Second. Reasons. I found that the traffic management is the most serious problem in the traffic system. In some important crossroads, there are no enough traffic police to do the traffic grooming. It’s irrational. We paid so much taxes, but we cannot comfort what we should get. For example, on the overhead, two cars had made a traffic accident. This leaded the traffic jams. We had not see the traffic police from start to end. It took me nearly 10 minutes on the overhead. It was happened yesterday.
Third. To solve it. What I can advice is just add more traffic polices in the important crossroads. It’s the most useful way to solve the traffic jams. Because yesterday when we nearly went out the overhead, the speed was increased obviously. We found several traffic polices in the crossroad. They commanded cars and then the traffic went well.
That brings me to the end of my presentation. Let me just run over the key points again. Traffic jams was made by several resources. To solve it, we can depend on the traffic police. But for ourselves, to drive more carefully, more reasonably, maybe is another way to decrease the traffic jams.

2.在復(fù)習(xí)鞏固階段，最忌諱的是機械操練。游戲能使復(fù)習(xí)變得生動。比如我們學(xué)了一系列水果以后，安排老師拿一個水果，學(xué)生說出來的環(huán)節(jié)，但反復(fù)幾次之后，學(xué)生的積極性就會減弱。這時，我們安排游戲Who is missing？Who is fast？Magic eyes等，學(xué)生的積極性就會立刻恢復(fù)，一只只小手又會爭先恐后地舉
起。
3.當(dāng)學(xué)生的臉上閃過“無聊”、“困惑”的痕跡時，游戲可解“燃眉之急”。高年級的學(xué)生面臨背單詞、記單詞的難題。如果不講究方法地死記硬背，不但效果不好，學(xué)生的興趣也會逐漸降低。在這個階段，如果能幫助他們掌握正確的方法，促使他們主動背單詞，就會對他們以后的英語學(xué)習(xí)有很大的幫助。單詞接龍、吊死鬼、尋找共同點等游戲，不僅讓學(xué)生始終處于積極思考的狀態(tài)，而且能提高他們課后記單詞的興趣。
（二）適式組織游戲
有些游戲的可用性很強，如copy不走樣等游戲，無論什么內(nèi)容，都能套用。但有些游戲，卻不是什么內(nèi)容都合適的。教師要學(xué)會使用最恰當(dāng)?shù)挠螒�，如flash and guess這樣的游戲僅適合單詞教學(xué)，而不適合鞏固句型。
不同年齡階段的學(xué)生，對游戲的口味也不同，我們要學(xué)會投其所好。低年級的學(xué)生喜歡趣味性強的，如copy不走樣，high voice and low voice能引起他們參與的欲望。而高年級的學(xué)生則喜歡探索型的游戲，比如bingo、加減運算對抗賽就很受他們的歡迎。
�。ㄈ┻m度組織游戲
在教學(xué)中，我們不能只為讓學(xué)生放松、玩樂而安排游戲，歸根結(jié)底，游戲是為教學(xué)服務(wù)的。在游戲活動之前，我們必須指定相應(yīng)的規(guī)則，沒有規(guī)則，游戲過程就會很“亂”，有規(guī)則才能“活而
有序”。當(dāng)學(xué)生的“玩性”到五、六成的時候，我們的游戲就該結(jié)束了。因為如果游戲結(jié)束太早，學(xué)生才剛進入游戲狀態(tài)，熟悉游戲規(guī)則，就結(jié)束游戲，一來掃興，二來游戲的“運用語言”的目的也沒達到。如果游戲結(jié)束得太晚，學(xué)生就會越來越無聊，下次再玩這類游戲就沒有了熱情。
二、游戲的組織，還要講究一個“變”字——以不變應(yīng)萬變。

