緊密攜手合作共創(chuàng)繁榮發(fā)展
約翰內(nèi)斯堡是南非最大的城市和經(jīng)濟中心，也是世界上最大的產(chǎn)金中心，經(jīng)濟發(fā)達，交通便利。廣州和約翰內(nèi)斯堡具有廣闊的合作前景，雙方擁有很多的合作優(yōu)勢。特別值得一提的是，在廣州經(jīng)商的非洲朋友很多，廣州是非洲朋友到中國尋求商機的首選城市。在當前中南兩國良好外交關(guān)系的大背景下，我們一定要加強經(jīng)貿(mào)聯(lián)系往來，促進雙方的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作更上一個新的臺階。
johannesburg is not only the largest city and economic center of south africa, but is also the largest gold-producing center in the world. the city boasts economic prosperity and good traffic network. the potential for the cooperation between guangzhou and johannesburg is extensive and both sides have a great many advantages for cooperation. one phenomenon which is worthy of special mention is that there are lots of friends from africa doing business in guangzhou. when our african friends wish to seek for business opportunities in china, most of them will set guangzhou as the no.1 priority. under the background of favorable foreign relations between china and south africa, we must strengthen our intercourse of economy and trade. it is expected that, with our joint efforts, the economic and trade cooperation between both sides will scale new heights.
一是雙方互利共贏，具有良好的合作基礎(chǔ)。中國和南非雖然相隔千山萬水，但是自從1998年建交以來，雙方在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等領(lǐng)域的合作呈現(xiàn)出飛速發(fā)展的勢頭，特別是最近南非加入了“金磚”國家行列，中南兩國將在國際舞臺上發(fā)揮重要作用，相互幫助，互利合作，共贏發(fā)展，奠定了雙方開展全面合作的堅實基礎(chǔ)。
first of all, both sides have set a satisfactory foundation for cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win situation. there may be thousands of mountains and rivers between china and south africa, which are far away from each other. however, since 1998, the year in which the governments of both countries established diplomatic relations, the cooperation between both countries in the fields of politics, economy and culture, etc has been developing at very fast speed. in particular, south africa has recently become a new member of the “brics”. it is expected that china and south africa will play more important roles in the world scene. let's cooperate with and help each other to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. in this way, we will be able to set a solid foundation for comprehensive cooperation between both sides.
二是雙方優(yōu)勢互補，具有廣闊的合作前景。廣州的汽車及零部件、石油化工、現(xiàn)代裝備、船舶制造、航空產(chǎn)業(yè)等先進制造業(yè)發(fā)達;廣州的金融保險、商貿(mào)會展、信息服務(wù)、文化創(chuàng)意等現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛;新一代信息技術(shù)、生物工程、新材料、新能源與節(jié)能環(huán)保、新能源汽車、海洋工程等戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展。南非則在金屬制品、珠寶、礦產(chǎn)品等產(chǎn)業(yè)具有比較優(yōu)勢，雙方在產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)上具有很強的互補性，合作潛力巨大。
