Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure. It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy. Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. 我也放下了手中的電腦游戲,全身心的投入到學(xué)習(xí)中。上課更是精神抖擻,課下的耳邊的流行音樂也變成了地道的英語發(fā)音,無聊時(shí)討論的八卦也變成了為一道數(shù)學(xué)題的激烈討論。

一.壓力-動(dòng)力
在日本有一個(gè)流傳很廣的故事:古時(shí)候日本漁民出海捕鰻魚,因?yàn)榇,回到岸邊時(shí)鰻魚幾乎都死光了.但是,有一個(gè)漁民船上的各種捕魚裝備以及盛魚的船艙,和別人的都完全一樣,可他的魚每次回來都是活蹦亂跳的,他的魚因此賣的價(jià)錢高過別人幾倍.沒過幾年,他就成了大富翁.后來他身染重病,不能出海捕魚了.他才把這個(gè)秘密告訴他的兒子;在盛鰻魚的船艙里,放進(jìn)一些鯰魚,因?yàn)轹狋~和鯰魚生性好咬斗,為了對(duì)付鯰魚的攻擊,鰻魚也被迫竭力反擊.在戰(zhàn)斗狀態(tài)中,鰻魚求生的本能被充分的調(diào)動(dòng)起來.所以就活了下來.
漁民還告訴他的兒子,鰻魚死的原因是,它們知道被捕住了,等待它們的只有死路一條,生的希望破滅了,所以在船里過不了多久就死掉了.
這就是自然生態(tài)的奧秘之處,當(dāng)鰻魚面對(duì)天敵時(shí),警戒心倍增而求生欲被激發(fā),全力抵抗鯰魚的威脅侵?jǐn)_,而加強(qiáng)了對(duì)運(yùn)送過程的適應(yīng)力,存活率反而提高.
二.壓力=提升自身價(jià)值

今天爸爸N+1次嘮叨著要我好好學(xué)習(xí),雖然這樣的話我的確已經(jīng)聽了N次了,說N次其實(shí)并不夸張,從小學(xué)一年級(jí)我沒有得上三好學(xué)生以來我就毫不厭倦的聽著,然而嘮叨到現(xiàn)在,我還是沒有感到乏味,學(xué)習(xí)是唯一的出路,我深刻的了解到這句話的含義,雖然這只是從我姐姐那里得出的道理,我仍認(rèn)為這是一句從我們這段年齡,在愛幻想的時(shí)期中解救出來,回到現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的一句話。雖然我并不想從我那段美麗的幻想中醒過來!有時(shí)候我幻想著可以快快長(zhǎng)大,那樣就可以做自己想做的事而不用顧慮到后果了,像那些叛逆少年一樣,其實(shí)也蠻有個(gè)性的!但是我還沒有瘋狂到想成為那樣的人,當(dāng)然也絕對(duì)不可能!
動(dòng)力?我想不單單起源于壓力,還有各種因素,比如理想,甚至某種報(bào)復(fù)!!而我呢?是來自于回報(bào),回報(bào)父母的辛勞,回報(bào)父母那帶著汗水和希望的金錢!爸爸的辛苦我是知道的,他越來越老了,雖然這是肯定的!但我還是與心不忍,我要回報(bào)他們,我不知道我這種欲望有多么強(qiáng)烈,但我知道這無法用言語來形容,只能用行動(dòng)!那就必須用那唯一的出路——學(xué)習(xí)!
我也曾經(jīng)幻想過如果我可以被某個(gè)大名人發(fā)現(xiàn)后去栽培,但是現(xiàn)在想想真是太不符合實(shí)際了,這除了必須的“幸運(yùn)”外,還有必不可少的“實(shí)力”啊!
