老師們，同學們：
大家上午好！我今天演講的題目是《借力新課標新高考，培養(yǎng)英語核心素養(yǎng)》。
英語是當今世界廣泛使用的語言，是國際交流與合作的重要溝通工具，是思想與文化的重要載體。學習和使用英語對吸取人類優(yōu)秀文明成果、借鑒外國先進科學技術(shù)、傳播中華文化、增進中國與其他國家的相互理解具有重要的意義和作用。為了促進英語的高效教學，新課程標準提出英語核心素養(yǎng)的先進理念。
英語學科核心素養(yǎng)是學生在接受相應學段英語課程教育的過程中，逐步形成和提升的適應個人終身發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展需要的必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力，綜合表現(xiàn)為四大素養(yǎng)，由語言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學習能力組成。就其關(guān)系而言，語言能力是基礎(chǔ)要素，文化品格是價值取向，思維品質(zhì)是心智表征，學習能力是發(fā)展條件。英語學科核心素養(yǎng)涵蓋了知識、能力和態(tài)度，四大核心素養(yǎng)相互滲透，融合互動，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，是所有學生應具有的、學以致用的基礎(chǔ)性綜合素養(yǎng)。
為了更好提高落實新課標，提高學生的核心素養(yǎng)，我結(jié)合核心素養(yǎng)的四個方面談一下自己的體會和建議。
一、探究課程內(nèi)容，提升語言能力
語言能力是指在社會情境中，以聽、說、讀、看、寫等方式理解和表達意義、意圖和情感態(tài)度的能力。英語語言能力構(gòu)成英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)，是學生發(fā)展文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學習能力的依托。英語語言能力的提高有助于學生拓寬文化視野，豐富思維方式，在全球化背景下開展跨文化交流。
教師要深入研讀語篇，把握教學核心內(nèi)容。研讀語篇就是讀者對語篇的主題、內(nèi)容、文體結(jié)構(gòu)、語言特點、作者觀點等做深入的解讀。教師要積極研究如何在教學中落實培養(yǎng)學生學科核心素養(yǎng)的目標，探索有效的教與學的方式，努力實踐以主題意義為引領(lǐng)的英語學習活動觀，實施深度教學。教師必須深入研究課程內(nèi)容，提煉重點，設(shè)計有效的教學活動，通過聽說讀寫訓練，提高學生的語言能力。
二、發(fā)掘優(yōu)秀文化思想，培養(yǎng)文化品格
文化品格是指對中外文化的理解和對優(yōu)秀文化的認同，是學生在全球化背景下表現(xiàn)出的文化意識、人文修養(yǎng)和行為取向。文化品格體現(xiàn)英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的價值取向。文化品格的培育有助于學生樹立世界眼光，增強國家認同感和家國情懷，學會做人做事，成長為有文化修養(yǎng)和社會責任感的人。
落實立德樹人根本任務(wù)，培養(yǎng)學生英語學科核心素養(yǎng)。教師應當充分把握教材的編寫理念、設(shè)計思路應突出英語學科的.育人價值，有機融入社會主義核心價值觀，將立德樹人的根本任務(wù)落到實處。要緊密圍繞、依據(jù)學科核心素養(yǎng)來確立教材內(nèi)容，無論是語篇和主題的選擇還是相應的教學活動設(shè)計，都要體現(xiàn)對學科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)價值，有利于學生發(fā)展語言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思維品質(zhì)，學會學習，樹立正確的價值觀和審美觀，提高學生的文化品格。
三、創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富多彩活動，促進思維品質(zhì)升華
思維品質(zhì)指人的思維個性特征，反映其在思維的邏輯性、批判性、創(chuàng)造性等方面所表現(xiàn)的能力和水平。思維品質(zhì)體現(xiàn)英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的心智發(fā)展。思維品質(zhì)的發(fā)展有助于提升學生分析問題和解決問題的能力，從跨文化的視角觀察和認識世界，對事物作出正確的價值判斷，促進學生的深度學習。
具體而言，學習理解類活動主要指基于語篇的學習活動。以解決問題為目的，鼓勵學生從語篇中獲得新知，通過梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息間的關(guān)聯(lián)，形成新的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，感知并理解語言所表達的意義和語篇所承載的文化價值取向。遷移創(chuàng)新類活動主要指超越語篇的學習活動。通過自主、合作、探究的學習方式，綜合運用語言技能，進行多元思維，創(chuàng)造性地解決陌生情境中的問題。英語學習活動的設(shè)計應注意.情境創(chuàng)設(shè)要盡量真實，注意與學生已有的知識和經(jīng)驗建立緊密聯(lián)系，力求直接、簡潔、有效。教師要善于利用多種工具和手段，思維導圖或信息結(jié)構(gòu)圖，引導學生通過自主與合作相結(jié)合的方式，完成對信息的獲取與梳理、概括與整合、內(nèi)化與運用，教會學生在零散的信息和新舊知識之間建立關(guān)聯(lián)，歸納和提煉基于主題的新知識結(jié)構(gòu)。
四、分組合作教學，培養(yǎng)學習能力
學習能力指學生積極運用和主動調(diào)適英語學習策略、拓寬英語學習渠道、努力提升英語學習效率的意識和能力。學習能力構(gòu)成英語學科核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的必要條件。學習能力的形成有助于學生做好英語學習的自我管理，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣，拓寬學習渠道，提高學習效率。
我校的課改：問題引領(lǐng)，學案導學，其實在學習能力的培養(yǎng)方面已經(jīng)具有了相對成熟的經(jīng)驗。為培養(yǎng)學生自主、合作、探究的學習能力，教師要為學生創(chuàng)設(shè)支持和激勵的學習環(huán)境。在教學中，教師要有意識地給予指導；課中組織小組合作學習與探究活動；課后布置適量的拓展性作業(yè)。此外，教師要在教學中幫助學生學會選擇適合自己的學習方法和策略，主動參與學習活動并嘗試自我評價和同伴互評，養(yǎng)成自我反思的習慣，在體驗自主學習、合作學習和探究式學習的過程中學會學習。教師要在教學過程中幫助學生形成適合自己的學習方法和策略。教師也可以引導學生交流學習方法和策略，互幫互學。教師要引導學生養(yǎng)成自我反思的習慣，反思自己的學習興趣和動機、學習方法和策略、語言能力現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進程，幫助學生不斷發(fā)展自主學習能力，成為有責任擔當?shù)膶W習者。
作為世界上最通用的語言，英語不僅是生活工作中的交流工具，更是音樂電影文學宗教藝術(shù)的等文化載體。教師應當以英語核心素養(yǎng)為指導，深挖教材，圍繞主題，借助現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)，通過豐富多彩的活動，提高學生的語言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學習能力，讓學生提高綜合素質(zhì)，為祖國培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才。
教學是一門永無止境的藝術(shù)，心得課程標準，高考新改革和核心素養(yǎng)理念的提出，為我們更快更好的學習英語提供新的途徑。我相信在校領(lǐng)導的指導下，通過全體英語組老師和學生的努力拼搏，英語的教與學一定會去的巨大進步。
