上午好!
很高興見到大家.對(duì)于我們的家長和學(xué)生而言，的確是新老師;今天，我想利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，把我過去的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合這兩個(gè)月對(duì)八年級(jí)學(xué)生英語研究情況的了解來與各位家長分享和探討。
從學(xué)生的家庭作業(yè)來看，我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語研究。大家都意識(shí)到英語研究不論是對(duì)我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來說，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的研究興趣、良好的語言慣、運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力以及跨文化意識(shí)。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過這兩個(gè)月的教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這一屆八年級(jí)的班主任都特別負(fù)責(zé)，班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學(xué)自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，這使我對(duì)他們充滿信心。但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：
1、研究態(tài)度不夠端正。部分學(xué)生對(duì)于學(xué)英語是抱著無所謂的態(tài)度，甚至?xí)f“只要語文數(shù)學(xué)好就行了”，還有拖欠作業(yè)的.情況。
2、研究慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在學(xué)英語的時(shí)候要大聲的讀單詞和句子，有利于對(duì)單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種慣，聲音很小，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會(huì)做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會(huì)反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會(huì)做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)進(jìn)步”。這幾天這種情況已經(jīng)減少了很多。
3、少數(shù)同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)不好。到現(xiàn)在26個(gè)字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。
4、閱讀本領(lǐng)欠佳。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試中都占據(jù)很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對(duì)于閱讀暫時(shí)還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是欣賞;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答題目，可是很少有同學(xué)可以嚴(yán)厲按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。
針對(duì)以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。
1、督促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時(shí)，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽10——15分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的研究有很大幫助。
2.督促學(xué)生在家背英語單詞、短語及課文，因?yàn)樵谛W(xué)生的背書時(shí)間太少，所以家長要配合老師在家里聽寫孩子的單詞和短語。
3、爭取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會(huì)在每單元結(jié)束的時(shí)候組織一次聽寫，并要肄業(yè)生帶回家給家長過目。
4、請(qǐng)家長催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校在匆忙之中相互抄襲。有時(shí)的默寫作業(yè)我也會(huì)煩請(qǐng)各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力，讓他們知道父母會(huì)經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫才行。家長可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫或者報(bào)中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，催促他們對(duì)著書本更正。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，八年級(jí)的很多家長都非常負(fù)責(zé)，他們?cè)?jīng)在這么做了，而且做得很好! 4、每一個(gè)單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后題。如果你的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)。
總之，我和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子，他們個(gè)個(gè)都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發(fā)掘。今后，我也希望和各位家長保持聯(lián)系，如果孩子遇到研究問題我們及時(shí)溝通。我的電話號(hào)碼是：。

Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time away from my cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.
Time flies. Things completely changed at the end of my primary ['praim?ri] school life.
In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired [in'spai?d] me. Although [?:l'e?u] there are still many
challenges ['t∫?lind?] waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence ['k?nfid?ns] and will push me to study harder.
Now, my ideal future like this, we have English classes everyday , because l like English very much. The classes are quite small, there are about 15 students in each class. Nothing is impossible for willing hearts and I believe, in the future, I can fly as high as I wish to.

first, there will be more trees but lepollution. it's very important for us to protect our living environment. however, some people are destorying it only because they want to fullfill their selfifh purpose-to get more and more money. we are being told that it's wrong to bulid our happineon the sufferings of our descendants. so, i think we should do something to change the present situation. and now our goverment is trying to solve this problem, and some relevent policies will come into force very could expect a bright future for our environment.
second, much more advanced technologies will be used, which will provide us much more convinence. after 50 years, we will have our own robots help us with the housework, and the life will become easier and more comfortable. when you are free, you could fly to the moon for vacation or fly rockets to the moon. everything is possible.
last but not the least, i'd like to say that we could predict the future, and i believe with our continuous efforts, all of our dreams will come true one day. do you agree with me?

Last Sunday,there was a rain of meteors.I went to the belcony towait for their coming.Above my shoulder,it was the wind.Above the wind,it was the sky,huge and blue,with sparkling stars.Suddenly,a shooting star appeared.I hurried to pray for her happiness,staring at it.I wanted to pray for more,but it had already died out.I realised ,future is not carved on the meteors,but it's now,around us.
When a fortune-teller look at your palm,she'll tell you how your future will be like.That's a way you place your hope on.But it's not realistic.The future is the things and people around you.What you should do is to try to do everything well,don't care much about the results.Be kind to all the people around you,and love them.Although the world is not full of love,the life is not a bed of rose,you should sdick on your belief.When time passes,you'll find everything you do is worthwhile.
Years is glorious.Because no way you can stop time from elasping.How time flies!Just like the flowers in spring,the sunshine in summer,the moon in mid-autumn and the snow in winter.Maybe one morning you'll never wake up,you'll never see the sunrise or the sunset;you'll never see your sweatheart or talk to her,you'll never hear the sound of the nature or wander on the path among the trees,you'll never swim in the lake or climb the mountains.

Almost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying：A young idler，an old beggar. Throughout history，we have seen many cases in which this saying has again and again proved to be true.
It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life，during which one's mental and physical states are at their peaks. It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition，one is less likely to be under great pressure from career，family and health problems when young. Therefore，a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life.
Of course，we all know：no pains，no gains. If we don't make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us，it is impossible to achieve any goals. As students，we should now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future.
