for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of EL Nino and La Nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... Seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? We are not the masters of nature. Facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. Any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.
By saying so, I do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. Because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. I mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.
I am very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. And I think that is why we come here from all over the country to discuss this topic today. I want to end my speech by quoting from Mr. Nixon. "Our destiny offers, not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity." The future is not ours to see of course. However, by seizing firmly the opportunities, by knowing clearly about ourselves, we, human beings, can doubtlessly achieve the real harmony with nature! Thank you.

When I was young,I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country. There were many flowers and trees around our city.We counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing. The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! How nice it was!But that only was a dream of mine!How I wish that it would be come true! So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.
Taking care of our environment is very important.Wherever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.
Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.
It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. You might ask yourself,"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes",it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.

大家好!
6月5日是一年一度的世界環(huán)境日。我國今年世界環(huán)境日的主題是“低碳減排·綠色生活”，旨在倡導(dǎo)公眾踐行綠色消費(fèi)，積極推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)清潔發(fā)展、安全發(fā)展、綠色發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
隨著現(xiàn)代中國的不斷崛起和發(fā)展，我們國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸強(qiáng)大起來，我們?nèi)嗣裆钏降玫胶艽蟮捏w高�？墒窃诮�(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中我們國家同樣出現(xiàn)了很多的問題，其中最致命的就是我們的環(huán)境保護(hù)問題，這已經(jīng)是嚴(yán)重影響我們國家繼續(xù)發(fā)展的重要原因。為了幫助人們更多的了解環(huán)境保護(hù)的知識，讓人們在生活中更多的注意環(huán)境保護(hù)，養(yǎng)成良好的環(huán)境保護(hù)習(xí)慣，對我們的國家有莫大的幫助。
通過前一段時間對環(huán)保問題的培訓(xùn)，我知道了所謂“低碳生活”。就是把生活作息時間所耗用的能量要盡量減少，從而減低二氧化碳的排放量。低碳生活，對于我們這些普通人來說是一種生活態(tài)度。也成為人們推進(jìn)潮流的新方式。它給我們提出的是一個愿不愿意和大家共創(chuàng)造低碳生活的問題。我們應(yīng)該積極提倡并去實(shí)踐低碳生活，從身邊的點(diǎn)滴事做起。
1、及時關(guān)電腦
統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，家庭中75%的用電都耗在使電視、電腦和音響等保持待機(jī)狀態(tài)上。平均一臺臺式電腦每天耗電60至250瓦。如果一臺電腦每天使用4小時，其他時間關(guān)閉，那么每年能節(jié)省約500元人民幣，且能減少83%的二氧化碳排放量。
2、多乘公交車
交通產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳占溫室氣體排放量30%以上，減少此類排放量的辦法之一是：乘坐公交車。美國公共交通聯(lián)合會稱，公共交通每年節(jié)省近53億升天然氣，這意味著能減少150萬噸二氧化碳排放量。
3、選擇小房子
人們都向往大房子，但大房子在無形中會增加碳的排放量，還需要更多的能量來加熱和制冷，就拿暖氣供應(yīng)來說，大房子需要消耗大量的能源來維持溫度。房子越大，對環(huán)境的影響也大，現(xiàn)在美國每戶家庭每年平均要排放18噸溫室氣體，要消耗大量的燃料和非再生能源。
4、打開一扇窗
我們每年人均排放約25噸二氧化碳，怎樣減少這個數(shù)字?有一些簡單有效的方法：打開一扇窗戶，取代室內(nèi)空調(diào);夏天使用空調(diào)時，溫度稍微調(diào)高幾度。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計表明，只要所有人把空調(diào)調(diào)高一度，全國每年能省下33億度電。
5、自備購物袋
每年全球要消耗超過5000億個塑料袋，其中只有不搐3%可回收。塑料袋都由聚乙烯制成，掩埋后需上千年時間實(shí)現(xiàn)生物遞降分解，期間還要產(chǎn)生有害的溫室氣體。下次去雜貨店的時候，別忘記自備購物袋。
6、種一棵樹
談到全球變暖，如果你不了解復(fù)雜的碳捕捉(CCS)技術(shù)，那也不必慌張。事實(shí)上“捕捉”二氧化碳的能手就是樹木本身。要是你嫌自己種樹太麻煩的話，至少可以捐錢給環(huán)保組織，讓他們代勞。
發(fā)展是人類社會追求的永恒主題。人類文明的發(fā)展，歷來是在不斷應(yīng)對和克服人與人、人與自然、人與社會各種矛盾過程中艱難前進(jìn)。由于人與自然矛盾激化，發(fā)展遭遇前所未有的阻礙，促使環(huán)境問題認(rèn)識的覺醒，進(jìn)而不斷探索新的發(fā)展路徑。特別是在應(yīng)對國際金融危機(jī)沖擊中，許多國家都更加突出“綠色”的理念和內(nèi)涵，實(shí)施“綠色新政”，以此來謀劃后危機(jī)時代的發(fā)展。人們普遍認(rèn)識到，發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅可以節(jié)能減排，而且能夠更加有效地利用資源、擴(kuò)大市場需求、提供新的就業(yè)，是保護(hù)環(huán)境與發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要結(jié)合點(diǎn)。推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展，為環(huán)境保護(hù)帶來了壓力和機(jī)遇。
如果我們?nèi)巳硕加芯G色環(huán)保觀念，并且真正從生活中落實(shí)，那么給下一代一個青山常在、凈水常流的美麗地球，應(yīng)該是可以期待與實(shí)現(xiàn)的愿望。
