　　大家好！我競聘的崗位是初中英語教師崗位，競聘這一崗位的理由如下：

　　一、思想政治方面

　　本人熱愛祖國、熱愛人民、擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領導，忠誠黨的教育事業(yè)。

　　二、職業(yè)道德方面

　　嚴格履行中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，為人師表，嚴格遵守崗位制度，嚴格恪守人民教師的職業(yè)道德，積極參加公益事業(yè)。

　　三、業(yè)務方面

　　從教多年來，從未間斷過繼續(xù)教育學習，取得了英語本科學歷，計算機甲級乙等，縣、市級骨干教師培訓證，英特爾教師培訓證等。

　　四、教育教學工作能力

　　1、勝任英語教學工作，在聯(lián)考中我所任教班級的英語成績名列前茅；曾在全縣初三英語教師會上做了經(jīng)驗交流；先后三次參加通化縣區(qū)域教研教改公開課，受到同行們的好評，并被X教師進修學校授予“課改優(yōu)質(zhì)課”的光榮稱號。

　　2、勝任班主任工作，特別是轉(zhuǎn)變臟亂差班級的'管理方面，取得了極大的成績，被評為市級優(yōu)秀教師。

　　3、勝任教研組長工作，能夠協(xié)調(diào)好領導和老師之間的關系，團結協(xié)作，做好教研組長工作。歷年來我們組都是第一個開展教研課，各頂活動都走在最前面，得到上級領導的肯定，多次被評為優(yōu)秀教師。

　　we know that in the world, we are not living alone. from the day we were born, there have been many people around us. they take care of us. they help us. they teach us. they play with us and grow up together with us. they support us. they understand us. the most important is: they love us. who are they? can you give me your answer?
