　　Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.

　　First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.

　　In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

　　時(shí)間是生命的單位，有些人往往利用相同的時(shí)間比別人多做許多事情。美國(guó)的大發(fā)明家愛(ài)迪生一生忘我工作，成了有多項(xiàng)發(fā)明的發(fā)明大王。當(dāng)他在79歲生日時(shí)自豪地宣布：“按常人的工作量計(jì)算，我已經(jīng)135歲了。”“一寸光陰一寸金，寸金難買(mǎi)寸光陰�！钡牡览砣巳硕级�，可為什么還有人虛擲光陰、荒廢生命。

　　此刻許多青年人，找不到工作，就天天在外面喝酒尋樂(lè)，或是呆在家里無(wú)所事事，明明已經(jīng)成年，還是給父母增加了許多負(fù)擔(dān)，這些人一不留意就掉進(jìn)了犯罪的深淵，成為社會(huì)的“危險(xiǎn)人群”。這些人往往有一種“明天再說(shuō)”的想法，認(rèn)為自己此刻還年輕，先盡情享樂(lè)，過(guò)幾年再思考工作。最終明日復(fù)明日，明日成蹉跎。一個(gè)“這天”值兩個(gè)“明天”，當(dāng)日事當(dāng)日做，把什么事都放到明天的人，最終什么事都干不成。

　　有時(shí)我總會(huì)抱怨時(shí)間不夠用，許多要干的事都沒(méi)有干，但是真的怪時(shí)間嗎?它就像海綿里的水，只要愿擠，總還是有的。歸根結(jié)底是自己不抓緊它，杰弗遜說(shuō)得好：“從不浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的人，沒(méi)有工夫抱怨時(shí)間不夠。”當(dāng)你愁眉不展的時(shí)候，時(shí)間從你的.抱怨中跳過(guò)，我很欣賞朱自清先生在《匆匆》里對(duì)時(shí)間的這一說(shuō)法。時(shí)間就像鐵面無(wú)私不動(dòng)感情的一個(gè)老人，不會(huì)因你的任何舉動(dòng)停住腳步，它只會(huì)對(duì)你的虛度光陰抱以輕蔑的一笑，然后輕輕越過(guò)。對(duì)一個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)，時(shí)間就是生命，時(shí)間有限，當(dāng)失去它時(shí)，生命也走到了盡頭。

　　價(jià)值大、有些人生命的價(jià)值小呢?仔細(xì)看一看吧，他們的一生都做了什么。有些人的一生在不斷完成那些有好處的事，那么他的價(jià)值在學(xué)習(xí)工作中就體現(xiàn)出來(lái)了，只有做的事越多，做的越好，生命的價(jià)值就越大;反之，一個(gè)人不斷地浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，他的生命價(jià)值就會(huì)少得可憐。你熱愛(ài)生命嗎?那么就請(qǐng)珍惜時(shí)間，正因時(shí)間是組成生命的材料。
