　　今天站在這里，是希望我們所有的學(xué)生都可以養(yǎng)成一個(gè)良好的習(xí)慣，做好一名學(xué)生所應(yīng)該遵守的規(guī)章制度，也要有一個(gè)好的品德，希望我們都可以養(yǎng)成一個(gè)節(jié)約糧食，不浪費(fèi)糧食的好習(xí)慣，優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)，所以我今天演講的題目是節(jié)約糧食，從我做起。

　　從小到大，不管是父母還是老師，都會(huì)要求我們吃飯的時(shí)候把自己碗里的飯都吃完，不要有任何的剩飯剩菜，當(dāng)我們長(zhǎng)大了之后，也開始懂得了“粒粒皆辛苦”的不易，隨著我們知識(shí)的增長(zhǎng)，以及年齡的長(zhǎng)大，我們也要懂得糧食所得來(lái)的不易，在我們城市之外的很多地方，還有很多的貧困的地方的學(xué)生，和我們同齡的學(xué)生都吃不起飯，沒(méi)有米飯吃，就更不用說(shuō)大魚大肉，甚至是零食了，所以我們應(yīng)該懂得珍惜現(xiàn)在自己美好的生活，而不是去白白的浪費(fèi)自己生活中的糧食，我們要知道我們浪費(fèi)的是農(nóng)民伯伯們辛辛苦苦勞動(dòng)的結(jié)果，浪費(fèi)的是那些貧困地區(qū)所夢(mèng)寐以求的東西，當(dāng)我們擁有的時(shí)候，我們就要足夠的懂得珍惜，不要等到后知后覺(jué)的時(shí)候才來(lái)后悔。

　　在我們生活當(dāng)中，在我們校園里也有很多的浪費(fèi)糧食的行為存在，吃飯的時(shí)候，不是吃多少就盛多少，總是有很多的東西喜歡打很多的飯菜，吃不完就選擇倒掉，這是極其浪費(fèi)糧食的行為，其次，遇到自己不喜歡吃的菜就不吃，剩下來(lái)倒掉，挑食也一個(gè)很不好的行為，我們要知道現(xiàn)在的美好生活都是通過(guò)家人的努力和奮斗所得到來(lái)，我們非但不懂得珍惜，更是浪費(fèi)勞動(dòng)成果，我們的做法是極其的錯(cuò)誤的，我希望我們所有的學(xué)生都可以懂得糧食的珍貴，現(xiàn)在如此良好的物質(zhì)生活的可貴，做到節(jié)約糧食，不浪費(fèi)生活中的一粒米，一棵菜。

　　節(jié)約糧食有很多的地方可以去做，在吃飯的時(shí)候，將自己的碗里的都吃完，吃多少盛多少，不挑食，遇到自己的不喜歡吃的東西就不要，當(dāng)看到身邊人出現(xiàn)浪費(fèi)糧食的情況的時(shí)候，及時(shí)的站出來(lái)告訴他們這樣做是不應(yīng)該的，也要告訴他們應(yīng)該珍惜糧食，號(hào)召身邊的所有人一切節(jié)約糧食，從自己做起，從生活當(dāng)中的每一件小事做起。
