The first day of school our professor introduced a little old lady tous.
"Why are you in college at such a young age?" I asked later. She jokinglyreplied, " I'm here to meet a rich husband, get married, have a couple ofchildren, and then retire and travel."
"No seriously," I asked. I was curious what may have motivatedher to betaking on this challenge at her age. "I always dreamed of having a collegeeducation and now I'm getting one!" she told me.

At the end of the semester we invited Rose to make a speech to our footballteam. I'll never forget what she taught us. I'll never get my speech back inorder so let me just tell you what I know." As we laughed she cleared her throatand began:" We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because westop playing. There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, andachieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You've got tohave a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die. If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed forone full year and don't do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old.Anybody can grow older. That doesn't take any talentor ability. The only people who fear death are those with regrets."
At the year's end Rose finished the college degree. One week aftergraduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep. Over two thousand college studentsattended her funeral to honorthe wonderful woman who taught by example that it'snever too late to be all you can possibly be.

We danced, met people, walked near the beach... while we watched the moon in silence. Next, i went to paris with my parents and my sister. Actually, i did not go to paris, i went to disneyland. We stayed there for four days, and it was really unforgettable. When i saw the park, i opened my eyes the most i could and i did not close them until the night at the hotel. I felt like a little girl again. Finally, i was in salou. My parents looked for a really relaxing time, and we were on the beach for some days. There, we did not visit anything, we were there just to rest. After those days, we came , and, unfortunately, we had to start our routines again.

The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the net 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief eplanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.
First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re adults and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?
Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some etent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may etremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!
I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. We'll weather the weather whether we like it or not. Whatever you dreams are and however difficult it is to realize them. Reach your aim step by step and I believe your dreams will etremely come into truth!

在現(xiàn)實生活中頑強活著的殘疾孤兒，其中有一個孩子在手術后的一年，終于有機會可以站起來了，當我看到她第一次站起，我很感動，也很驕傲，這個"黑姑娘"干了一件痛快的事。是的，我說出了金額，我知道一定會有人說，"捐那么少還好意思報數(shù)"我相信現(xiàn)在大部分人都不愿意公布捐款金額，因為捐款已經(jīng)不再是一件隨心的行為，而是成為大家根據(jù)金額的多少來衡量愛心的大小。
我相信在座的的各位，也一定有過朋友之間隨份子，該給多少才合適的煩惱，我之所以說出來，不僅僅是因為，我覺得隨心的行為需要躲閃，更因為"愛的罵罵"是每一個留言的鏡子。當時罵過我的人，也許在兩年后的今天聽到我說這番話，會想起曾經(jīng)不太善意的留言，卻給了這些孩子們有機會獲得新生，這同樣值得高興，其實我們每個人都有不同階段的新生，不是嗎?"愛的罵罵"發(fā)出那一刻，我如重生般釋然了，雖然，我不像很多演員那樣，擁有令人贊嘆的表演才華，自己也覺得不是天生吃這碗飯的，但是既然選擇了演員這份職業(yè)，我相信只要通過自己的努力和善待他人，就可以讓自己的家人和自己過上幸福美滿的生活，然而這一切，在20__年的夏天，被一句開創(chuàng)演藝界網(wǎng)絡暴力先河的"滾出娛樂圈"所動搖，我是第一個被放在主語位置的人，袁姍姍，這個名字好像從此和"一無是處"劃上了等號，那個時候不管說什么、做什么、演什么都不對。更有媒體總結(jié)了"袁姍姍不被觀眾所喜歡的五大理由"第一條理由是"沒有理由"這是得有多深厚的感情基礎，才能達到的境界。
20__年確實挺讓人操心的，從春天到夏天，都沒有平靜過，一開始我也有些懊惱，不知道到底發(fā)生了什么，我既沒有不勞而獲，也沒有做傷天害理的事，為什么讓我"滾"?沒多久，我想明白一個道理，誰都可以說我不好，但是自己必須接納那個心安理得的自己，既然我的演藝生涯要從倒數(shù)開始，那我之后的每一點進步都是充滿喜悅，從零分到六十分比從滿分到六十分，哪個更讓人開心呢?
也是從那個時候，我重拾扔下了多年的小提琴，還有健身，運動讓我心情愉快，不工作的時候練琴和健身會讓我的每一天都過得很充實，根本沒有過多的時間停留在網(wǎng)上，更顧不上網(wǎng)友的圍觀。
我建議那些沉迷于網(wǎng)絡的年輕人，每天可以擠出一點時間鍛煉身體，當有朝一日被他人欺負的時候，至少可以像我一樣，身輕如燕，自由翻滾，作為過去也許將來還會遭遇網(wǎng)絡暴力的過來人，我不喜歡再有人因為網(wǎng)絡暴力而受到傷害，請善用語言讓人言可敬。
特別感謝在那段特殊時間陪伴，我的家人和朋友，感謝他們承受住了一個當時還沒有來得及減肥，各方面份量都很重的我，經(jīng)歷了這些，并不是想說明自己有多強大，但確實因為這些切身經(jīng)歷讓我有了足夠的時間去思考，我曾經(jīng)問過自己一個問題，如果我當時真的不堪重負放棄了演員這個職業(yè)，是否網(wǎng)絡暴力就會消失，答案當然不會，既然還是要面對，就應該積極地面對.
