　　一、班級整體情況

　　在優(yōu)秀班主任劉老師的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進步較大)，在這次期中考試中我們?nèi)〉昧吮容^好的成績的成績，本次考試共有50人參加，總分3696.5、平均分73.93、及格率76%、90分以上有11人，80-90分以上12人、70-7911人，60-69分4人，12人不及格。優(yōu)秀率率28%其中高分是田帥99分。 但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現(xiàn)在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒有按時上交或干脆不交等現(xiàn)象，久而久之，他的各種表現(xiàn)就落后了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學(xué)生。

　　二、英語學(xué)科的特點

　　本學(xué)期我們用的是陜旅版英語教材的三年級起點，在學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎(chǔ)上，強調(diào)語言的運用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和獨立運用所學(xué)語言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)實際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數(shù)字等。因此，英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學(xué)會越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習(xí)的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學(xué)會，到高段難的知識點學(xué)起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有partA B C 三部分內(nèi)容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對話教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內(nèi)容。

　　三、 如何在家監(jiān)督孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)

　　1.關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)

　　每周有四節(jié)英語課，這四天里我都會布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當(dāng)天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫重點句，對預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的要求是：聽錄音，若預(yù)習(xí)單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規(guī)定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多孩子是來學(xué)校補的。所以，從今天以后，家長可以根據(jù)這幾個要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當(dāng)然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)而且可以在微信群里詢問作業(yè)或者當(dāng)面咨詢老師。

　　2.關(guān)注單元測試 看孩子的試卷，不光看分數(shù)的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數(shù)上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習(xí)方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習(xí)的成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎勵，有，優(yōu)秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。當(dāng)然我們獎勵的獎品是從成績不好的學(xué)生奶得到的，我這樣做并不是為了其他的什么，知識想通過這個小小的獎勵或者懲罰讓好的更好，讓不好的變好，希望家長能理解和支持。

　　四、 幾點希望

　　1.家長要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要把語文，數(shù)學(xué)，英語放在同等位置。經(jīng)�？梢月牭郊议L的議論，小學(xué)英語沒關(guān)系，初中會重學(xué)的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。初中七年級是有三個模塊式復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容的，但后面的內(nèi)容跨度還是很大的。所以養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣要從小學(xué)開始，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)必須家校合作，因為時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學(xué)習(xí)比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。

　　2.多關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學(xué)習(xí)，要意識到小學(xué)的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學(xué)英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責(zé)罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

　　英語的重要性在我們當(dāng)前的生活中越來越突出，越來越受到整個社會的重視。在小升初畢業(yè)統(tǒng)考中，英語也是必考的科目。但對于我們現(xiàn)在的孩子，學(xué)習(xí)英語還存在一些難題，首先英語不是我們的母語，沒有現(xiàn)成的語言環(huán)境，不能在日常生活中反復(fù)運用，所以這就需要我們在學(xué)習(xí)英語的時候多付出一些，給自己創(chuàng)造機會多練習(xí)，多說。其次，就是要語數(shù)英三門功課均衡發(fā)展，要合理安排時間，同時兼顧三門課的學(xué)習(xí)，不要因為一門課的缺憾，影響升學(xué)和進重點班。

　　今天就借此機會希望家長能了解我們的工作安排，有效幫助和指導(dǎo)孩子在家開展學(xué)習(xí)，是孩子能在今年的學(xué)習(xí)中取得最佳的成績，為今后的英語學(xué)習(xí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。我從以下幾方面來說。

　　一、 英語教學(xué)工作。

　　在教學(xué)中，我們追求的是讓孩子們快樂地上英語課。玩是孩子的天性，我們經(jīng)常采用形式多樣的教學(xué)方法來激發(fā)孩子的興趣，營造輕松、愉快的課堂氣氛。同時，我們還不斷創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，是課堂學(xué)習(xí)活動化、交際化、生活化。孩子們在課堂上全神貫注、興趣盎然，在不知不覺中既學(xué)到了知識，又得到了學(xué)習(xí)的快樂。

　　二、 如何讓孩子喜歡學(xué)英語、主動學(xué)英語

　　1、首先讓孩子明確英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，幫助他們樹立信心。英語只是一種語言，不難，也不高深，只要學(xué)習(xí)方法對路，只要肯花功夫，是一定能夠?qū)W好的，并且短期內(nèi)就能收到效果。如我們班的郭曉雯、祁艷萍、陳金鳳等同學(xué)在自己和家長的努力下，學(xué)習(xí)成績突飛猛進。

　　2、幫助孩子建立和形成良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。課堂習(xí)慣為：能集中注意力聽講，能積極大膽發(fā)言，能及時做好必要的筆記。課外習(xí)慣為;能堅持每天聽英語、讀英語，認真完成作業(yè)，主動預(yù)習(xí)新課，對對所學(xué)知識進行及時的復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固。

　　3、要關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)過程，不要只注重結(jié)果。就是說不要等成績出來了再說如何如何。而應(yīng)該時刻關(guān)注孩子每一天的成長。比如說：每天你是否能聽到孩子脫口而出簡單的英語句子，你是否聽到孩子大聲的說或者讀英語。

　　4、要激發(fā)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。比如說耐心的聽孩子讀英語，背英語，有條件的可以和孩子英語對話，聽孩子唱英語歌并且大加贊賞。

　　5、課外閱讀。很多家長一開校就給孩子買英漢對照的書，對學(xué)習(xí)不利，建議不買，而是買一些英語閱讀方面的書或者是練習(xí)題、測試卷，擴大知識面和對多種題型的認識。

　　三、教學(xué)計劃及要求

　　1)英語教學(xué)計劃，本學(xué)期英語共6個單元和2個復(fù)習(xí)單元。每個單元分A\B\C三部分，共六課時，學(xué)校安排英語每周是三節(jié)課，一個單元通常用兩周的時間學(xué)完。我通常利用兩個早自習(xí)聽寫、背誦、復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)知識。利用一個午自習(xí)講解配套練習(xí)和活動手冊。給孩子們定了試卷，作為每個單元結(jié)束后的自我測試，所以家長們要監(jiān)督孩子將布置的卷子認真做完，我會抽時間講解。現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)結(jié)束了第四單元，下一周開始第五單元。家長們可以根據(jù)我們的教學(xué)進度安排孩子在課外的復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固。

　　2)英語作業(yè)要求：

　　1、堅持每天在家讀半小時英語，無論今天是否有英語課，都要堅持讀，我們班已經(jīng)有很多同學(xué)堅持做到了，如曹寧、馬曉慧、張宏玉等。千萬別小看每天這短短的30分鐘，只要這一點能做到，一個月你就能看到成績的。

　　2、每天都有具體的家庭作業(yè)，或?qū)懟虮�，希望家長能及時查閱并督促孩子完成。

　　3、家長能經(jīng)常詢問孩子所學(xué)知識，翻閱孩子的書本及練習(xí)冊，及時了解孩子掌握情況，做到查漏補缺。

　　4)英語課本知識要求

　　1、背寫let,s learn 的單詞，let talk read and write 中的黑體句子。

　　2、背誦let,s talk read and write ,熟讀story和其他部分，請家長根據(jù)孩子的具體情況增加背誦內(nèi)容，培養(yǎng)語感、積累知識、多多益善。
