　　Good morning，ladies and gentlemen.

　　The cheongsam is a female dress with distinctive Chinese features and enjoys a growing popularity in the international world of high fashion.

　　The name "cheongsam," meaning simply "long dress," entered the English vocabulary from the dialect of China's Guangdong Province (Cantonese). In other parts of the country including Beijing, however, it is known as "qipao", which has a history behind it.

　　When the early Manchu rulers came to China proper, they organized certain people, mainly Manchus, into "banners" (qi) and called them "banner people" (qiren), which then became loosely the name of all Manchus. The Manchu women wore normally a one-piece dress which, likewise, came to be called "qipao" or "banner dress." Although the 1911 Revolution toppled the rule of the Qing (Manchu) Dynasty, the female dress survived the political change and, with later improvements, has become the traditional dress for Chinese women.

　　Easy to slip on and comfortable to wear, the cheongsam fits well the female Chinese figure. Its neck is high, collar closed, and its sleeves may be either short, medium or full length, depending on season and taste. The dress is buttoned on the right side, with a loose chest, a fitting waist, and slits up from the sides, all of which combine to set off the beauty of the female shape.

　　The cheongsam is not too complicated to make. Nor does it call for too much material, for there are no accessories like belts, scarves, sashes or frills to go with it.

　　Another beauty of the cheongsam is that, made of different materials and to varying lengths, they can be worn either on casual or formal occasions. In either case, it creates an impression of simple and quiet charm, elegance and neatness. No wonder it is so much liked by women not only of China but of foreign countries as well.

　　在英語課上，大部分學生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。咱學校一二年級的英語課是作為學校課程來出現(xiàn)的，大家也能從孩子的課程表上看到一周有兩節(jié)學校課程，就是英語課。但并不是說學校課程就不重要，相反，一二年級對于打好英語學習的基礎(chǔ)是非常重要的，有句話說Interest is the best teacher.興趣是最好的老師，我們一二年級主要就是提高學生學習英語的興趣，為三年級以后的英語學習打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。我們現(xiàn)在所學的內(nèi)容，以后到了高年級還會繼續(xù)學習，并且加深鞏固，如果現(xiàn)在就不認真對待英語，那么就相當于輸在了起跑線上，到了三四年級很可能就跟不上老師的進度，和別的同學拉下差距。當別的同學都能運用一二年級已經(jīng)學過的句型對話時，也許您的孩子才剛剛起步，這樣難免會影響他的學習興趣，甚至產(chǎn)生惡性循環(huán)。所以一二年級英語教學的任務就是培養(yǎng)好孩子們學習英語的興趣，讓他愛英語，愛說英語。這也需要家長們的大力配合。咱小學階段對語法要求沒有多么高深，主要就是培養(yǎng)學生的興趣，語感，發(fā)音，聽力。

　　首先是培養(yǎng)興趣，大膽的說英語。這就需要家長為孩子營造一種學英語的氣氛，比如早上起床可以跟孩子說good morning，感謝他的幫助說句thank you，一二年級英語都是日常生活中很簡單的句型，只要經(jīng)常操練，讓孩子有說英語的意識就可以了。在學校，我鼓勵學生把所學的英語對話運用到生活中去，這樣有更真實的情景，更能讓學生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長也能鼓勵學生說英語，也許你會說你自己也聽不懂，請不要這樣想，其實學生需要是你的鼓勵，你聽了他們說的只要簡單表揚一句，他們就會很滿足了。有時候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學生反過來教你，他們會覺得很自豪，因為自己所學得東西派上了用場。另外周末休息時還可以利用幾十分鐘陪孩子看一部英文動畫片，既能培養(yǎng)語感提高興趣，又可以增進家人感情，得到適當休息。

　　然后說一下聽力，每個學生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請各位家長檢查一下孩子去年的英語磁帶，很多學生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。不要說另外買什么英語聽力磁帶或者英語學習的碟片了，連自己手頭的磁帶都不去聽，光靠上課聽一點點的磁帶，學生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。另外聽錄音要學生盡力地去模仿錄音機里的發(fā)音，如果小時候就不重視發(fā)音，等到大了說一口中式英語或者帶著家鄉(xiāng)話味道的英語，改都難改。有很多學生到了初中之后，抱怨英語考試的聽力像聽天書，原因就是自己的發(fā)音是錯誤的，人家正確的發(fā)音反而聽不懂。所以說聽錄音的時候有意識的模仿是很重要的。希望家長能夠每晚抽出時間監(jiān)督孩子一起聽聽錄音并模仿跟讀

　　接下來是讀英語。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神。”學英語也是這樣，很多家長也明白，學英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，還是寫文章，都很輕松，很簡單了。那么語感怎么來呢?就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習慣，這是學英語的最基本的學習習慣了。我上學的時候就是這樣的，每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語，并且每天都堅持，絕不因任何原因間斷。語感一旦形成，初中高中英語考試事，經(jīng)�？梢圆挥梅治鼍渥�，完全靠語感做題。就像我們平時說中文，就是說的多了，所以無需思考，張口就說。

