記得上小學時，老師教會了一首《勞動最光榮》的歌曲，最喜歡其中的那句“幸福的生活在哪里？要靠勞動來創(chuàng)造”。那時候只把勞動簡單的理解為“勞作”，局限于每周一次的勞動課。多年以后，成長為了千萬勞動者中的一員，才深深體會到生活的多味，勞動的艱辛。勞動是汗水，是歡笑；是苦澀，是甜蜜；是給予，更是幸福。有一分勞動，就有一份收獲。你給生活付出了多少耕耘，生活就會回報你多少果實，你就會擁有多少快樂與幸福，對于企業(yè)也是如此。

屯河果業(yè)一年一個臺階，每年都有進步，從而形成了今天的風貌，這些是屯河各級管理者、基層員工的汗水所鑄就而成的。大家都還可以記得在塵土飛揚的五月，為了使ISO9000體系和HACCP體系在公司順利運行，各部門體系管理人員召開會議修訂文件，基層員工學習培訓，填寫記錄，多少人為此忙的身心疲憊。設備技改的六月，為了使設備更適合生產加工，各位工程師前后論證，研究方案，技改人員為了不誤產期，爭分奪秒的進行裝機調試。烈日炎炎的七月，電機24小時不停的轟鳴著，車間里蒸汽騰騰，但是各位操作人員仍然監(jiān)守自己的崗位，原料人員不停奔波，為了保證均衡供料而日夜不眠，化驗人員認真細致，爭取在最短的時間里，反饋準確的檢驗結果，以便于操作人員及時調整參數(shù)，保證產品的質量，叉車也在場區(qū)內馬不停蹄的運轉，大家都為生產合格杏漿而作出各自的努力。收獲季節(jié)的八月，查驗發(fā)貨人員冒著烈日，在場區(qū)內檢查成品包裝。以確保每一桶發(fā)出的產品都是合格的。正是有了這么一批優(yōu)秀的勞動者在奉獻，屯河才能走到現(xiàn)在。只要我們果業(yè)全體員工共同努力，自助者天助也，我們必定可以勇往直前！
