀書和寫作中尋找靈感，不斷為自己的教學補充新鮮的血液，在廣泛的涉略中啟示自己的教學，在廣泛的愛好中充實自己的生活，書法之路迄今走過了20xx年，目前正在籌備紀念建國六十周年個人書法展;我也熱愛寫作，一直筆耕不輟，第二本個人作品集即將付梓，另外我還榮幸地擔任了我校文學社的常任指導教師。

　　一位心理學家曾說，教育是心靈對心靈的呼喚，是用心靈來澆灌心靈。教師不僅需要知識、技能去影響學生，還要通過自己的人格與道德的力量、通過自己的言傳身教以及自身良好的情緒去感染學生，這種區(qū)別與其他職業(yè)的特殊性決定了教師必須具備比常人更好的心理素質。

　　然而，不少調查研究顯示:現今教師隊伍的心理狀況不容樂觀，教師是教育的直接實施者，其心理素質直接或間接地影響教育的全過程。葉瀾老師在《教師角色與教師發(fā)展新探》一書中這樣寫道:“沒有教師生命質量的提升，就很難有學生的精神解放;沒有教師的主動發(fā)展，就很難有學生的主動發(fā)展;沒有教師的教育創(chuàng)造，就很難有學生的創(chuàng)造精神。只有當教育者自覺完善自己時，才更有利于學生的完善和發(fā)展。”換言之，沒有教師隊伍心理素質的提高，就沒有學生素質的提高。

　　首先我們要正確認識自我。

　　古人云:“人貴有自知之明。”“天生我材必有用。”教師也是人，既然是人，就有生存和發(fā)展的問題，同時難免或多或少地有某種程度的適應問題，如果這些問題不能即時有效地解決，就會形成心理疾病。這樣對個人、對教育都是有害而無益。

　　那么，作為教師的我們，該如何進行自我調節(jié)，不斷提高自己的心里素質水平，從而成為一名幸福、快樂的教師呢?

　　首先我們要正確認識自我，對自我不能估計過高，認為自己是最完美的。也不能對自己估計過低，用自己的短處和別人的長處比，陷入痛苦之中。這兩方面都會使人喪失適合自我發(fā)展與成功的機會。我們要學會從多方面、多渠道了解自己，學會從周圍的世界中提取有關自我的真實反饋，避免由于自己的主觀理解帶來誤差。

　　人無完人，每個人難免存在一些不足和不完善的地方。要悅納自我，既要肯定自己的優(yōu)點，又要接納自己的缺點，給自己一個良好的心境投身到教育教學改革之中，不斷接受新事物，不斷提高自我修養(yǎng)，這樣才能永保激情，才會成功而快樂。

　　其次熱愛生活，釋放壓力。

　　壓力是影響心理健康的主要因素。過度的工作壓力，使人產生生理、心理以及行為失調反應。

　　從心理學的角度來看，人的心理壓力要定期或不定期地釋放，來求得心理平衡。教師長期在教學的精神壓力下，也需要尋找釋放的途徑。情緒的宣泄可以從“身”和“心”兩方面著手。“心”的方面可在適當的環(huán)境下找人傾訴，將心中的煩惱向親朋好友訴說，會使人感到心理輕松�；蛘咴谶m當的環(huán)境下放聲大哭、大笑或給自己寫日記。“身”的方面如劇烈的體力勞動、縱情高歌、逛街購物等，還可以出門旅游，在大自然中陶冶自己的性情。

　　最后也是最重要的一點就是用一顆平和、快樂的心看待一切。

　　以我自己為例，初進學校那會兒，看到一個班那么多的學生，一個個鮮活的個體，愛打又愛鬧，真的是不適應，上課沒兩天，嗓子就啞了，無名火時不時地冒出來，覺得特別的煩躁和無奈�？捎幸惶欤�我在網上看到這樣一句話:“因為教育是一個使教育者和受教育者都變得更完善的職業(yè)，而且，只有當教育者自覺地完善自己時，才能更有利于學生的完善和發(fā)展，換句話說，沒有教師的幸福感覺，就很難有學生的幸福感受。”

　　于是我開始試著改變，凡事我都用欣賞的眼光來看待。教師育人，教書重要，育人更重要。作為教師教會學生做人的基本道理，這才是最重要的任務。我們應該“有教無類”地接納身邊的每一個學生，以每一個學生為基準，因材施教，對孩子多一份寬容，讓學生學會在自信，在快樂成長中獲得幸福!當然在你發(fā)現給了學生一份寬容的同時自己也得到了更多的尊重、快樂和幸福!

　　人們常說：“知足常樂，不知足常進步!作為教師，那要看你如何把握好這個進退的尺度，如何看待這個“知足”和“不知足”。雖然教師的職業(yè)是艱辛而坎坷，但我們要學會自我調節(jié)，自我釋放，自我定位。

　　總之，作為一名教師，我們要積極主動地改善和完善自己，讓自己的心靈充滿陽光，讓自己的心態(tài)輕松超然，只有這樣，才能成為一名心理健康的教師，才能培養(yǎng)出心理健康的學生。

　　最后我愿送給大家一句話，結束我的演講：“快樂本為感覺，幸福取決于心情，教師工作性質更是如此。只要我們盡心盡力，追求心中完善的境界，無愧于“人民教師”這個光榮的稱號，縱然我們不刻意追求幸福，真正的幸福將會常駐我們的心中。”