　　大家上午好，十分高興和您見面。我對您的到來表示真誠的歡迎。

　　首先，我要介紹的是攀登英語二年級的教學內(nèi)容以及教學目標。

　　本學期孩子們使用的教材是攀登英語二級A。二級A的學習內(nèi)容包括：日常英語

　　(Everyday English)、歌曲童謠(Songs and Chants)、攀登閱讀(Pandeng Reading)，三個部分。另外還有晨間故事和睡前故事，對主要學習內(nèi)容復習和拓展。

　　(一)日常英語：與學生日常學習、生活密切相關(guān)的12段對話，每段對話中有1~2個核心句型和一些重點單詞。要求學生能聽、能說、能運用。

　　(二)歌曲童謠：共16首，其中歌曲12首，童謠4首。要求學生快樂地模仿跟唱。

　　(三)攀登閱讀：攀登閱讀是本學期新增的學習內(nèi)容，為培養(yǎng)學生的英語認讀能力而設(shè)計，共12段瑯瑯上口的節(jié)奏英語。它們由學生在一年級學過的部分內(nèi)容改編而成，內(nèi)容比較熟悉且趣味性很強，利于培養(yǎng)學生對認讀的自信心和認讀興趣。

　　(四)晨間故事：包括8個情景劇，幫助學生復習和鞏固所學的課堂學習內(nèi)容。

　　(五)睡前故事：這些英語故事不做特別要求，孩子只需感受就行，不會跟讀沒有關(guān)系。

　　攀登英語學習材料豐富，包括一張家庭學習DVD光碟、一本《攀登英語學習記錄》和一本《我們的讀本》，它們的設(shè)計為孩子們創(chuàng)造了豐富的語言學習環(huán)境，學習內(nèi)容環(huán)環(huán)相扣，重復率高。為了讓孩子達到最好的學習效率。

　　攀登英語二級A的總體目標是：保持和增強學生學習英語的興趣和自信心，使學生在聽清所學的基礎(chǔ)上，進行準確模仿，能夠用英語進行簡單的交流，并發(fā)展起初步的認讀能力;培養(yǎng)學生主動學習和合作學習的意識。

　　接下來，簡單講下低段英語學習的側(cè)重點及方法

　　對于二年級的孩子來說，學習英語的側(cè)重點是對孩子們興趣的培養(yǎng)，打造一種寬松的教育氛圍，不要求他們一次性學會，所以，在這段時間，我們主要是能讓孩子們聽懂、會說、會唱。把英語單詞和句型，以及英語歌曲和律動作為主旋律，讓學生快樂學習英語，對英語感興趣，為學生們以后的英語學習培養(yǎng)良好的興趣習慣，為以后的英語考試打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

　　由于二年級的孩子經(jīng)過了一年的攀登英語學習，已經(jīng)有了一定的英語口語基礎(chǔ)。這學期，我對他們的要求也提高了很多，在課堂上，我完全放手讓孩子們?nèi)�學習，去運用。培養(yǎng)小老師和小組長成了這學期的重中之重，目的是讓每個孩子都愛上英語課都能大膽自信地表達。培養(yǎng)的小老師和小組長都能配和老師的工作并幫助組內(nèi)不愛開口說英語的孩子。

　　最后講講我們班孩子的學習現(xiàn)狀和解決問題的辦法。

　　課堂上很多孩子都能積極舉手發(fā)言，上臺展示自我。小部分不敢舉手發(fā)言的多半是不自信的孩子。而天生的膽小和不自信又是極少的，再加之小朋友的表現(xiàn)欲是很強的，并且攀登英語課堂上老師都盡量鼓勵表揚孩子，幫助他們建立學習的信心。所以我觀察小朋友在課堂上的表現(xiàn)和他們家庭作業(yè)的完成態(tài)度是有直接的關(guān)聯(lián)。希望家長們再忙也要抽出時間給孩子們放碟聽英語。二年級的難度比一年級大了很多，光靠課堂上的一些時間是完全不夠的。

　　為了在后半學期有一個良好的學習效果，我提出以下幾點建議：

　　1.建議每天翻閱孩子的英語學習記錄，配合老師的教學進度來完成學習 記錄上的“家庭學習活動”，做到提醒和監(jiān)督孩子按要求完成作業(yè)，養(yǎng)成還在在家主動學習英語的習慣;

　　2.建議讓孩子在您面前大聲讀英語和唱英語歌謠;在讀攀登閱讀的內(nèi)容時，能夠拿出《我們的讀本》進行指讀認讀。不要吝嗇對孩子的表揚，只要孩子有一點點進步，我們都要鼓勵他們。

　　3.加強家校聯(lián)系。教育孩子是我們共同的責任。作為家長，您只有一個兩個孩子，我們老師要面對的是一群孩子。在工作中很難做到面面俱到，所以希望您能多和老師聯(lián)系溝通，以便更好地培養(yǎng)您的孩子。
