高中英語(yǔ)課前演講
人自從出生開(kāi)始，就會(huì)跑步，（since the beginning of birth, we'll run）跑步是一種本能，是我們躲避傷害的方式（running is an instinct, which is a way to avoid hurting）。但，更重要的是，跑步是一種能讓人變得更健康的運(yùn)動(dòng)（but, more importantly, running is a kind of movement which make us to become healthier.）。我們每年都要參加體質(zhì)測(cè)試(physique examination)，男生要跑1000米，女生800米，可是總是有些人故意躲避，（every year we have to participate in the physique examination.in the physique examination .the boy should run 1000 meters. while 800 metres for girls.but there always some people, try to escape.）他們認(rèn)為，長(zhǎng)跑對(duì)它們來(lái)說(shuō)除了累和痛苦，并沒(méi)有帶來(lái)別的什么。(they think that beside pain, long-distance running did not bring anything else)
在我看來(lái)，跑步是一種能讓人變強(qiáng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)(in my opinion, long-distance running is a sport which can make us stronger)。不僅僅是身體上讓自己變得更強(qiáng)壯，更重要的是在精神上(not only in our body,but also in our mand)。當(dāng)你在跑1000米的時(shí)候，特別是跑到第二圈的時(shí)候，你會(huì)有10000個(gè)理由想停下來(lái)，(when i’m running, especially in the second round, i would have get 10,000 excuse to give up)。因?yàn)闆](méi)有人強(qiáng)迫你跑下去，可是你手上的秒表還在走(because no one forces me to run down, but stopwatch in my hand is still going)。如果你現(xiàn)在停下來(lái)，意味著，你講沒(méi)有成績(jī)，前面的所有努力都將白費(fèi)(if i stop, it means that i have get noting,what have done was in vain)。所以要堅(jiān)持，再堅(jiān)持(so i tell myselfe never give up)。不斷地強(qiáng)化自己的意識(shí)，讓自己成長(zhǎng)，耐得住艱難困苦。(again and again, igetloneliness.)

看過(guò)《阿甘正傳》的同學(xué)一定對(duì)其中他跑遍美國(guó)的畫(huà)面印象深刻。為什么阿甘要去跑步(anyone who have seem the film"forrest gump"may impressed in a foce,whice is gump run around of the united states)，他說(shuō)：跑步是為了忘記過(guò)去，心情不好的時(shí)候就去跑步，沒(méi)有目標(biāo)的時(shí)候就跑步，需要某種東西讓自己平靜下來(lái)，迷失了自己想去找回來(lái)(whyforrest gumpgorunning,he said:runningis a way to forget the past,
and i feelbadwhen i’m running,runningwheni have no target, i needsomethingto calm down, i want to look back because i lost myself.)。執(zhí)著是他一次次成功的原因。(attachment isthe reasonwhy he getsucces again and again.)

屆的一個(gè)學(xué)長(zhǎng)，也是杭電電子學(xué)院的，來(lái)自新疆，家里很窮，可是他很有志氣(the second example.asession ofseniors, who come frome xinjiang is alsostudy in hangzhoudianzi university electronic college.his familyis poor,
but he is verydiscouraged)。從大一開(kāi)始，他每天都要到東邊的操場(chǎng)跑步，跑的也不快，每天堅(jiān)持10000米，25圈，他畢業(yè)的成績(jī)非常好。begin as a freshman,he goes to the eastof theplaygroundevery day to do long-distance running,notfast,but long.every day10,000 meters, 25laps, hegraduated vith a good resault.