同一個游戲“發(fā)口令，做動作”，一般都是教師怎么發(fā)，學(xué)生怎么做，最多讓一個學(xué)生發(fā)，其他學(xué)生做，偶爾做做反口令，分組進行比賽。做多了，學(xué)生的好奇心沒有了，游戲就變成了機械操練。如果設(shè)幾個陷阱，就會有“眼睛一眨，老母雞變鴨”的效果。趣味性的調(diào)節(jié)就是教師在做動作的時候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的動作，眼神一定要是那種壞壞的，然后突然變成“起立”，讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生和教師斗下去的欲望。師生成了“敵人”，而游戲就成了“戰(zhàn)爭”。把動作和語言結(jié)合起來，邊做動作邊說，動作和口令有時一致，有時不一致。在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識掌握的同時，還訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的反應(yīng)能力。
�。ǘ┳儞Q速度
隨著學(xué)生對知識的掌握逐漸加深，訓(xùn)練的速度可以逐漸加快，這不但適合學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律，還使原本枯燥的操練重新顯出生氣，學(xué)生逐漸淡化的新奇感又被激起。
�。ㄈ┆剟顧C制的運用
在教育中，我們能體會到表揚和激勵對學(xué)生起的作用比批評更大。在老師的激勵下，學(xué)生的探索精神更易發(fā)揮，更容易學(xué)會原本以為很難學(xué)的東西。我常常采用口頭表揚，認(rèn)為給學(xué)生物質(zhì)獎勵會使他們變得功利，但在同事們的感染下，偶爾嘗試獎勵，也取得了很好的激勵效果。我用小五星激勵學(xué)生，常常搞得自己整個黃昏剪五角星，有時，一節(jié)課獎多了，自己還有點心疼，最重要的是用多了學(xué)生還不稀罕了。其實我們可以嘗試用加分的方法，注意分值有區(qū)別，加分要敏感，時時注意給學(xué)生以表揚，讓學(xué)生得到認(rèn)可。這樣一來，不但讓自己得到解脫，更使獎勵更具可變性。

Paul smiled a little. He thought he knew what the lad wanted. He wanted to show his neighbors that he could ride home in a big automobile. But Paul was wrong again. "Will you stop where those two steps are?"
the boy asked. He ran up the steps. Then in a little while Paul heard him coming back, but he was not coming fast. He was carrying his little crippled brother. He sat him down on the bottom step, then sort of squeezed up against him and pointed to the car. "There she is, Buddy, just like I told you upstairs. His brother gave it to him for Christmas and it didn’t cost him a cent. And some day Im gonna give you one just like it . . . then you can see for yourself all the pretty things in the Christmas windows that Ive been trying to tell you about."
Paul got out and lifted the lad to the front seat of his car. The shining-eyed older brother climbed in beside him and the three of them began a memorable holiday ride. That Christmas Eve, Paul learned what Jesus meant when he said: "It is more blessed to give . . . "

Later during my studyin the university I always told myself “I can handle it” when my own goalsseemed far off or when my problems seemed too overwhelming and every time I saidit ,I always came back to my senses.
Now I work as an English teacher in a middle school. Whenever my studentscomplain about their difficulties in study or want to give up, I will tell thesame story of Callahan to them. I just want to make them believe they can handletheir difficulties because their circumstances are only bad compared tosomething better. But others have been through much worse. Then they will buildup fortitude.
So here, coming to us from the extreme edge of survival, are words that cangive us strength. Whatever you’re going through, tell yourself you can handleit. Compared to what others have been through, you’re fortunate. Tell this toyourself over and over, and it will help you get through the rough spots withlittle more fortitude.
我永生難忘1996年的夏天。由于我在高考中的失利，我感到了極度的失望，我要成為一名大學(xué)生的夢想似乎是無法實現(xiàn)了。一天傍晚，我的父親來給我講了一個關(guān)于史蒂文·卡拉漢的故事，史蒂文獨自駕駛著帆船橫渡大西洋，途中船遇難下沉，但是他卻活了下來并在76天后被人發(fā)現(xiàn)。(他是世界上遇海灘在救生艇中存活最長時間的人了)。后來卡拉漢在他的敘述中寫到“我告訴自己一定可以挺過去的，跟別人的遭遇相比，我已經(jīng)算是幸運的了”。
聽了這些話，我被深深地震撼了，我相信我的生活不會太差而事實也證明了這一點，后來我得到了進入大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的機會，在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間，當(dāng)我覺得自己的目標(biāo)似乎遙不可及或者我遇到了似乎無法解決的問題時，我就勉勵自己說“我能挺過去的”而每每念及這句話，我總能有所醒悟。
現(xiàn)在我在一所中學(xué)教英語，每當(dāng)學(xué)生們報怨學(xué)習(xí)的困難或是想放棄時，我就給他們講卡拉漢的故事，我就是想讓他們相信他們可以從困難中挺過去的，因為困境都是相對而言的，有些人比我們更不幸，然后他們就會在自己心中建立起永不放棄的信念。
從這個大難不死的故事中，我們學(xué)到了能給予我們勇氣與力量的話語，無論你遭遇了什么，都要對你自己說：一定能挺過去的。與其他人的不幸相比，你已經(jīng)算是很幸運了，要一遍一遍地用此話鼓勵自己，這個信念會使你更有信心渡過難關(guān)。
